Finally arriving at Baska, Nathaniel made his way first to the quest board, he knew there had to be something he could take care of in town. With his luck, he discovered that the only quest he had available at the moment was being an errand boy for expensive fabrics. Most mages would be upset by this type of labor, however, Nathaniel found that easy jobs meant easy money and he was in no place to complain about easy jewels. In fact, he couldn't believe how easy jewels were to come by here, it seemed like everyone was just throwing money away for no rhyme or reason.

He made his way leisurely through the small town, his eyes fixating on all the wonders on a number of merchant stalls. There were so many things he had never seen before and he vowed he'd have to come back to pick up a few things himself. He hadn't realized how separated he was from Fiore culture, but every day and every city served as a reminder of the harsh tundra he called his home. His white t-shirt tucked into his orange cargo pants while he strut his way to this Fernando's shop.

He wasn't sure exactly what he was looking for, the town was full of store fronts, barbershops and the like. Everyone here had so much energy and it felt very unlike home, things tended to be more intimate for him, this was anything but. A few merchants attempted to stop him to which he responded by turning out his pockets a broad smile and a very quick change of tone from the shop keeps. He didn't mind though, he was a man on a mission and today he just had to locate Fernando.

In the distance a large sign sat over a shop, the sign was pink, like the flyer and seemed extravagant enough for Nathaniel not to have to second guess whether or not he was at the correct location. He stood outside, in thought about his approach as a large man stepped outside with another, both men laughing and joking as the smaller male walked away. The large man inspected Nathaniel, his eyes locking onto the flyer before he stepped up and introduced himself.

"Fernando, you are?" He questioned, Nathaniel still hesitating in presence of the man and his fuchsia colored hair. He was much taller, built like he ate push ups for breakfast and maintained a relaxing demeanor. Nathaniel smiled, extending his hand to shake his. "Nathaniel." His response was cool and collected as the man lead him into the shop, showing him a wide variety of fabrics and helping Nathaniel understand exactly what it was he was meant to purchase. Some of the patterns on display were so intricate he could understand how this man's business came to it's current status.

The man had another customer come in before long, this one looked nearly like royalty, his gaze almost dehumanizing against the Encan boy's exterior as Fernando lead him into another section of the shop. Before he left, he placed his hand deep into his pockets pulling a sack full of coins and plopping it into Nat's hands. The boy had never even seen this much money in one place.

Exiting the shop, Nathaniel turned in the direction of the previous stores, at least he had money this time.

Searching through the the stalls, his eyed many pieces of fabric he considered to be fine but in his heart he knew it was not passable for the likes of Fernando. He had too much pride in his wares, and after what he was shown, he knew he had to have higher standards for himself as well. Thread count and texture were just no longer enough apparently.

Sun weighing down on the young man's back it wasn't long before he rounded up a couple of fabrics and brought them back to the store front to the man himself. He carried a large bag and even convinced a merchant it would put him in good favor with Fernando if he helped him deliver the product.

Dropping everything off and returning the now empty pouch of gold to Fernando, Nathaniel spun around and decided to look for another quest. Being an errand boy was fun and all but he had a few more chores to do before they let him handle big boy quests.
