Overall:Vincent has a rather lean build, not appearing too skinny or too muscular. His eyes are a light brown with a peculiar light gold tint within the iris. His hair is black and relatively short as he does not allow it to grow to any kind of length. However depending on the day it can be either well kept or slightly unruly. Standing a rather modest 5’10 and one hundred- seventy pounds, Vincent isn’t a particularly large or small individual. Typically Vincent will be wearing a black dress shirt however the tie is a rarity. He will also be wearing black sneakers and a rather loose fitting dress pants. If it is cold or he feels so inclined he may wear a cream colored jacket that stops just below his waste. Vincent’s skin tone is of a light brown complexion and his facial features often appear soft and inviting.

Personality

Personality: Vincent is a rather curious person, in a way trying to hold onto what is left of his childhood while desperate to grow up. His actions and words can often come off as immature and childish. In situations where he is relaxed he often allows himself to let go, not thinking through what he is about to do or say. However he is still capable of grown up decision making, and his involvement with the Konpaku faith has led to him being a rather cynical person at times. A byproduct of attempted “brainwashing” in a sense, he hates the thought of a person lacking free will. People who allow the decisions to be made for them appear weak to him. Maybe but not physically, those that refuse to take inaction are simply another group that annoy him. Vincent believes that if you do not take life into your own hands you are either too stupid or too unmotivated. In which case you are wasting the gift of life that has been bestowed upon you either way. A reasonably open minded individual, Vincent finds it hard not to at least put thought into things he does. He finds entertainment in situations and actions that force you to think outside the box. A dull life of just doing the usual and following instructions can easily lead to boredom. Possibly because the two traits go hand in hand, he is as free spirited as he is open minded. However he is rather cynical towards religion, love and loyalty pretty much all forms of thought that heavily tie you down. This makes it possible to make friends and allies, but deeper connections are hard for him to develop. Things that can lead people to create happiness where it isn’t there, desperate to justify the thought process that they have. Vincent is an outgoing person, preferring not to be alone or even to have some kind of fun. He can adapt to several kinds of personalities, often trying to blend in perfectly with whoever he is with. However he cannot allow himself to become an unconscious member of the group. He will always hang onto his own thoughts and be vocal if he deems it necessary.

Engaging Thoughts:Vincent is a person who enjoys deep thought and conversation, even with topics he doesn’t exactly feel too strongly about. Games such as chess, books to read or having a debate or conversation with someone about the deeper meaning of events or beliefs can often draw him in.
Artistic Muse: Something about music and drawing tends to put Vincent at ease. He enjoys playing the piano, and sketching every now and then. What he draws really depends on his mood or even what he sees, but he is quite skilled at both. While he doesn’t make his own songs he has learned to play several tunes he has heard over the years. At times he also makes a habit of listening to songs from often times “softer” genre’s

Dislikes:

Uncultured: Everyone has their opinions on what sounds great and what is beautiful. But to destroy a form of art simply because you don’t like the way it looks or you find it insulting goes a bit overboard. The world has a right to judge for it’s own, no individual person or minority group should take that right away
Mindless Sheep: Vincent cannot stand the close minded, foolishly stubborn and, or those who blindly follow some kind of entity they hold over themselves. It’s one thing to have your own reasons and understand what you are doing. But to worship a god or bow to a king for no reason other than you were told too and not understanding the gravity of your choice, instead of making the informed decision on your own is disgusting to him.

Motivations:

Painting the Portrait: Vincent wishes to see what the world has to offer what people and how things unfold. He is pushed forward by the possibility of what's out there and all that he can accomplish.
Deny The Teachings:Vincent was taught to believe in a single god, one that stands above all others. However it had an opposite effect, he wishes to go against this god and prove that it is not only not as great as they say, but has abandoned those that worship them.

Fears:

Fear What You Are: Vincents cynicism towards blind loyalty comes from growing up while it was commanded from him through people from a god he could not hear nor see. He dislikes the thought of losing your free will and fears the day he could lose his and would rather die than do so.
End of the Line: The most enjoyable part about life is progress. To truly reach the end is a goal for many but a fear for this person. Once he has accomplished all that he can there will be nothing else for him, he will be doomed to a life of complacency

Ethernano, Energy- There are many different names, but in the end the substance remains the same, changing only the way it is treated and manipulated by users rather than what the substance truly is. The very essense of magic, though in this case it's referred to as Shinsu

Vincent's magic ability allows him to manipulate ethernano in a surrounding area. Pulling it from the surrounding space and nearby objects in order to create techniques, formulating some kind of defense or even affect his body in various ways. Since it is up to him to shape the magic once he begins manipulating it there several possibilities in which he can use it. The magic in large quantities can begin to resemble a rather pretty purple and red dust.When the dust comes together it can have the appearance of stars or stardust. Additionally he cannot manipulate another persons body, items or spells using this magic. The magic is further constrained by his class, due to the types of spells he is capable of performing.

History

History: Vincent was born into the quickly dwindling Konpaku religion. It really isn’t known when it reached fiore, but it is known that the sect has been stationed here for quite some time. It had become the main branch after a series of unfortunate events fell upon areas where the church was prominent. However within this country it never really had a powerful foothold to begin with. As time went on a lack of new members as well as leaving recruits saw the once proud religion of the Shinigami dwindle into something more akin to a small cult. Those that remained became far more devout than their predecessors. Something that to anyone who would’ve witnessed the clan at the time should have seemed impossible. However not every single person could follow this, and soon splinters began to form. While the fighting within the church raged on people began to focus above all on the children of the clan. It became more common place to try even harder to indoctrinate them to the beliefs. Those that did not conform were punished severely in almost every way imaginable. Needless to say Vincent was never somebody.
