She plastered the papers on the bulletin board down the main hallway. It was the main passage in the building. There was several pages and notes posted in addition to the roster she had put together. With it, job lists were posted, as well as various teams and those that would be involved. It was messy, but she would clean it up as it was used. There was no point to get invested in a simple draft copy.

The Guildmaster is supposed to manage and keep a close watch of all of the members. That went without saying. The record keeper was the one who would assist the guildmaster with this task. Their job would be to keep records. It made sense to her, so it should to everyone else too. Healers and tanks would defend the guild, as as such one should always be present within the guild halls during an emergency. You never know what to expect. Hunters would be tasked with eliminating targets. They would be the elite of them, able to venture alone, and do their task, alone. . . if needed. As she went down her list, she added more, writing it down on the wall. Scouts would find their job to go out and find more people worthy of their ranks. A simple job. Recruits were simply the newest faces and bodies the guild acquired. They would be tasked as needed.

"This'll do." she said to herself, posting the pages on the wall, along with several sheets to amend the roster beside it. People would write their ideas, and she would take it all in for consideration. After all, they would act more of a organization.

They weren't left with any other choice.

Aria had been lurking through the Phantom Lord guild today, as she had absolutely nothing to do. She had gotten tired of staring at blank walls for hours on end. She had always seemed to have nothing to do, and that had bothered her. She needed to be able to do something that would keep her occupied for more than 5 minutes without getting repetitive, and she also needed something that would actually require her to do something a bit challenging, not just her running around doing dirty work for a lazy mutt who didn't want to do their own work. She had been walking down the hall just whistling, as she had liked the effect that had came through when she had whistled in a big empty hallway, the echos seeming like they go on for hours. She had been watching the hallways closely, until she had found these odd papers on the guild bulletin board. They had been sign ups for what seemed like a smaller group that was only for Phantom Lord. Aria had pulled out a pen and put her name under Silent Hand and Recruits, as she was obviously new and didn't know the current members too well. She then tucked her pen back into her pocket and kept walking down the hallways, looking for something better to do.

There wasn't much to do, with time passed she returned to check up on the list. There was few sheets written on, and others drawn on and filled with jokes and meaningless information. She would read the names added, along with the information she had collected since her last update to the public roster.

She lifted the sheet off and placed a newer one, with more names added. Granted they were few, but every little change would matter. People had to be updated, and the more updated everyone was to the plans the better they could all work together. They could only succeed if they did it in unison.

"This should be fine." she said to herself, placing both Aria and Gloria where they would belong. Surely ranks should have been posted on this list, but that wouldn't matter. Their names should speak for their strength, not the power of a spell they can cast. After all, A simple D-Ranked mage can kill a S-Ranked mage, granted the opportunity. That should speak volumes.

And soon this guild would have an entire bookcase of grand tales of warriors. They would being about the new era.
