Details


Description: A beautiful dagger imbued with the magic of Black Vaya.

Measurements: The blade is 30 centimeters and the hilt is 15 centimeters.

Lore: A magical dagger that belonged to the master assassin known as Black Vaya. Many that were spared described her speed as supernatural, however, in reality, Black Vaya manipulated the speed of others. Before she passed away, she sealed her magic into the dagger and bequeathed it to her disciple to continue her legacy as the next Black Vaya.

Effects


  • Vaya's Execution: The weapon decreases the Speed of a target upon impact for the remainder of the topic. The reduction does not stack on top of each other as each hit replaces the reduction of the previous hit. The first hit reduces the Speed of the target by 10%. The second hit reduces the Speed of the target by 20%. The third hit reduces the Speed of the target by 50%. Lastly, the fourth hit reduces the Speed of the target by 100% to 1. This only applies to the Base Speed of the target.
