Akihiko
The universe must’ve been handing out free “fuck you” cards, or maybe he angered God. Whatever the reason, obstacle after obstacle continued to interfere with Akihiko’s plans. First, it was the wound he received during the Gand Magic Games. Next, it was the werewolf situation at a nearby village on his way back to the guild. “What the hell is next, dragons?” Akihiko said sarcastically. He had spoken too soon because standing before him was a large, white bunny carrying a sack of eggs. Frankly, seeing a dragon would’ve been more believable despite it being a rare, mythical creature. But did he really have to believe in the existence of childhood folklore?

“So, you mean to tell me you’re the Easter Bunny? The same one that goes around laying eggs with treats inside them for kids to find? Ain’t no way in h-“ he said before cutting himself off. He took a brief moment to collect his thoughts, “Was it truly that weird to see a talking bunny?” Akihiko thought to himself. Granted, he has seen weirder but the fact was that he lived in a magical world. However, something about this creature made it seem too real to be true. The bunny turned its head and took a long look at Sterling. “Indeed, I am the Easter Bunny. You’d do well not to question my existence, boy.” the bunny said sternly. He laid down his sack, reached inside for an egg, then tossed it to Akihiko. “Consider this a gift for your efforts in saving that village.” the bunny said.

Akihiko nearly dropped the egg in the process of catching it. The egg was red with white polka dots, and of average size. “Wait, how’d you know that I-“ But before he could fully get his sentence out, the bunny had hopped away.
