Peaceful, for the first time in a long period of time Esperia could say she felt well and truly at ease. The comfort of knowing all her enemies had presumed she had died had left Esperia feeling like she could finally focus on keeping the promise to Priscilla to raise their family together in peace. Of course, even if they were now in a comfortable state, Esperia did realize that this didn't mean she could let this comfort allow her to skip out on training. She needed to become stronger, stronger than before so that she could be certain that this suffering she had inflicted on Priscilla would never happen again.

Turning onto her side she smiled kindly at the sight of her lover, who seemed to be still asleep and gently raised a hand, tenderly caressing the arm of her lover till she reached her shoulder, gently shaking it lightly as she leaned in. "Wakey~ Wakey~ My sunshine~ It is time to wake up~" Esperia chimed softly as she leaned in to kiss her wife's lips and afterwards would lean upright, stretching her arms into the air. "I got us a request from the local board, seems they are struggling with a small group of pirates again~"

Well a shame she thought she could sleep in but alas she could not, After being shaken a few times, she did not let out any sound but grabbed Esperia and pull her on top of her."No...this time just five more minutes."it sounded childish, even if asking she would admit it but she was just happy. But since she was already bother and started to be woken up anyway. She would just kiss Esperia on the cheek and given in."Fine you know what nevermind...im up."Since it seemed she wanted her to be up now there was no point in trying to sleep in.

She would let go of Esperia and leave her to go her stretching, Not wanting to waste time she was already getting out of bed and walking over to her dresser and starting to get some clothing on. Just to however be a pain, She was making sure something was blocking Esperia's view of her.

Esperia couldn't help but giggle softly at Priscilla's attempt to conceal herself from view as she was getting dressed, leading to the Demigod to chime softly. "You do know that it will only stir my imagination more?" The teasing remark came with a soft snicker after which she decided to get dressed herself, working on first putting on her underwear and then the pieces of armor that would protect her on their adventure.

"Although I wouldn't have minded snuggling for five more minutes~ Or five hours~" A gentle smile lingered on her lips as she pondered about the idea, but for now she would simply finish getting dressed and wait for her wife to have done the same, after which they could start their day at last. She was confident that Hasani and Lily would had been still sleeping, after all it was still early in the morning, which meant they still had some time to enjoy together before they would have had to wake up the children.

Sneaking up behind Priscilla she waited till her lover had put on her clothes, after which she gently embraced her, a kiss following on her lips as she hummed happily. "Good morning darling~"

Apparently she did not mind another five minutes or hours. in which in return she got."Sadly that moment is gone, since you chose to wake me up, you ruined it your self."She could laugh about it slightly because that was just exactly of it, Esperia could have just waited the other five minutes and then woke her up, She could have waited for the next 5 hours too but yet again she did not. Even if she took her time, if they were going to deal with pirates, she was actually stretching out. Putting into the mind what all to be done to deal with the eventual task at hand.

Sneaking up on her was different now, because she some what adjusted to to the new scent of demi god, which was a strange thing to consider with in the process of these new life events."Yes, yes good morning dear."She mentioned casually about it since she was now getting ready to work. She did not forget to return the favour and give Esperia the same kiss."I assume the plan is early in the morning since the people with in the takes should be sleeping?"She was coming up with some kind of plan.

Plus it was early in the morning."Then maybe we can make a market trip after, pick up a few things for the children to eat for breakfast, I think we are out of supplies, but i am unsure."This just showed maybe the impact of losing Esperia when it did happen made her forget a few things.

Esperia nodded her head lightly in agreement, musing a bit about the state they would find the pirates in. "If my guess is correct the pirates will be in a state of stupor, considering their behavior they will have been drinking and feasting till the early hours so I'm expecting we will find little resistance this early in the morning."

As Priscilla mentioned the idea of a shopping trip Esperia nodded her head in agreement to the thought. "We can easily visit the market once we finish our job~ Could even use the reward from the request to buy some food and a little present or two for the kids~"

It was a simple idea really, but one that could still work nonetheless. She did have to admit she was curious to see how Priscilla would be handling the pirates, considering the sheer physical strength of her lover she was confident Priscilla would find little issue dealing with the pirates that awaited them.

Fortunately the pirates their lair was close to Hargeon, so they would easily be able to return before breakfast, overall making it almost like a little morning trip for the duo: Beating up pirates and then go for a shopping trip?

So it seems they had the same thing in mind, Or it was just how their life was, she planned a few things out and it was a good work around."I mean they are pirates, I would assume it is drink all night sleep all day for the most part."But she would have a throw back to a days long a go conversation one she was unsure she ever had with Esperia, But surely an interesting one nonetheless.

