This must be the place, huh? The sun turning from a bright yellow to a cooler and calmer orange as it drifted slowly toward the surface of the sea and providing quite the spectacle of a sight in doing so, Mia Monet looked toward the descent of helios or whomever else one might have believed towed the sun through the sky and the scene before it with a icy irises glistening, and a sense of relief as well to discover the air was not quite so hostile as it had been earlier in the day.
[iSeems a bit cooler now? More comfortable?[/i] That white hair and porcelain skin she possessed seeming to handle the heat worse than most but that hardly much of a surprise when half her heritage hailed from the coldest land in the world, the fair femme found herself glad that she wouldn't need to worry about her cheeks flushing or head dizzying too much because of the intensity of the rays upon her, and as such felt optimistic as she hopped from a shallow bluff and made for the stretch of sand beyond it, as well as the people already there.

I hope I look alright…? Keen to impress in fact and showing this in how she looked over the somewhat scant garment she was currently using to conceal at least some of her modesty, unlike some in the guild that she now found herself a member of this flaxen fox still found herself a slave to humility, though over time and with the right influence she was starting to develop some assurance in her looks.
Alisa said this one would look cute on me, right~? None seeming to aid her esteem in fact than the ebony haired empress who ran the guild but more so on account of their close connection than anything, thankfully the woman seemed happy to encourage her adopted sister to show a little more flair and flourish in what she did, and steadily she was learning that a little skin and something fine atop it was never a bad thing. Though, sometimes, there were people who made that challenge of confidence a little harder to overcome.

"Whoa, whoa, whoa, baby doll…!
You headed that way? Real party's over here~!"

Case in point a trio of sailors who seemed far happier to make the lass their business than allow her to get on with her own, Mia could only lift a paw to her chest with hesitance as she found a man with a bottle in hand and booze on his breath stride forward and cut off her path, and was left to wonder how she could refuse him and his friends on a nice evening like this without ruining it. After all, she was more than capable of handling herself should the moment turn ugly, but right now she wanted to avoid that if at all possible…

Ava
Ava still wasn’t sure how she felt about the social aspects of being in a guild. She definitely liked the general banter, the nature of having friends and connections, that shit was well enough, but all the same she didn’t quite know how to fully connect with these events and parties. She liked to think she used to be a bit of a party gal back when she was a lone agent, but something about the fact she’d have to deal with these people the next day, and the next, and the next, restrained her a bit. She wouldn’t exactly say she was humble or withheld, just… cautious, to really let herself go, even if the event called for it.

Idly sipping from a cooled can herself, her eyes drifted along the beach party and the other guild members present and those seeming to arrive from a short distance. She’d removed her highlights for the time she spent here, feeling the bright sun didn’t really go well with the golden streaks, wearing a green bikini with a transparent sarong. She felt it offered a bit of flair to the outfit without limiting her flow of movement in any significant way. Her eyes drifted along the hazy beach, the heat radiating off the sand, but her vision was still clear enough to catch a vaguely familiar, but fresh face to the guild, peeling herself out of a sun lounger and moving over, can idly swinging with the flow of their hand as they walked across.

Getting close, seemed they were being accosted by some ditzy drunks. Sure, you didn’t tend to use that word for the guys, but it was a lot nicer than anything else she was willing to think about them. With the lone gal seeming to be a little hesitant to turn them down, Ava slipped in by their side and slipped an arm around their waist. Forward, and likely to earn a slap, but she tried to throw her confidence behind the wheel and make sure they played along.

“Wooooah boys. I might wanna hold yer horses on this one. Her company’s quite spoken for.~”

She flashed a wink, with a double purpose. Intending to slip some ‘signal’ the boys way in what she really meant by that, but also give this stranger a hint to play along if she wanted them gone.

"Come onnnn, I'm sure you'll like us…
We aren't too bad, are we boys~?"

It seeming that the polite refusal of stepping around this stranger was not an option for Mia as her act only seemed to compel this coercive character to snatch at her wrist to deny her egress, the white wonder felt herself twisted and turned around by the act but was strong enough that she could readily peel her arm away in spite of his intent, but even then it seemed like she wasn't going to be able to escape without a further severity.
Looks like I have no choice…? His friends seeming to stand up and begin to saunter over to the lass in a manner which reminded her of the behaviour of bandits, she couldn’t tell if they were honest seamen affected by their drinks or simple brigands, but either way the blanched beauty squeezed her mitts tight and readied herself for a little more of a direct denial if they were proving so insistent. However, her act was interrupted by the voice and touch of another.

Who's…? Perhaps a little too focused on the fools and for that reason not realizing the approach of an apparent ally until she heard the voice of the vixen and felt the fingers of the fox touch her hips, those ice-coloured eyes of Miss Monet jerked and jabbed around as she tried to keep up with the situation, and look over the new figure who had broke onto the scene.
[iDo I know her?[/i] Unfamiliar with who she was but in a way glad for an apparent ally, the fists of the fair femme relaxed a little when she was presented by the comfort offered by her would-be companion, and she was found hoping that the men would just drop the issue right then and there. However, the demon drink did tend to make one more stupid sensible, didn't it?

