Since poisoning is a perk of the Witch Doctor magic, I believe at the moment, normal nature magic spells cannot utilize it. Additionally, there are no regulations regarding the supplementary spells that might make a person drowsy, sleepy etc, but it should be better clarified with the upcoming changes in regulations.
