Overall: Naru is a tall muscular man, who tends to be on the more vertical side of the weight spectrum. Naru likes to keep his dressing to a down low. wearing mostly jeans, a white t-shirt and a leather jacket. He isn't a fan of heamy armor, but a little bit of body armor he doesen't mind. He willl only wear shoes that allow movement, and a little bit of callus is something he never minds, actually he approves.

Personality

Personality: Naru is the rebellious type, tell him to do this he'll do the exact opposite. The only place he might follow orders is in battle. Completely capable of taking on any foe. He does get a little riled up sometimes, yelling, shouting and maybe a few fists. Naru knows his way around a bar when he visits one, which is rare. Naru isn't one to zone out, he might look like it but he's listening. Naru also tends to show his distaste for you right away, if you're being rude he'll flat out say you're a jerk. Naru we'll probably never tell you who his friends are or let you be one if you're outside his guild. If you're a friend he's pretty nice, he wont let anyone do anything to you even if their stronger than him. He's not one to crack jokes but he will laugh at them. If theres something he secretly likes, it's family, something he wants in the future.

Likes:

Weapons: Growing up with two rune night parents he's pretty used to everything sharp.
The occasional drink: Naru isn't one to get drunk but having the occasional beverage is okay for him.

Dislikes:

Narcissists : Hates them, if you talk about yourself to much and how good you are, it's a guranteed fact he'll get up and walk away, if you're lucky he'll say goodbye.
rules: He grew up in a house where all they had were rules, they were also the reason he left.

Motivations:

Better him self: Naru wants to get better, his father wanted him to climb the ranks of a rune knight, not something he wanted to do, he wanted to make himself better his way.

Fears:

Being exposed: His magic has everything to do with protection, if he feels like he cant fight you or strip him off his clothes or armor he's pretty weak.
Death of a friend: Since his friends are few in number when one dies it's a pretty big deal for him.

Magic

Magic Name: Imperial Guard

Magic Element: Light

Magic Description: The user is able to create translucent shields around the battle field, it can be on them near them or on another person, since its light its strong against darkness and weak against nature. Since this is purely defensive the user can only cast Defensive, debuff and supplementary spells.

History

History: Naru James Hitikari was born to Laverne and Kagaya Hitikari in Nanuq town. He had an older sister, Elizabeth Dana Hitikari, who was 7 when he was born, when he was 3 his younger brother, Haru Paul Hitikari was born. Since both his parents were rune knights, rules were drilled into their house. Laverne was a woman with a requip magic while Kagaya was skilled at card magic. All 3 children attended a prestigious private school. When Elizabeth graduated at 18 she had a knack for Ice-make magic, Naru was 11, She later left nanuq to become an advisor to a rich family in crocus when Naru was 15.

When Naru graduated he left to travel for a couple years. When he turned 21 he settled down in magnolia and joined Fairy Tail. He only returned home for Haru's graduation. Haru, being a skilled requip user had decided to become a rune knight and wished to be a kingsguard one day. Naru then returend to live his life with his friends.

Naru now plans on training, going on quests, having that occasional drink and eventually having a family. But for now he's fine.

In your overall appearance section I would say you should expand this. There's no real talk about what you look like, only what you wear.
You'll need to remove the bit about the sword in your extra section. Until you buy a sword you can't own one.
For your magic, please list all the types of spells you are able to cast. These will be listed next to your class on the page of the same name.
Your history could use some revising as well. Your character's older sister may have become a Rune Knight, but being a member of the Magic Council needs to go as membership in the council is exclusive.

You also have a number of grammar errors that I would suggest you give a once over. Other than that, just give a bump when you're finished.