"Whoa~!
We don't mind playing with you both, right lads~?"

For that reason it seeming the men weren't about to give up without a fight, once more their lead seemed to pipe up and sink what was left of his bottle before tossing the item away to show off, and clearly seemed to think that rugged machismo and pig headedness was the way to get a girl. Heavens, they really were quite a ways from their home, weren't they?

Ava
Ava didn’t hear a word out of the girl, but as the sailors seemed to power through with their machismo, what she thought was a VERY obvious hint to their lack of interest wasn’t taken in the tone she hoped. If anything, it seemed to just spur them on as they either took the wrong message from a second girl showing up with such a closeness to the first, or, they took the right meaning, and were just that fucking gross. She didn’t hide an eye roll at their behaviour whatsoever, expecting that they were too tipsy at this point to even notice such subtleties of her expressions.

“Soz.” She muttered quietly for Mia to hear. “Didn’t expect them to be this out of it.” She kept an arm about the gril’s waist, but having moved in on her right side she sadly wasn’t capable of noticing her guild mark as her own thigh was close enough to make it a hard thing to notice given their current positions in relation to one another. As she cocked her own hip however, one of her legs more extended than the other, the tone of her own Pegasus mark may have been somewhat noticeable, if the strange’s gaze happened to flow down that way at least.

“Look boys I appreciate the offer but we’ve got our own party to get to and it’s a bit of a closed event.~” She began, trying to keep a hint of sweetness so they didn’t cause a scene so close to the guild’s main party. Her lips parted to flow into another word, but one of them making a grab for her shoulder, in their mind, calm gesture, but to her, sending a chill across her shin that an absoluite creep deserved.

Suffice to say, words weren’t quick to follow anymore.

Both her hands darted to his wrist, pulling a knee back and extending a leg as she hoisted his arm up over her own head and his body following behind it. A set of magic circles shone behind the backs of her palms, a small eruption powering her momentum as her arms slammed forward, and the drunk sailor’s body soon behind it, a look of cold fury in her eyes as a very sharp turn overtook her, sand kicked up by the firm impact of flesh against sand.

There was a pause, the drunks processing how quick that was, while Ava dusted off the shoulder he’d touched, her gaze dull. Not quite sharp as she realized the sweet act was over, but not eager to deal with drunken punks on a ‘day off’.

“Anyone else wanna make a grab for me?”

She's…? Perhaps each of the women on scene seeming to assume that the other might be a potential damsel in distress and for that reason the snowy siren surprised as her unexpected ally fired up a magic circle and set to action, her pale gaze widened as she watched the fiery femme step forward and seem to lay out their would be leading man with a hellacious hit, Mia found her heart racing a little at the show of virtue and valiant intent from the vixen, but all too quickly was called to a show of her own.
Oh no! The fellows of the fool taking none too kindly to seeing the loudest and most obnoxious among their number fall to the floor and acting because of that, one of them seemed to shatter the stout end of his bottle to make something sharp and nasty, and prompted the half-elven enchantress to show her gifts as well.

“My apologies…!” Gifted with an unnatural fleetness of feet thanks to the heritage that left the tips of her ears pointy and through that able to lurch forward like little more than a blur, all too quickly was Miss Monet thrusting her knee forward and slamming it into the cheek of the bottle wielding brute to knock him off course, but she was far from done there for that matter.
“Hra!” Stunning the first face but conscious of the fact that her impromptu ally was about to be set upon by a pair of angry aggressors and acting accordingly because of that, with her first blow unleashed she spun through the air with all the skill and splendour of a ballerina before lashing out with a high heel, and as such was able the second aggressor around the back of his skull and plant his face firmly into the path as well…

Ava
Ava was a smidge surprised as the other femme beside her seemed to be more capable than the average civilian, but not about to let that surprise get the better of her. The sound of shattering glass was soon replaced with a dislocating jaw from that knee to the poor guys cheek, and with it, Ava realized she may have misread the situation, but, also, that she should perhaps focus on her own foes in this moment. With the femme beside her seeming to take out another with a kick to the back of the head, Ava moved on the other, keeping her stance low as their tipsy nature weakened their stance, getting them on her shoulder and hoisting them up and over her shoulder, turning side on to them, holding out a hand to cast her magic circle.

“Bye bye.~”

With a burst of force the drunkard was sent skimming along the sand a short distance, and with a sense that she wasn’t quite out of the woods yet, Ava directed her voice over her shoulder without turning her gaze around. “Look at what just happened to your mates, and really consider if your drunk ass wants to do that.”