"Tell me dear, Did I ever tell you how Hasani former caretaker and god mother Nasira came to be in Fiore?"It seemed like it was a good time to have that conversation while they headed out to the task, It would be a good and casual conversation to pass the time, After all Esperia did barely know about that caretaker, She since did have very little contact with them since leaving, But it was not that she did not care, she just did her own things in life now.

Continuing one for the moment as they prepared to head out of the house."It started out finding pirates to deal with, much like this mission now."Musing on the idea of telling the story.

"Oh?" It was not that often that Priscilla decided to reminiscent about the past, so when she offered to tell her about the origins of how she had met Nasira, the demigod was quite fascinated. While she prepared to store away her weaponry she turned toward her lover with a smile. "Oh? I didn't know they had pirates in Dessierto. Considering the climate and such, at least I believe Nasira was originally from there? Or did you encounter her elsewhere?"

Clearly voicing her interest in the story as she guided Priscilla out of the house and toward the outskirts of the town, Esperia chimed softly. "It is kind of curious that no matter how often they are dealt with, more pirates keep on appearing to terrorize the townsfolk. Makes me wonder if people succumb that easily to the idea of greed and crime bringing them an easier live. I'm not sure, I never really thought about walking a different path than the one I did."

She paused for a bit, turning toward the werewolf lady and smiled gently at her. "Albeit, if I have a regret, it would be that I didn't get to meet you sooner in my life~"

As for if there was pirates there or not was a good question, It would be something she would have to ask her, if even then for how long it had been since then if she still knew."That I am not entirely sure,Would have to ask her."It would be mentioned that detail she would continue on and explaining the story,But at least Esperia seemed interested in the story,for some reason she assumes Esperia would not want to listen to this, Then again maybe she also just rarely spoke that much about past lives out of habit she never really mentioned a lot.

Then well, she continued on while they walked."But I found her being sold on a slaver boat: chained,standing, naked and thin." With the context of being a slave most things with in that list is almost to be expected in some manner."I had caught a clue there was some one selling people on a boat during my more sneaky days, despite being still a bit more violent back then."It seemed this was a really long time a go, how long to be exact would be something interesting."Before even being a werewolf."This was long before Esperia met her, So this story was almost like hearing of another person entirely.

But with that she would finish off the simple short story."With her defeated dark eyes looking at me, the cry for help with out speak was enough for me to kill everyone on that boat, break all of the captured free, Set the boat blade. Then I took Nasira too where i was living at the time...She did not know Fiorian so she just look at me a lot while I was giving her clothing and food...the rest well is history you know now."It did sound like she could have went into more detail but it seem she kept it short. After all they where about to go fight actual pirates as well, She needed to keep it short in case they have a look out watching, they would be smart enough to pick one with the best hearing and no hang over. Even sharp eyes would help too. But so far that was just her thinking in general. Hopefully Esperia enjoyed the short story, it was something to learn of such a maybe sad story.

"Ah~ That makes sense, from what I heard slavery is still prevalent in nations like Dessierto, and considering the mentioning of a boat, it was likely they were planning to ship her to another nation. Foreign slaves can often fetch a high price depending on their looks and origins."

Esperia nodded her head as Priscilla finished her story, leaving Esperia to ponder for a bit as she motioned toward a nearby collection of lush greenery, seemingly a perfect spot for some secret peeking, and that was what she had planned, for the Demigod had moved closer to the edge of the cliff, kneeling down on one leg as she carefully observed the pirate encampment down below.

"Hmm as expected, most of them are still asleep and even the watch is in a stupor. Not a sign of patrols either what makes me suggest they partied quite hard last night."

She turned toward Priscilla and whispered softly. "What do you think? It might had been a long time ago, but want to beat up some pirates in Nasira's name? It might not erase the suffering they had inflicted upon her, but at least these pirates won't be able to hurt anyone else after we are done with them.

Just before they entered the bushes to consider their sneaking path, It would be a general ponder by her."I do wonder what she does with her time now since she going our own ways."It was an interesting ponder, It sees might digging around might be in order eventually, Then again it might not be that hard to find her if they really wanted too, It was logical in her mind to assume that the moment she ever sent a letter to Nasira or found a way to contact her, she would show up as soon as she could.

But so far the plan to beat them in her name did sound fitting."I am sure we could even make sure she knows it we did this."She joked about it slightly, But alas they should most likely finally focus on getting to the task on head. She would just quietly walk into the bush, Waited to see if they would move at all. She did not miss sneaking around in bushes at all. But their plan would slowly work towards something. She had to wonder if it was the same group of pirates or not, since she was sure she killed them all back them, some of one could have lived.

