Home| The sun was high in the sky on the beautiful springtime morning, nary a cloud in sight of the magnificent Domus Flau: an arena as old as the capital city itself. Built at the summit of a nearby mountain the Domus had stood idle, only being used for the occasional fight between training mages looking to strengthen their own abilities. Never before has it been used for something as grand as the event today. The Grand Magic Games: a tournament featuring every guild in Fiore. A chance for every guild mage to showcase their abilities, and the strength of their guild. Every seat was occupied, as the public waited for the first fight to begin. The arena itself, a circle of 100 meters diameter with marble flooring, was watched over by four warriors: Hercales, Shaka Zulu, Miyamoto Musashi and Beowulf. Four of the legendary Nine Heroes, each with their glorious weapon immortalised in stone beside them, eager to bare witness to the power of Fiore. Both contestants will be instructed to walk towards the center of the ring, stopping in their tracks once both are an equal distance from the center and 20m apart. The fight will then be started via the sound of a blast from the referee. "A matchup featuring two races rarely seen in Fiore now. Juni Anastos, Nephilim of Advent World, is set to battle Erebus Cassiel, a zombie representing Sentinel Syndicate. The Overseer from the dark guild is already known to some in the audience due to his reputation, and unique appearance, while Juni seems to have come from nowhere. Who will win in this battle between an angel and an undead? Only one way to find out." |

Pouch : Dressed down in blue and white garb that resembled a flowing dress of sorts, her glittering armor covering her chest, white boots that laced up to her knees, and her prized possession which was Shaka Zulu's Assagai, Juni entered the arena with a thousand-yard stare. She didn't feel like she could win, she was a healer, she had never fought before, or rather she had never fought in a setting such as this, with another individual with the same mental capacity as she had... A real, breathing, person. She was nervous of course but her fear of being the only person to lose in her guild sparked something in her, almost akin to courage. She wouldn't be backing down, and if anything she would give her all.
She ignored the crowd, blocked out the noise, her mind focused as she walked across the marble only to end up stopping twenty meters across from her opponent. She heard his name, but anyone could have that name, she was sure it wasn't the same Erebus that she knew, but if it in fact was, she would feel a lot less scared and a lot more hungry to have this battle.

Each day, at the end of every day they would allow her and the rest of the crowd to go home and rest up. With each day that passed, Juni wondered if she would indeed meet the Erebus she knew. A part of her was, of course, disappointed, but another part of her was relieved. She wouldn't have to fight but she still secured a win for her guild. At the very least she claimed one point and wouldn't be without a point under her belt, no matter how she got it. On the very last day, Juni felt in her gut that she wouldn't be fighting the person she thought she would be. A small part of her missed Erebus, he taught her the language of this land, introduced her to a whole new world, a gave her the advice she needed to never trust a Rune Knight. Now she wouldn't even get to see if he was her Erebus. Juni kept a blank face once the announcer called in for the disqualification. The crowd, of course, was not please, they came to see a fight and they were robbed of it. Juni could only give a small bow before leaving the arena, a win in her pocket but a heavy feeling in her chest...
