Description: This cane sports an uncommon attachment: a paper lantern emblazoned with a painting of a New Year's sunrise on its folded exterior. How intensely the light glows depends on the wielder's magical power. It is said that in the right hands, it can emit light far brighter than the first dawn itself, allowing it to turn back the darkness.

Requirement:

  • The user must be a class capable of using magic

Bonus:

  • Intelligence: +80

Effects:

  • Rising Reserve: The user may store spells in the topic, up to 2x S-Rank targeted spells, they cast into the Dawn Rising so they may use them later. Once cast into this storage, the spells will go on cool-down unless they are sustained. Spells released from the storage do not create a magic circle from the user. Sustained Spells in the Storaged Reserve do not cost mana for the user.
