It's beautiful both enticing and sickening at the same time. With trembling hearts and hands, they pleaded for their child's salvation, "Your grace, who's blacken wings glitters with stars. This lowly couple has search for thee with a single request that is far below your station. Our first born, is gravely ill and the doctor says that our child would not live through out the night. We had no choice but to bother you in an attempt to save our child life." The mother said unaware of the dark bargain they were about to strike. The faerie, with wings as black as the night, agreed to save the child's life but at a chilling price —"I will save this child life and as payment this child will harbor dark thoughts and evil intentions. It will feel pain committing acts of good and will revel in acts of evil. I will seal this pact with kiss to child head forever bonding your first born to my will. If you agree, place your child into the waters and let him accept my kiss." Though hesitant, the parents agreed, their resolve overshadowed by the fear of loss. As the darkness enveloped them, the faerie's kiss sealed the pact, leaving behind a transformed child with eyes and skin aglow with an unearthly golden hue. As the darkness began to slowly leave, the faerie would leave some parting words - "Inform the child of none of this.
