As a Role player that primarily uses face-claims that could pass as being black; or have African/African American heritage. I decided to throw my two cents into the matter—especially considering the first three in the poll are the furthest thing from "black" face-claims, at least in my honest opinion.
And that's pretty much what I can suggest off the top of my head. Hope that helped, brodie.
• Afro - Afro Samurai
• Gadot - Final Fantasy 13 [I like to play homeboy as a mix between Polynesian/Black]
• Bob Makihara - Tenjou Tenge
• Panther - Eyeshield 21
• Buccha - Air Gear
• Kassim - Magi [Really depends on the art, many artist like to depict him as a pale faced dude despite being in the dessert, but that's none of my business.]
• Dauri - Naruto
• Omoi - Naruto
• Sean Matsuda - Street Fighter Series
• Ekko - League of Legends
• Lucian - League of Legends
• Kilik Rung - Soul Eater

But I'm huge fan of Samurai Champloo and will murk anyone who disrespects his face claim. So, you need hovers, I gotchu boo. #TeamMugen But no go with anyone you feel is right for your character love.

(I forgot what Seized named it, I believe it was "Savannah" or something lol). I'm going for Egyption God takeover. Basically I was always treated well and Blah Blah. Came to Fiore and blab Blathers blah.

If you're going Egyptian God Take Over, I have another face claim that may suit the entirety of this character:
Arjuna from Fate/Grand Order is dark skin and wears what looks to be Egyptian clothing. But I'm convinced he's black.
The other one is Emiya Kiritsugu ( Assassin ) from Fate/Grand Order.
And another is Fate/Prototype Ramses ( Rider ) <---- My top pick.
But if you're not set on either of these three then definitely go Ookurikara.

If you're going to run another face claim, Agni (Black Butler) has really nice images though his attire is kind of a turn-off. Despite him being Indian or something of that sort, he can really rock the Egyptian theme.