A final remaining member of the little band of drunks looked around himself, slowly adding up that the odds weren’t in his favor, dropping what seemed to be a sand-shovel he’d just grabbed, likely abandoned by some kid or another from the day before. Ava heard their shuffling in the sand, and rose to watch them run off with an exasperated sigh. “Least they seem to be learnin’…” She looked back to her company, smirking. “Soz about that. DIdn’t realize you had it handled.~”

Looks like I got a little carried away…? Certainly not about to stow those fists of fury or her fists either until she was sure that the would-be thugs had no power left to do harm, as Alisa had taught her, Miss Monet let loose a breath to steady herself only when the dastardly duo were left with bruisers and bloody noses and the intent to scamper sooner rather than later, though as she did so still felt a pang of guilt all the same.
“O-Oh, No. I… Appreciate the help?” That being said at least seeming to value the intervention of the fiesty figure who had come to her defence even if what she had done seemed to imply that she didn't need it, the snowy siren shook her head and waved away any notion that the act of the lass was unnecessary, since not only had she acted on her behalf but had also acted as something of an inspiration for someone who had found themselves torn on a deicison she really shouldn't have.

“I should have acted sooner, not let them get so carried away?” Plenty strong when it came to the action but the gentle nature she possessed sometimes leaving her hesitant when she really shouldn't have been, Mia valued the act and courage that she had been shown by this stranger all the more for how it had spurred her, and admitted that she felt she should have acted more decisively long before it had ever needed the new face to nudge her into action.
“Are you… A member of the guild…?” Appreciating the deed and feeling a swell of curiousity about her saviour as well now that the 'danger' had seemed to have passed, the blanched beauty could only let that blue gaze drift down the frame of her fellow femme as she questioned her on her affiliation, though not fore the obvious reason. Instead so unaccustomed to the company of her guildmates that she only recognised them by the mark they bore for the most part, all she could do was hope to see the sigil of the pegasi in an obvious locale before her eyeline drifted too far, or otherwise find herself in need of assistance from the new woman in her life, once more…

Ava
The gal, despite her capability in a fight, seemed a lot softer in nature than Ava herself, and so she made a note to try and restrain herself just a smidge. She had started to learn a lot of people around the blue Pegasus environment, guild mates or note, tended to be able to handle her nature, but she still had the sense to make a decent enough first impression with people outside of those she already realized had the ‘comfort’ of baring the blue Pegasus mark with her. “Well don’t mention it then. Still, you clearly had yourself sorted. I tried droppin’ a hint for ‘em but clearly they weren’t in the mood to take it.” She offered across quickly – “Not that I’m saying it’s a hint to the truth or nuttin’~ Just tends to be a quick way to get the guys to leave while keepin’ ‘em in a good mood. Though I guess we failed on that latter requirement eh?~”

When asked about her guild association, Ava was quickly reminded of where she kept her mark, shifting her right leg, turning it a little where she stood and peeling up the small sarong she’d added to her ensemble today, revealing the mark of her guild. “Well if by ‘the guild’ you mean Blue Pegasus, then yeah, that I’d be.~ You askin’ cause you recognized the mark or you got some familiarity with ‘the’ guild yourself?” She asked with a hint of cheek to her tone, mostly just because she had yet to see the other femme’s mark blatantly yet, but the way she referred to it as just ‘the guild’ did hint she may be a member herself. Especially with a body like that and the magic to match. Like damn girl, how much hip you got?~ She chuckled lightly to herself at the thought, less eager to hold back her wandering gaze as she let it drop down and up the other woman.

“I'm… Not used to dealing with boys like that, I suppose?” Lifting her hand to the back of that closely but cutely cropped main and rubbing her scalp softly as she admitted that the fine art of rejecting men through more verbal means was something that she lacked more than a little experience in, the rosy colour that such a confession brought from her cheeks was only made all the more apparent by the contrast it created with her fair skin and flaxen hair, and Mia once more appeared meek as she revealed the fact that she had barely had any time or opportunity to deal with matters of attraction.
“Alisa taught me, well… More direct means?” Raised in a sheltered fashion and on so many occasions it seeming that her 'uncle' was always there to glare and scare any who showed interest in her, even if she didn't realize that fact, the sheltered siren had instead been taught by her adopted sister how to deal with people when they got a little too pushy, and had proven a fine student, as she had shown in the moments before.

“W-Well, this is what the evening is about, right?” That pinkness seeming to remain as the lass seemed to tease her about her question on allegiance and revealing her assumption had been something of a calculation, Miss Monet twisted from those voluminous hips to better display her own pale mark of the pegasi to clarify her status, and the blanched beauty only seemed to show off her buxomly built body as she did so.
“I'm Mia, by the way~?” Offering out her hand soon after however as she decided that they were long overdue for a proper introduction, or at least an informal greeting, the snowy stunner was finally feeling her nerves start to relax after her encounter and offered up a small but sincere smile, and felt keen on getting to know her rowdy rescuer as she did so. After all, thus far they felt like sand and silk, and the blue eyed belle couldn’t help but envy the confidence in comportment that her new cohort showed…

“Ooooh… but you are used to dealing with some Boys eh?~” She teased, unable to resist a small quippy line like that in the hopes of easing the tension here a bit, sinking her thumbs down into the sides of her bikini bottoms and the edges of her sarong. A habit from wearing belts or very thin and shallow pockets on her more fashionable clothing. She didn’t have that habit of ‘hands on the hips’ something about it just didn’t sit right on her own skin, but this worked well enough in a similar vein, so long as nothing she wore was too loose to handle the weight of her arms draping into them.~

She quirked her brow as she admitted to knowing Alisa, her queries about the guild still remaining until she was sure, spotting the mark of the pegasi on that twisted hip, a sly element to her own smirk. Not like she could judge of course, her own mark was in the inside of her thigh afterall. Didn’t even get put on display with half her outfits buuuut… it was a fun little element for other situations.~ “I mean, sure, o’course, but it’s not like those drunken sailors were invited now was it?” She crossed her arms, feeling that was a fair point, not to assume everyone here was part of the guild.

