Vex once again was called upon to come and handle a crisis that was going on in the north as she is pulling her forces together, to get the power that she would need to help her goddess gain the power to knock Illumin off of his ivory pedestal as this was more important and there was much more at stake here then just her seeking revenge on the god that had ignored her prayer and left her to the streets and the mercy of those that sough to harm her and cause her to feel the pains of loneliness and that of dejection. She headed for the village that had claimed that they would like a trade treaty with a rival settlement of the north in the woods, this can get messy fast she knows this oh too well. She needs to make sure that they get all their t's crossed and their I's dotted so no one has too much wiggle room to get out of it and that it will have a air tight seal on it so that her client doesn't just break it right after making it having wasted her time in the area.

Vex gets to the village with her right hands following just right behind her and he wonders if they will be able to help he keep the leaders safe and that they were who they said they were and catch they small things playing around in the shadows and there has to be some unforeseen catch some where as she was not going to lie this place looked like it had seen better days and they clearly needed this deal to go through or else they might be in trouble and really start feeling the pain of the rejection to their tribe as this was something akin to a dark ending in a game or a book that you failed to take the right choice in and now you are on a speeding train heading for the end of the tracks and was nearly in sight of the wall that they are about to crash into a full speed.

She knows that this is going to probably be a very hard sell as it would seem that these people were on their last legs and if they had been warring with the other settlement that means that they are probably who put them into this condition and this is not good as they probably have nothing to even really offer to the other settlement but she gets lead to the place to meet her client who looks like a normal every man and not really a leader but she figured that beggars can't be choosers so this is just what she will have to deal with and get into shape to take on this trade deal. The man tells her the story of what had happened and why he was looking to end it as this had gone on for far longer then it should have and now that he was free he was going to make sure the rift was repaired.

The man agreed that they were in rough shape to the woman but he knows that he can make this work as there really was no other choice at this point than to get this done and done right not half assed as the person that had imprisoner him had done before double crossing them. She figures this deal is probably going to fall through as there was some bad blood and this "leader" speaks that he was in a cell until he had sent out the request to get help with this and Vex can feel that her negotiation skills and training are going to be tested here. She starts looking over the mans resources and what can be done to even try to make this deal appealing and she sees her answers as it is a slim chance but with a little mouth service and a tongue of silver she was going to bullshit her way through it and make sure that this deal gets started.

She walks with the man who picked a few men who he felt were the best to come with them as witnesses to the signing, Vex hopes that they are not going to just start up a fight or anything as this other settlement had already been double crossed once and that was not a mistake that Vex was going to take and have these guys decide to go rouge on her and start causing trouble, she has her Right hands follow and Carla is following right behind as well as she wanted to watch her mistress do her thing and get the deal done and sealed so that they can get it done and that beaten down village back on it's feet before it falls even further into disrepair. Carla believed in their leader to get this handled but she didn't often get to see the woman do these things mostly just services and sacrifices to the goddess.

The woman gets to the settlement and they call out to not come any closer but Vex looks at them and speaks clear to them that they were seeking to open a trade route between the two lived in areas and that she needed them to agree between of them both to allow it, Vex hopes this bluff works and that they can maybe expend on it later if need be and that seemed like it was a good choice to keep in her back pocket till she needed it and that was not something that she can take or use lightly as this might be able to grant her a bit more of a network if she plants some cultists in the two cites working with the people and working their ways up in trust and in intel gathering. She just needs to make sure that they can come to a deal or if this is going to back fire but she had faith that her goddess will watch over this deal and give her the outcome that she needed in it.

They are lead into the settlement and to the other leader who looks at them and they seem very displeased to see they were let in and then Vex gets down to business and has the two leaders start talking it out a bit and that seems to have softened the other leader a bit to hearing them out once they started venting the bad blood that had brought it to this point and she keeps her eyes open for if anything seems to be getting caught up or anything that she felt that she should head off and get them back on the rails of this planned meeting. She had been trained to handle these kind of things since she was old enough to walk and talk, she was not going to let this deal fall through no matter how long this takes. The two leaders have started to get a bit heated up as they are starting to nitpick at some of the things in the deal that she had put together for them to sign and get figured out and they looked to her to help to get the deal more in the middle and keep the deals progress going forward.

Vex sits at the table and she starts redrawing up the deal and the options and things that the deal entails as this was a big deal and they both had their points and she is making sure that the deal doesn't just fall through on them as this was getting closer and closer to the deal being signed and sealed this is what needs to be that focus as the two leaders are now pretty much sitting side by side and giving ideas and talking them over as they go and she hopes that this means that they will be able to get this ending part figured out or if she will have to deal with something that was a bit extra between these two and she will handle that when it gets to that and if it gets to that but for now it is going smoothly and she was not going to risk the deal for any reason. The two leaders come to an agreement and they both sign along with their witnesses and the birth of a trade deal had been completed.