It seemed she would take a bit of time to slowly takes steps over to get to a point find something to either to get into an area to sneak into or well climb up to them.

A hand raised to her cheek for a moment as she pondered the best course of action. She could use some of her relics to launch a barrage of attacks, but that would surely get the entire camp in an uproar. Fortunately Priscilla had already an idea in mind, climbing toward the encampment in a more stealthily manner. The sight made Esperia smile gently for a moment as she raised a hand to her side, a portal of golden light emerging behind her and as a bolt of light left the portal and connected to the back of her head the headpiece manifested, leading to the Demigod to start hopping down from her hiding spot. First she landed on a section of rocks near Priscilla, then she descended along the cliff wall and finally she landed near a pile of crates near the encampment.

Waiting for Priscilla to arrive the Demigod looked further inside the encampment. Everyone still seemed asleep, and even the guards were in a state of drunken stupor. She didn't exactly like the idea of an easy fight, but those pirates were the worst of the worst and as such surely deserved it. With Priscilla arriving soon afterwards she decided to let her wife take the lead~

Any other time she would have made a joke, but not this time there was other things to do. But she had no problems going into it first. So she would be the first ask to act, Assuming Esperia would already be far ready for what she would do, She would feel around to get her hands on something to climb up, Then take a few steps back. Pick up a rock and throw it as hard as she could at something near by the boat but hoping to hit the far end of it.

Then she would she get on the boat with the way she started planning it out. Then looked around saying nothing, Looking for Esperia then wave her over making sure the path way is clear. But she did not stay still and wait for Esperia to join her. She went off ahead on her own. Made very apparently as she went and shoulder tackled the first person she saw that was not Esperia, It was the sign that whatever was about to happen was sparked. This was not like when Esperia was thrown into a wall she was just beating up pirates, However she was not holding back her punches. With the sound of some one getting punched in the gut while. One was engaged but what about anyone else? it was safe to assume there was more then one look out at this point, they would be foolish to just leave one out to watch.

Indeed, there had been more than one lookout. In fact, as Priscilla cleverly dealt with the first guard she found by means of a silent takedown, another pirate had approached from the opposite side of the ship, his eyes widening in disbelief. "You're not one of the wenches!" The main exclaimed yet before he could sound the alarm he felt a sharp blow to the back of his neck, one with enough force to knock the lights out of him. Revealing the source of the blow to had been Esperia, the Demigod smiled soundlessly at her lover, a light nod following as she crouched down and started to sneak after her lover, trying her utmost not to spend a bit of time admiring that well-trained behind of her lover~

Further ahead the couple would surely be able to notice that there had been some powder kegs stockpiled near the boat, a well placed fire sure to make the entire ship go 'kaboom'. but unfortunately for them there had been three guards, two closer to the kegs and one more toward the path leading inland. How would Priscilla decide to tackle this challenge? Esperia had to admit she was curious and excited all the same~

It seemed after Esperia took one down it was a simple remark of."Well...I don't seek out wenches, I am married after all."It one thing she agreed to being just a sole partner for a reason. They worked well together so far in this situation and it was good."Besides...I doubt I would want to be classed like that by anyone."She just muttered to herself for a moment. For it would be time to continue on with other things. For there was other things to do at this time like deal with one more pirate.

It seemed it was an interesting situation, What could these two do in this situation? Personally she had no idea, But she would start going towards the three anyway. Hopefully it would be a better distraction that they focus on her first before anything else happen. At worst, she goes head first into trouble she might not be able to manage or they blow them the barrels? Best case she and Esperia beat up three more people and were able to walk away from the job saying it was done, But theses were just entirely with in her thoughts for this time.

Esperia raised her hand to her chin, pondering for a bit. "Hmm~" Looking at the area she did have an idea of sorts in mind, but after a moment of consideration Esperia's lips curved into a smirk of mischief. "Say Darling~ How fast can you run?"

The question that came led to Esperia to raise a hand upwards, the golden portal appearing behind her as a bow of golden light manifested in her hand. Pulling a hand along the bowstring she pulled the arrow and soon fired the projectile into the air. "Ready... set... GO!" Esperia declared excitedly as she dashed down the path toward the crates. "Come on Darling! We got to get out before the fireworks begin!"

The pirates opened their eyes in their stupor and bewilderment as Esperia dashed toward the path leading further inward. As she started to run alongside Priscilla Esperia chimed happily. "Five~ Four~ Three~ Two~ One~ BOOM!"

As the last remark came the sight of the airborne arrow started to morph into the shape of a meteor shower, descending downwards and one of the meteors hit a barrel of gunpowder, and as one might had expected the entire ship went up into smithereens, leading to Esperia to chim softly. "Quick, and efficient~ Right?"