“Ava luv.~” She offered her hand out to meet Mia’s, giving it a firm squeeze as they shook. “Can’t say I’ve seen you around but I’ve been out and about as of late. Trying to make sure I’m actually doing something rather than sitting on my ass twiddlin’ m’ thumbs ya know? Always good to meet a fellow pegasi though. You been with us long? “Hmmmm… Not really, I suppose? Uncle tended to keep them away?” The snowy siren seeming a little too sheltered to pick up on the bawdy bait she was left by the new face in her life, all she could do was curl her finger over and lift it to her lip as she showed her trademark honesty and innocence, and once more found herself admitting that she had led something of an isolated life thus far. Especially when it came to the opposite sex.
“Alisa used to bring people home sometimes, but… They were all so much older, or seemed so, when I was a girl?” Instead many of her interactions with those outside her adopted family seeming to come from her experience with the friends whom her sister would bring to their isolated cabin, Miss Monet was used to being treated like a child or a sibling by people but less so as a woman in her own right, especially when it came to interactions of greater intimacy.

“I suppose not, but, they didn't have your… Gallant character, did they~?” Pausing at the question about the assumption she had made about the girl in green, however, it had been easy to guess that such surly characters seemed to stand in such strong opposition to what she imagined a member of her guild being like, and likewise the reverse was also true of her new friend as well. After all, there was no denying the chivalry which had been shown, and seemed to sum up the principals of the pegasi perfectly, didn’t it?

“It's nice to meet you, Ava~” For that reason shining with a smile and a softness in her eyes which only added to her sincerity as she brought both hands to bear in their greeting, Mia seemed to radiate with a kind of warmth which seemed alien to the type of magic she could show, and perhaps was the reason she was able to withstand such bitter temperature with ease as well?
“A couple of years, actually. But I haven't spent much time around most of my guildmates, really?” happy to confess that she had been a member of their often gaudy group far longer than most might have known as well now that they were becoming acquainted with one another, in truth it might have been easy for almost all to mistake the lass for a newcomer in spite of her activity. I mean, she had barely even seen their great hall, let alone had the chance to get acquainted with anyone beyond her family as well, right?

Ava
Ava grew a little more curious. Clearly the teasing about her experience with boys was either being deflected, or just missed entirely, and… looking at this girl, if she had to guess, she’d bet it was the latter. She felt like, despite her capability in a fight, she had some air of innocence about her that Ava wasn’t quite connecting with. Not that she wouldn’t try, she was a social creature, or so she believed about herself. If this woman before her was a little dense in her own arena, she’d try to calm down a bit and step more into hers, especially as it seemed rather unusual for a Blue Pegasus gal of all people to be anything close to genuinely innocent.

“When you were a girl?” She asked with some mild surprise. She seemed young, but a woman nonetheless. In Ava’s brain, ‘girl’ was for like, anyone under twelve. Who was she to have known Alisa so long? Or if she was misunderstanding the time frame, that was an opportunity for the lass to expand.

She did snicker a little though. “Somehow I never pictured Alisa the type to bring men home, but hey, ya learn somethin’ new every day.~”

Now Gallant? That was a new word for her. She vaguely understood it from past experience, but to have it used to describe herself was definitely the new experience here. “Ooo. Well I wouldn’t exactly use such a fancy sounding word to describe myself. Bear in mind I just flipped one of those guys over my shoulder the moment they touched me. Hardly comes off like the most honorable approach now does it.~” She was shameless in her admittance of a lack of honor, it wasn’t exactly her forte’ and she could see that.

“A couple like 2 or, like, more than one? Cause if it’s the former I guess we’re on the same page.~ Is a shame I ain’t caught you around the place, but I guess that’s just how it is sometimes. Ain’t been the most sociable creature myself. Been trying to grind some rep with the guild to get myself that C rank consideration! Make sure I can take on some jobs that feel a little more worth my time than some civilian’s errand girl eh?~”

“Oh I was only eight or nine at the most when they brought be over here?” The flaxen femme frowning once more as she found her account being questioned, once more she answered honestly and innocently as she admitted the fact that she had been rather young when she had been adopted by the pair, and as such was barely more than a slip of a thing in the earliest memories she had of a sibling who was the better part of a decade her senior.
“Oh men and women? She had all sorts of friends I'd see her with~?” Once more that naivete coming to the front when ava mentioned the notion of alisa bringing men home, those blue eyes blinked at the perceived disbelief of her new friend without ever considering the innuendo she intended, and as such Miss Monet happily and unknowingly let slip of the versatility she saw in the habits of the woman she had lived with as she grew up, without ever for a moment realizing the greater implication therein.

