ManaIt had been a long time since Odin had travelled from one town to another, so long in fact that he couldn't remember where he had been before Orchidia. Had it been Crocus? Era? Hell, it could've been Baska for all he knew. It certainly wasn't Oak, for it had been many year since Odin had last visited the one place he called home. It was crazy how much had occurred in the time since then, but finally he was making his way back. He was heading West, towards Oak, but not going all that way. He had heard of a commotion in Astera, something to do with the demonic attacks that had been happening all over Fiore.
Now, Odin had no desire, or obligation, to help people in need. The world could burn for all he cared. However, he was interested in what was happening. This was the first time that this many demons had crossed over at once, which meant this was not something random. For whatever reason, beings from different dimensions were passing through into this world, and if demons could do it, in theory so too could a more powerful being, even a goddess.
Odin was travelling to Astera, with the aim of uncovering some way to bring HER into the world. He didn't know if he would make it in time, but perhaps, if he was lucky, he'd be able to find one last demon, and discover how they were breaking through. It was for that reason, and that reason alone, that Odin had arrived in the coastal city, the city of white. Objectively, it was beautiful, but Odin thought it could be made more so. A city all in white was just asking to be painted, and Odin could think of no better colour than a dark crimson. He needed one demon alive, anyone that got in his way would just provide him with paint.
