Dan yawned as he walked quietly through the streets of crocus once more as he approached the crocus gardens in order to meet the man who put up the notice in town. Dan had planed on returning home this morning but just as he was getting ready to leave a quest caught his eye. Nothing overly important just a knight that had lost his sword and needed it found. Knowing he still had a bit before he had to leave Dan decided to try to help the guy. As Dan neared the garden he saw a younger man wearing armor assuming this was his client Dan waved with a smile. "Greetings my name is Dan I saw your request and wanted to help out." The man looked relieved at Dan's approach "Thanks I could really use it." He said as he chuckled awkwardly. Dan slowly looked around before scratching his chin "so where were you when you lost it?"

The man scratched his head for a moment before pointing towards a small area with a few trees "over there is the last place I remember seeing it." Dan noded his head and began to walk towards the area the man pointed to. After a few minutes Dan hears a quiet growling noise nearby as he looks towards the direction of the noise he sees a dog quickly run by holding a sword in it's mouth. Dan feels his eyes widen for a moment before he begins to chase after the dog. "Hey get back here!" Dan shouts as he chases the dog across a field. After a few minutes Dan is able to trap the dog behind a nearby entrance between the wall and a entrance gate. "Ok boy please drop the sword ok?" Dan asks as he slowly approaches the dog who quietly whines before dropping the sword and yips at Dan. Dan quickly picks up the sword and scratches the dogs head "Good boy thank you" Dan says as he walks back towards the knight. "Hey I found your sword" Dan says as he hands the sword over as the man smiles and hands Dan the reward.