“Well, stepping in to help a maiden in trouble? Seems like gallantry to me~?” Found also with a sense of confusion when the rowdier lass seemed to refute the notion of chivalry on account of the crassness she had shown while doing so, mia was only too happy to focus on the intent behind the action and offered a sincere and shining smile as she did so, and seemed to show no disingenuous sense of admiration in her act either.
“Only two, uncle Rocky said I couldn't join the guild before that? He said that it wasn't the sort of place for a girl that young? I think he was worried about the fights and stuff, before he had trained me properly~?” Once more seeming to hint at how sheltered her upbringing had been with the patriarch who had procured her soon after, in truth the snowy siren still didn't totally understand why he had been so hesitant to let her join 'team white empress', and seemed to guess the reasoning was more to do with education and experience rather than less wholesome truths which she had yet to grasp…

Ava still felt more than a little curious about Mia’s situation with Alisa and the guild, but couldn’t help but just let it result in a cheeky smirk when she talked about Alisa’s habits with men and women, shaking her head with a chuckle and a tender sigh as she didn’t seem to be catching on to what Ava was letting down. Ahhh. Such innocence. Rare to see in a guild member of this guild of all places but amusing nonetheless it seemed. She calmed herself a little, and started to turn on her heels, hands cupped behind her head as she walked.

“Gallant, common courtesy, call it what ya like. I don’t think any gal in their right mind should leave another gal in trouble.~” She heard the talk about not joining the guild too young as she walked, smirking. “Well I hear guilds like fairy tail practically adopt kids into their ranks, so I wouldn’t worry about age, but as far as handling yourself goes, you definitely seem capable of that.~ I’mma head back to the party for now, but hit me up if ya want some company. Ciao Mia.~” With that she’d start to head off, hoping no one grabbed her lounger as she’d been away.

Mia
Mia wasn’t much for the ocean, but she could at least enjoy the beach. Most of the real beach fun didn’t take place so far out that you needed to know how to swim, or anything close to the matter. If it was a situation where anyone with half a brain could still feel their toes touch the sand below the water, she wasn’t in a situation where she’d panic, and as such, with Blue Pegasus holding some sort of beach event, she didn’t see any reason to hide away from it. I mean, come on! Blue Pegasus babes in bikinis and getting sloshed on drinks?~ What was there to complain about there?~

Wandering along the beach, she sweeped to the side as some sloshed looking sailor boys rushed past her other side, shooting them a curious glance. One of them seemed to hesitate and give her a leering gaze, but as their gaze drifted down to the outside of her left bicep, they seemed to suddenly have a chill run down their spine based on the look on their face, rushing back off after their buddies. Mia couldn’t help but chuckle. What? Guild babes too intimidating for ‘em? Then what the hell where they doing on this beach today?~

Wearing a loose white beach shirt with her bikini underneath for now, she idly stretched her arms up over her head as she got closer to the music and the source of the party, a flowing breath oozing out of her lips as her lax gaze wandered over the golden sands. She wasn’t the biggest fan of getting this shit between her toes, but what self respecting person wore sandals when the beach sand was this fine? If it was a sloshy mess she’d understand maybe, but getting sandals caught beneath a layer of sand between them and your foot was the most annoying thing in the world to her.

She needed to start finding more pleasure in this beach then complaints however… and spotting a blue Pegasus mark on someone’s thigh she seemed to have her distraction. A sly little smirk across her lips as she slipped up behind them while they seemed to be lingering for a moment, a fellow blue Pegasus wandering off from them. “Well hello. Sorry to bother ya but I don’t suppose you’d happen to know the way to Blue Peg’s party?~” She asked, trying to get a cheeky little in with the woman shed slipped up on. “I mean I hear there might be a dress code but…”

Without much hesitation, the tall blonde hooked her hands beneath the shirt she’d worn, it’s loose fit making it easy enough to slip out of, making sure that as she hoisted it up, revealing her defined abdominal muscles and flexing out her biceps as they were hoisted up over her head. She adjusted her tinted aviators as she let the shirt hang over her shoulder like one might carry a towel, a cheeky smile flashing at the soft looking snowflake before her. “I’m pretty sure I fit the bill.~”

Gosh, she's right… No point coming to the party if I spend my evening standing twenty feet from it? The brow of the blanched beauty lifting as her new friend seemed to remind them of their purpose here and shuffle along accordingly, Miss Monet was left to blink as she realized just how much dillying and dallying had been caused by the obstacle of unwanted attention and nodded as she aimed to turn on her heel and set off in pursuit of her guildmate, but before she could she found her attempt being stalled once more by yet another 'pitfall'. Though in this case, rather a more pleasing one.

