Finally arriving at the mountains, Shichiro checked his surroundings to see is there was anything of interest nearby. And of course, nothing. Nothing as far as the eye could see except rock, dirt and more rocks. Letting out a small sigh, Shichiro placed his hands into his pockets and began to traverse the rocky paths of the Sieghart mountains. It wasn't so much of a path really, but the amount of people and animals that have traversed the land in a ritualistic pattern eventually shaped the mountains into what it was. And maybe a little terraforming help from mages and animals alike that may or may not make their home here. Traversing the makeshift pathways, Shichiro saw a peculiar sight straight ahead. It looks like a man, resting on some nearby rocks. He thought it was an odd place for a man to sit and rest but Shichiro has personally done stranger things so he didn't question it too hard. He made his way towards the resting man and nodded in his general direction when he walked past him directly. Before Shichiro got much further away from the man, the man utter something barely audible from his mouth. Shichiro brushed it off as his mind playing tricks on him before he heard a second time, a little louder this time. He paused this time and turned to the resting man that was laying there. He stared at him for a second before walking over towards him and kneeling next to him. He didn't notice before but now, upon closer inspection, the man wasn't resting. He was hurt, badly. Shichiro's face turned grim as he gave the man a once over. He wasn't sure he had the medical supplies necessary to mend his wounds but he'd try something. The man waved him off, before turning his head to Shichiro's direction.

The man had begun to speak to Shichiro in a raspy and shaky tone. Shichiro at first tried to calm the man down and told him to wait here, he'd go back to Era and find some help. He was about to stand up but the man had grabbed the sleeve of his arms, shaking his head no. He said he was alright and this wasn't too much of a bother for him. Not knowing what to do or how to respond, Shichiro stayed nearby and waited to see if he says anything else. The man introduced himself as Cameron and he is the village chief of a nearby settlement that he was suppose to guard with his life, figuratively speaking anyway. He also explained that recently, werewolf and vampire attacks have become more common. In Sieghart mountains, there is a known group of werewolves that often don't cause much trouble for the villagers that live in the mountain range. However, one of their numbers has gone rogue and been exiled from the pack. In response to this, that werewolf is hunting down villagers and ripping them apart. A rogue werewolf that has begun hunting men and women that live in the mountains after being exiled. The man looked Shichiro up and down and pegged him to be some sort of mage or an experienced fighter at best. Shichiro scoffed a bit but continued to listen to the man, knowing exactly where he was going with this. The man had asked Shichiro to do him a favor that he even will get rewarded for if he carries it out. Sighing, Shichiro reluctantly agreed to clean up this mess but only for the pay that he was promised. The man thanked Shichiro profusely before trying to force himself up. Shichiro told the man to stay put and not to strain himself and maybe try to hide in case the werewolf came back.

Shichiro knew that wasn't likely though because if the werewolf wanted to come back and finish the job, he would have probably done it in the first scuffle. Maybe Shichiro wasn't giving the man enough credit and he was probably stronger than he looks. Either way, Shichiro decided he would take this annoying quest so it was up to him to see it through. The man had also explained that he was in combat with the best but it overpowered him, wounding him and then taking off. He had also wounded  as well somewhere near the heart but wasn't able to finish him off and told Shichiro if he was alert, he could track it down and maybe dispatch it faster. He also pointed out the direction to the village he was in charge of. If he wants to find the rogue werewolf, maybe the villagers can help. Speaking of help, Shichiro decided that he would at least tell the villagers where their chief was located so he wouldn't die from an infection out here. With that, he knew all he should in order to get going. Standing up, he nodded to the man once more and continued on his way. So he was to set out to kill a werewolf, huh? Should be a fun little exercise, he thought to himself. Well, he WAS here for training after all but he didn't expect to hunt a wild beast. Shichiro made his way towards the village in hopes of getting a lead to the whereabouts of the werewolf. As he approached the village, Shichiro could hear multiple screams of terror when getting to the gates. Well, this is a lead if he ever saw or heard one. He rushed through the settlement fence to see a werewolf terrorizing the villagers.

Well, it seems he has his werewolf right where he wanted him, well not literally speaking. He didn't want any casualties but this as still a good chance as ever. Shichiro slowly walked up towards the back of the werewolf that was currently roar in a sort of way that would resemble human laughter. With no warning at all, Shichiro swiftly delivered a low kick with his right leg into the werewolf's right leg to knock him off balance. Pulling his left hand out of his pocket, Shichiro then slammed a closed fist into the left side of werewolf's jaw, effectively knocking the werewolf down. This was actually quite fun to Shichiro as he hasn't been able to knock around another person or creature in so long, that he had thought he became rusty at this. Shichiro then jumped back a few feet since he noticed the werewolf was attempting to retaliate by swiping at his legs on the floor before standing up.  Shichiro had grown a sneer across his face because from the force of that swing alone, he could already tell that he was physically superior in terms of strength. The werewolf had finally got to his feet and began to lunge at Shichiro full force. Now pulling his right hand out of his pocket, Shichiro braced himself to counter the werewolf using his own strength. He was stronger, far stronger, and more confident that he could overpower the beast. A swing from the right came a few seconds first towards Shichiro's head but he managed to parry swing as well as parrying the left swing simultaneously by grabbing the wrists of the beast. Shichiro then slowly but surely twisted the beast's arms and watching as it's face of rage turned into anguish and finally terror.

Well, Shichiro was getting bored now and he has proven his point already He didn't mind showing off once in awhile just for the sake of it but at the same time, he wasn't some sort of sadistic creature that relishes in other people's suffering. Shichiro then had to plan out what he wanted to do next in this situation but he discovered the answer very quickly. He twisted quickly to snap and break both arms of the werewolf. The beast howled in pain as it tried one last ditch effort at an attack and leaned in for a bite towards his neck. Shichiro leaned his upper body towards the right, reaching both arms to it's head and neck, snapping it, killing the beast instantly with as little pain as possible. He stood over the body and scoffed. Although it was faster than him, it wasn't much stronger than him. Actually, it wasn't strong at all, it felt like he was nearly over twice as strong as the beast well, what's done is done. Shichiro was about to leave the village when Cameron appeared with a some sort of makeshift club. Shchiro stared at him, placing his hands into his pockets silently. Cameron looked at Shichiro then looked behind Shichiro with the corpse of the beast before looking back at Shichiro. The man put down his weapon before waddling over to Shichiro in a jovial manner. He pat Shichiro's back which caused Shichiro's eyes to trail someplace else. He then paid Shichiro some jewels and some candy called 'Pumpkin Pops'. He had quite a bit of these already but felt it couldn't hurt to take more. With his payment in hand, Shichiro began to leave when suddenly, he heard something else.
