Roaming through the streets of Era, Shichiro was in a good mood today. The sun was beaming brightly down on the town of Era and things were as lively as ever. A small smile had been painted across Shichiro's face as he continued to travel through the city of Era. He decided he would go look for something to eat around this place, as usual something cheap and filling with a decent taste. He figured he would try this new bar and grill that was being advertised around the town. Despite a lot of publicity, it doesn't seem like many people were talking about it. Against his discretion, he made his way to the direction of the new bar to see what all the fuss was about. The thing is, he noticed as he headed towards the bar, there were less and less people going into that area of Era. At first, Shichiro didn't take notice but afterwards, he had begun to hear strange talk of a peculiar child at an orphanage that was doing unspeakable things. He normally wasn't the type to get sucked into rumors so he just shrugged it off continuing to make his way towards the bar. Arriving at the bar, Shichiro wasted no time hurrying to the counter to order some food. He got the house special of something called 'Dragon Steak.' He doubt it was made from actual dragons but the portions were fairly large. Reaching for a fork and a knife, he couldn't wait to dig into the steak. Cutting up a piece of the meat and plopping it into his mouth, he could taste the meat and the spices, melt in his mouth before chewing. It tastes simply divine and he couldn't get enough. While he was chowing down, he heard rumors of a cursed child at a nearby orphanage.

This began to sour Shichiro's mood a bit and he decided he'd ask about these rumors once and for all. He called over the bartender to see if he knew anything about the rumors surrounding this part of town. He came over, typically drying a glass to see what was the probably with Shichiro. "You called, sir? Something wrong with your steak?" he said in a professional tone. Shichiro had shook his head "no," and asked about the cursed child rumors. The bartender's professionalism had suddenly vanished from his face, halting his action of cleaning the glass he was currently holding. "E-excuse me, did you say you wanted to know about the cursed child," he said now stammering. Shichiro nodded wondering if just asking about it was some sort of taboo. The bartender shook his head no, but it's not something people talk about. Shichiro turned his head towards the other people in the bar openly whispering among themselves about a cursed child. He then turned back to the bartender and gave him a smirk. The bartender began to sweat a bit and told Shichiro that maybe he should keep his questions to himself or he should see himself out. The bartender then hurried back to where he was initially standing, out of sight from Shichiro. This made Shichiro stare at the bartender before slowly going back eating his steak. Now, as he ate, a man started to talk to Shichiro  and claimed he had overheard his conversation with the bartender. Shichiro nodded to the man and continued to eat his food without saying a word. He figured he was about to get into some trouble so he kept his guard up in order to properly defend himself just in case the man would start a fight in the bar just for talking about a controversial topic. Instead the man pulled up next to him and took a seat on the stool next to him in order to speak with him. At least Shichiro knew he wasn't her for hostilities but he decided against lowering his guard just in cause it could be deception.

The man introduced himself as Gaud and he was a merchant that peddled goods wherever he could get his hands on them.  He began to tell tales of his travels and adventures but Shichiro honestly wasn't here for that, or anything really. All he wanted was some food and to sate his curiosity. The man could tell Shichiro wasn't interested in his own tales and figured he'd get straight to the point. He started to tell a story of how there was a reward for the cursed child's removal. That was all Shichiro needed to hear before he asked him for the location of the place of interest. Gaud had quickly jotted it down on a piece of paper and handed it over to Shichiro, wishing him good luck. With that, it seems like he had a task to do. Finishing the rest of his steak, Shichiro decided to get up and head straight to the address of where the location was. He made it to the location but something was wrong. He say a man with face so revolting, it almost made Shichiro want to puke. He then stared at the man a little bit before the man had asked him if he was hear about the cursed child, to which Shichiro nodded. The man began to tell his story of how he was a generous, poor vendor making a living out of selling whatever he could find. The man describes that a few days ago, he visited the orphanage to donate some of his earnings and while being there, the cursed child abused him and the other children, causing them to flee. From that moment on, he's been traumatized by the incident and wishes Shichiro to capture the child before it could harm other children. He nodded saying he would take on this job if there was a reward involved to which he replied that there was. The man then handed Shichiro a note with the address of the orphanage so he could go and deal with the cursed child's existence.  He wasn't exactly suppose to fatally harm the child but find a way to capture it.