“Oh, yes! You've come to the right place!” Perhaps a little intimidated all the same when such a bold character with such a buoyant bright blonde mane burst onto the scene and asked for directions, all the same there seemed something endearing about the earthy energy this stranger gave off and so Mia was only too happy to show her a smile and a nod as she affirmed the accuracy of their destination, but quickly found herself distracted when the conversation turned toward apparel. But with what happened as a result, who wouldn't be, hm~?

“I'm sure they won't-!” Only too happy to confirm the idea that the 'dress code' was rather a loose concept but seeming to be stalled in her effort when the beaming blonde yanked her shirt off and showed what lay beneath it, while the girl before had been more than shapely enough that Miss Monet could have readily appreciated her build when given a reason to, the Amazonian anatomy of this newcomer was on a whole new level and seemed to leave her mind blank as the energic moment drew those ice blue eyes toward it effortlessly.

“They won't…” Tight and taut and made of lines and bulges which went beyond anything the average woman might bear, though the and that only making it all the more impossible to ignore for that matter, it reminded the fair fox of her adopted sister and drew admiration from her for that fact, as well as perhaps an element of quiet allure to boot. Perhaps such a fact obvious indeed in how the mind of the white wonder as it was all she could do to lift a palm to her chest and tease the corner of her lip with her teeth as she found her cheeks growing rosier in response to the spectacle before her, never before this moment had Mia known she had a particular 'type' of woman to suit her, but after this introduction… Well, that might have had to change, no~?

Oh boy. This was gonna be a little too easy wasn’t it?~ Mia wasn’t the most perceptive person she could admit, so this was either someone stunned by the ‘audacity’ of someone less shameless to display themselves in such a manner so readily infront of a stranger, or this was someone who’d just had their heart stolen by a single flex of her own abs. Either way she wasn’t exactly one to complain about the end result it was getting her, and she doubted that any gal who couldn’t handle a bit of sauciness in their life would have their guild mark plastered on their thigh quite where this woman did. She’d seen enough gals in her more favored attire to know that’s about where some stockings or thigh highs might wind up finishing afterall. All the same, she kept her cheeky smile, looking over the stunned woman before her.

“Sorry luv’, seems I caught you with something else on your mind.~” She readily teased, taking one of the daintier woman’s hands rather boldly, the other hand of her own still holding the shirt over her shoulder, lifting her hand like a princely nobleman might rather than the blonde ruffian she appeared and sounded as. Lifting the hand towards her with that same cheeky smirk, but closing her eyes for a moment, as if about to kiss the back of the poor gal’s hand before flashing her gaze up at the last moment, still bowing low towards her hand, one foot behind the other, but not taking the final act of that gesture and pose. “Mia Kearney, always lovely to meet a Pegasus gal.~”

“Something… Else?” Perhaps found to be a little 'lost' in her admiration of the amazon before her even as the blonde seemed to comment on her current 'condition', the words of the woman who enthralled her so finally seemed enough to pull those attentive eyes away as her own will could not, and then suddenly Miss Monet found her gaze widening as she realizes what she has been doing for the past few seconds. Well, she could only hope it had been only a few.
Oh god, I'm staring! No, worse… Ogling! Those cheeks going all the way to beetroot in colour as the blanched beauty realized her wicked little deed and the connotation therein, given the occasion and the guild she belonged to there were likely many upon the beach who would shrugged off a little spot of 'window shopping' but this white wonder was not one of them, and as such she could only panic and pull her mitts to her mouth as she recognised her desire and instantly also seemed to find her innocence condemning it as well.

“I'm… I'm so sorry! I really am…!” Flailing for moment as her face seems to give off more heat than the island sun at midday and the gal it belong to seemed to wish that she could find some hole nearby that she could drawl into and hide, she wanted to lurch forward and throw herself to her knees in apology at the lurid leering she had just given their golden haired guest, but instead only found herself to be frozen like a rabbit in the headlights as she offered up the most profuse apology she could.
“Gosh, that's… That's not usually like me…?” All the while unsure of where to point those wicked blue eyes as well and pulling them away as she found herself cast into the deepest pit of mortification she could, despite this she couldn't help but feel it was bad manners to not look toward someone as she talked to them, even in the face of what she had just done, and so found her sight seeming to flick between momentary focus on the fair femme before her and then toward anything else in her vicinity, and all the well found herself totally unsure of what to do. After all, she could hardly believe she had even done this much already, could she~?

