Venturing from Hargeon was something that was grossly overdue, but hardly something that she had been looking forward to. Vyra knew that though Hargeon was where she had called home, where she had some place to rest her head without fear or need to be concerned with matters like that of room, board, food, anything of that nature, she still have so much of the world to see. Marigold was still within the southern part of Fiore, so to venture out there was not a hugely long venture. Nor was it one that would have cost a great deal of jewels, much to her benefit. For anyone to have gone from Hargeon to Marigold, it was a largely inexpensive trip for anyone to commit towards, and for Vyra, even the paltry sum of jewels that she had earned through the few jobs that she had been allowed to take had proven to be more than enough to cover the cost of the venture.

It was a nice change from the city of Hargeon, not to speak ill of the place that had – to some degree – accepted her as a part of its people. It was different, to say the least, and in that difference there was a lot to be appreciative towards. Including the large theater that seemed to be highlighted within the city, one in which there seemed to be no shortage of people coming in and out of all throughout. To say it wasn’t something that left her a bit intrigued was a lie, and as she ventured inside, it truly did seem to be rather impressive, to some degree similar to the Blue Pegasus Guild Hall. At least in terms of the scope, the extravagance within it, it was wholly apparent that within Marigold this was one of the premier areas. And with everyone working as diligently as they had been, it seemed that there was something that was on everyone’s mind, occupying their attention fully.

She didn’t expect to come into a job when she figured she arrived in Marigold, but sure enough within a short time that was exactly what had happened. It was a simple job admittedly, one that involved little more than her monitoring things, making sure that there were no issues with the integrity of the performance, as one person described it. Hardly one that she was particularly qualified for, but her affiliation with Blue Pegasus, it did not even matter that she wasn’t a full-fledged member of the guild, it was still one in which they felt comfortable enough to hire her for. Not to mention the added bonuses that had come with the job. Free room and board within Marigold for the duration of the play’s performance for the handful of days that it would be up for. Even if it were a simple job, it was one that the benefit of room and board was worth committing to the job. It didn’t take very long, nor was it particularly difficult, and after going through and spending a night enjoying the performance from beyond the stage, she figured that it would be just as easy the next night.
