Kishin walked through the quarantined quarters of the church, a small vial of liquid medicine in hand. The task given to him by Father Jerad was a heavy one, but he knew that it was important to help those in need. At least, Kishin might also need similar help himself one day.

As he approached the first sick person, an older man lying in bed, Kishin hesitated. He had never been one to put much faith in religion or magic, and the idea of using a flower's nectar as medicine seemed far-fetched to him. But he knew that Father Jerad had not only believed in the healing properties of the Blessia flower, but had also succumbed to the illness himself while tending to the needs of others. Thinking back, Kishin is more afraid of the potential risks to himself than the legitimacy.

Kishin knelt beside the man and offered him the vial. "Here, this is from Father Jerad. It's a medicine made from the Blessia flowers, and it's supposed to help with your recovery."

The man took the vial and looked at it skeptically. "I don't know about this," he said. "I've never heard of anything like this before."

Kishin understood the man's doubts, but he also knew that Father Jerad had believed in this medicine with all his heart. "I know it might seem strange, but Father Jerad has faith in it. And if it can help him, it might be able to help you too."

The man nodded and drank the contents of the vial. Kishin watched as he closed his eyes and took a deep breath. When he opened his eyes again, they seemed clearer and more alert.

Kishin moved on to the next sick person, an older woman who was coughing uncontrollably. She was reluctant to take the medicine at first, but Kishin reassured her that it was safe and that Father Jerad had believed in its healing properties. She drank the medicine and within minutes, her coughing subsided.

Kishin continued to walk around the quarantined quarters, offering the medicine to the sick and talking to them, trying to ease their fears and doubts. He came across an ill child who refused to drink the medicine, and it took a gentle coaxing and some reassurance from Kishin to get him to take it.

After ensuring that all the sick people had had the medicine, Kishin returned to Father Jerad's bedside. Despite his condition, Father Jerad asked for a detailed update on the patients and Kishin shared with him a summary of his encounters. Once he was satisfied with the update, Father Jerad finally consumed some of the Blessia flower's nectar himself and almost instantly felt better, sitting up straighter on his bedside.

Father Jerad was very grateful to Kishin for his assistance and handed him a small vial which he explained will help give Kishin a larger capacity to aid people. He also rewarded Kishin with jewels for all his work.