“MMmhm…~” She gav a suggestive little hum as the young woman’s words seemed to be ahead of her brain for a moment, waiting for the other shoe to drop in her almost dizzied gaze as she looked her in the eye, rising up from taking her hand like that, knuckles resting into her hips as they cocked to the side. Even with her muscular build and tomboyish habits, she was still a woman and knew how to hold her figure afterall. Especially if someone was ogling her so blatantly.~

Mia wasn’t the kind to judge her for it, of course not, and if anything if she’d seemed okay with it herself, Mia would never have bothered her about it. Girls who shared confident interest back, while a fair little meal themselves, where not people Mia cared to chase either. They just didn’t interest her all too much. She’d have a fun romp, show her own interest, but the nervous shy ones, or the prideful lionesses who didn’t want to show weakness? Those where the ones she’d happily pursue and… in this case, tease.~

“Oh, nothing to apologize for. Does a work of art complain about an appreciative gaze?~ The answer is no, no I don’t.~” She flashed a cheeky wink, flowing into a little chuckle of her own as she had her bit of fun. When she tried to proclaim it wasn’t usually like her, Mia’s grin only grew, tilting her head to the side to better keep eyes on the beaut before her. “Should I consider that more a compliment to myself, or an insult to the company you usually keep that they don’t get this sort of reaction from ya white?~”

“B-But still…” Surprised to hear the girl with the golden hair seeming to show a wry sense of approval for how enthralled the white wonder had become with her frame, in spite of this the blanched beauty couldn't help but feel still as if she had made some form of shameful transgression against her all the same, but given the buoyant spirit of the blonde and her own sense of embarrassment it was hard to convey that fact beyond her unsure words and even more erratic gaze.
Gosh, she certainly is confident, at the very least? Seeming to note the strong sense of assurance that the shapely siren seemed to show when it came to that well honed form, even though the blue eyed belle was still languishing in the realm of fierce red cheeks she quietly had to observe that she didn't entirely dislike either that or the down to earth manner she was shown, and even if it was only a smallest, tiniest amount, she felt a dash of reassurance and security because of that.

“I'm not sure, I haven't met many people with your um… B-Build?” Confused however by the next question and one more finding her perception being challenged as the bold blonde asked just how personally she should take the awed appreciation she had been shown, Miss Monet couldn't comment on the frames of the people she had met thus far but there definitely seemed to be something about this one which she found decidedly distracting, and as such while she could offer it up in the scantest sense, she did perhaps hint that she was looking at something 'special'. At least in one manner of thinking.

“I'm um, Mia, by the way?” Quickly seeming to add her own name as well when she noted how she was apparently being addressed by her hair colour and seeming to not like that at all, the snowy maned stunner ruffled the back of her pristine locks as she offered up something a little more personal to address her with, and perhaps hoped that the new girl would give something similar in return. That said, currently seeming to have lost all ability to be assertive, if she even had it, she felt in no position to demand an introduction right now and also sensed she might be lucky enough just to not be getting slapped in the face as well…

“Stillll what?~ I’m a mage. You think I need to work out this hard for anything other than a wandering gaze?~” She teased rather bluntly, sticking her tongue out with a smirk as she idly ran a hand back through her mane, pushing it behind her shoulders on her right hand side as she did so. She could tell the girl was quite nervous, but something about her just screamed a mix of shameless presentation with shameful personality. Like she had all the tools but no idea how to use them. It was definitely cute to say the least, and while maybe not something Mia would pursue long term, definitely fun to mess with in the here and now.

When presented back with the name she herself gave moments ago, Mia couldn’t help but chuckle as she asked- “Did I fry a few too many brain cells there luv?~ Pretty sure that’s my name.~” She had introduced herself a moment ago afterall, so it seemed like a fair jab to make given how stutter and uncertain the lass before her seemed capable of being, smirking across to her as she assumed her joke would land quite readily. Unaware that the two of them did in fact share the same name.

“Gosh you…” The icy irises of Miss Monet seeming to widen once more at the brazen statement of the blonde, even though she was still likely to look back at this moment with no shortage of cringe and crimson in her cheeks it seemed that the golden girl and the earnest and earthy way she seemed to treat the world was steadily seeming to put her at ease, and that was why the snowy haired siren seemed to soften and feel the corners of her mouth curve upward at the joke now that she was putting her mortification behind her a little.
“You don't really beat around the bush, do you?” Shaking her head and smiling as she found this more honest statement somewhat refreshing in a realm where it seemed everyone was expected to understand things like innuendo and subtext and stuff, the silver stunner looked almost serene as she acknowledged the ease of this new face's ability to disarm her and appreciated it as well, and seemed to reward it not only with a sincere look of enjoyment but also her cute little habit of peeling her hair behind her ear as she felt herself relaxing.

“Your…? Oh… OH!” It seeming however that their day was not done surprising her yet however and all too quickly the blanched beauty was blinking at another queer and confusing statement from the woman before her, the brow of the fair femme seemed to furrow as she tried to catch the meaning of her apparent namesake, and once she did seemed to lift along with her lids, and she pulled her hand across to her mouth again courteously to guard the way in which her jaw dipped soon after.
“Goodness, what a coincidence? Well, at least we know now we have at least one thing in common, no~?” Raised right after all and always wanting to emulate the effortlessly graceful ebony haired empress she knew as her sister, once more her words were soft and sublime for that quality as she realized such an entertaining coincidence, and she was left rocking her hips from side to side with amusement and intrigue at such an idea. After all, even though they shared a name, it felt as if they could have been worlds apart in everything else, didn't it? And that only made the fluke feel all the more spectacular for that…

“Yeeeah, the direct approach is more my style. Prefer to see the results rather than hope they show up.~” She added with a cheeky smile, not about to become shameful just because her own shamelessness was pointed out to her. It was why she tended to prefer girls who gave her a bit of chase if she was honest, they made for more fun banter. Once a girl was ‘in on the game’ so to speak, however quickly that was depending on the girl, it all lost a bit of it’s bite for her, lost the urge she had to pursue it all to begin with with that same vigor.