Esperia chimed happily as she turned back toward the cove, the pirates fleeing in a panic or having collapsed on the ground and lying there unconcious.

How fast she could run was a good question, Something she figured there was no time to ask to why about, But when about the showing of a golden colours, It about made the idea in her mind work a bit better and reasonable. So she just had to think pretty quick. So she did. Rather then running away she just kept running forward past the now panic stricken men by her, Why? it was more simple to keep running forward and hoping for the best, As long as this worked the way she thought it would, She would be okay even if things went boom.

Whatever last view of her was she had no idea but as it started blowing up, she would just keep swimming deeper into the water to delay any force of impact. Then when it felt safe enough she would just swim back above water and walk back on land, unless there was really anything else going on side from a pile of blown up ship. But she seemed to have lived with out problem. Not the kind of ending she expected to see happen. But she would look around not too long getting ashore, to see if Esperia had stilled followed her or something else happen.

As Priscilla resurfaced, she would likely notice Esperia was nowhere in sight, instead a soft sensation pressed against the werewolf's back and a pair of hands slipped forwards in a teasing grope. "If you wanted to go for a swim you could have just asked darling~"

Esperia giggled softly as she took a little nibble at Priscilla's earlobe and then climbed onto the shore once more, her gaze shifting around the area. "Guess we dealt with the pirates~" Esperia exclaimed proudly, yet turning her focus back toward Priscilla the face of the Demigoddess averted her gaze slightly. "Umm. Umm..." Whispered softly she felt her face turn warmer by the second as she quickly grasped a hold of Priscilla's hand and started to guide her further inland wards.

"Are you hurt? I didn't expect for you to jump into the water~ But it all worked out I guess~" A soft mischievous giggle followed when she turned back to Priscilla, her gaze lowering to the woman's torso. It was really difficult for her to keep focus at this point, but she was trying. She truly was as was evident in her gaze shifting back and forth from the torso toward the side of her lover.

In some manner it seemed she had not changed being a demi-god, Anything here she might have done even in the previous things in life they had done before. Even if it was just other areas of the body. It seemed at least she did not seem mind to since she was use to it. But her idea paid off and she was alive and safe. With the question she mentioned and the touching actions of Esperia she just let out a sigh. it was Typical and she would just answer."It was quicker to move forward then trying to turn around."It was her idea of what was logical to do.

The ear part was new and a bit strange to start happening, It left a curious thought in her mind."When did you pick up biting there?"It was a good question to ask, Not even pondering about the pirates any more since she assumed they were done for now if anything. Not minding holding her hand while they were walking on the beach."Was my neck not enough?"after all she had to just throw that in because it was what she was use too.

But at least there was not blood.But looking at Esperia, it seemed she had something on her mind and it was followed up by a sigh. so she would slightly flick Esperia on one of the cheeks of her face."No, not here  we're in public." just to get her to focus again, Because something told her she had her mind in the gutter.

Her cheeks still scarlet Esperia protested in response: "I know better than to pounce you in the wild! At the very least I would wait for somewhere safe and secluded but that is neither here or now." Esperia muttered softly as she extended a hand to her side and allowed another golden portal to emerge behind her hand, causing what appeared to be a cape of sorts to fall into her hands as she tried to gently wrap it around her lover like a cape. "Lest you'd catch a cold, and gods know how long I can remain calm when your underwear is showing through your drenched clothes."

Muttering the last part playfully she turned back toward the direction of the city, a few steps following toward it as she suddenly stopped and hummed softly "Darling~" She began, spinning around on the ball of her heels and smiled innocently at her. "I love you~"

And with those words started to march back toward the city of Hargeon alongside her lover, her armor curiously enough having already long dried itself up. Considering the soft playful humming it was clear that Esperia was in a cheerful mood, and that usually meant a good thing, right?

Well it seemed even if that was mentioned Esperia fell into the part of even more wit from her wife."From you of all people, Esperia dear do you remember the last time we were on on a beach?"Yes she was going to bring that up to her and remind her about that last time."We left Hasani with Nasira, Not with in a half an hour you where already trying to take off my swimming attire."With that she would poke Esperia on the cheek again, Because well she had made her point.

Even if a kind gesture she did point out."You think my now attire is just undergarments underneath?"Well since Esperia generally was a teaser type it was not her turn. She would unbutton the front of her robes to show it was just pretty much a one piece of solid black under it."You think me far too different, don't you?"Then she would just button it back up, put that cape on. Kiss Esperia on the cheek."Yes, dear I love you too."They were an odd couple in their own way but stilled happy no matter what really went on with them in the end.