She couldn’t help but chuckle watching the realization on the young woman’s face, rolling her eyes as she hadn’t even seemed to realize Mia had already given her own name, guess she really had knocked the young lass off her feet with the approach she’d taken huh? Not that she was complaining about the effect she was having of course. If anything she found it flattering to herself. “I mean, I suppose you could take it that way.” She added with another little chuckle, the corners of her lips pulling up her cheek.

“Buuuut… I say we should check if we have anything else in common.~ How about you show me to the main party? I mean, if your guild is hosting it, I’m gonna need a representative to show me around right?~” She threw in a sly wink, trying to keep things light and teasing wherever possible, offering a hand across, not actually expecting it to be taken, given they’d just met, and holding hands was hardly something actual couples did these days, buuuut she did imagine the ‘charming’ approach it was indicative of would help fluster the lass before her.

“Heehee, I suppose I have dawdled here something fierce, haven't I...?” Frowning a little at the suggestion of her apparent namesake for a moment of confusion, Mia could have guessed that the miss who mimicked her moniker was hardly the type to seem all that shy in front of strangers given her introduction, but at the very least did seem to appreciate whatever little push was needed to cast her back toward her original intent.
“Let's do it then~” Accepting the mitt of her opposite as well though perhaps somewhat more innocently than some might have suspected it to be accepted, the blanched beauty wrapped both of her hands around that of her new amazonian associate, and seemed to give it a firm shake for a second to signify the spirit of their agreement, though did not entirely seem to loosen her grasp either once they struck out toward the party.

“I don't know all that many people myself to be honest?” Instead seeming to snake her arm around that of the girl with the golden mane in a sign of intimacy which might have made it look like she was holding onto her boyfriends arm or something of the sort, thought he deed seemed to prompt a little more rosiness in her cheeks Miss Monet was happy to act in a fashion she associated with her sister and certain of the closer 'friends' she seemed to keep, and beamed toward her new buddy as she admitted her ignorance of the people as a whole before her.
“So it might be nice to have a friendly face by my side as well~?” Reassured however by the presence of a brash soul like this one and also seeming to relish the feeling of being at least some use to her as well, she chuckled softly and finally after so many obstacles seemed to hit the beach, and did so with a red hot blonde on her arm as well. A typical pegasi, some might have thought, even if she herself wasn't aware of it, eh~?

“A smidge.~” She teased back, pinching her fingers together to emphasize the point, but not about to harp on it to a rude extent. She seemed to be getting the message afterall and Mia was happy to be heading down to the beach party. She had offered her hand as a sort of jokey, prince charming-esque gesture, but seeing the white haired beaut actually take her hand earned a little bit of a chuckle, shaking her head and squeezing that dainty mitt playfully as she walked alongside her for a moment, letting her hand drift out of Snow White’s when it felt natural.

She wandered into the party environment hand in hand for at least a few steps, smirking as a few people seemed to glance their way with no understanding of what lead to this blonde stranger holding hands with their white maiden. She seemed to say she wasn’t too familiar with everyone, but most of them at least seemed to recognize the blue Pegasus mark on her hip in comparison to the Fairy tail mark on Kearney’s own bicep.

“Really? I mean I guess I don’t get around Fairy tail much myself but-“ She paused, noticing the coil like grasp of her arm that was suddenly enacted, her lips parting with a scoff of surprise, shaking her head with a smirk as it curled up her lips, but continuing as normal despite the slight chuckle now underlying her voice. “Buuuut… that’s mostly because I’m out working, wanna get up the ranks as quickly as I can ya know? Can’t let them slow me down just because I’m fresh to the plate. I actually got some plans to make a mark but… that’s only if everything goes to plan.~”

She smiled a bit brighter at the friendly face comment, and shifted her arm a bit to better mingle with the young woman’s by her side, squeezing her fingers inbetween the white lass’s own in a reassuring gesture. “Awww. Friendly’s not one of the main ways im described but I certainly won’t knock it.~ Sure, happy to be by your side white.~”

While they wandered through the party, Mia’s gaze did drift a bit, just because she had one beauty on her arm didn’t mean her eyes couldn’t savor the whole menu afterall… and boy, was blue Pegasus a damn buffet. Girls of varying figures, all seeming quite classy in their presentation. Of course, with only beachwear, it was hard to really differentiate your styles anyway, but she liked to think any gal with blue Pegasus on their hip, thigh, or any other saucy location, tended to know how to hold themselves even when they had a little more clothing on. Mia’s lips even subtly wetted by a flick of her tongue as her gaze drifted to the rears of a few lass’ walking past them… but, if she felt the eyes of the other Mia on her, she’d turn her gaze back to her, and offer a reassuring smile nonetheless as they wandered through the party.
