Poropo Poproporp
Earning money by doing a request is not easy for Poropo - his appearance makes him less likely to be taken seriously by any well-paying individual or establishment. However, when Poropo does find an odd job to complete, the Iron Deity monk will, most of the time, do his very best. When a lord of Marigold asked Poropo of his skills, Poropo started rambling about philosophy relating to the Iron Deity. The lord did not wish to listen further, but felt as though his workers might need to hear a thing or two about the so-called "Ivory Dandy".

Poropo was directed to a building site at which workers were slacking. The monk began walking around the construction site and felt a lack of purpose from the workers, so Poropo began speak to each worker about their concerns, "Hello, may the Iron Deity bless you. I have been sent by Lord Fernando to speak to you and everyone else about the Iron Deity in order to lift your spirits. I will now begin recounting the days of my youth, a time before I knew of the Iron Diety-"

Poropo was not able to talk much more with any individual worker - they seemed to give him a strange look and said things similar to, "Yeah yeah, I get it - I'll get back to work." They would roll their eyes, but they would also work as intended. The word of the Iron Deity may not have been recounted in full, but Poropo could still get more food in his growling stomach with the money from this management job.

Poropo Poproporp
After getting all the workers to continue working, albeit still lacking enthusiasm, Poropo looks around to see where he can help; Poropo is a very weak and frail old man with only enough strength to throw his heft around with each waddle of his bare feet. There does not seem to be any job the small monk is able to perform, but Poropo is determined to try nonetheless, "Even if I cannot lift a single brick by the end of today, I will have succeeded if all the workers laugh at me." With a quick prayer to the Iron Deity for a tiny bit of strength, Poropo sets off to lift bricks and spread concrete.

A few seconds later, Poropo's back is stuck in a bent-over position; the monk could not lift a single brick without throwing his back out. Looking around for some help, the workers start snickering at the old monk unable to lift a tiny brick. However, to Poropo's surprise, the workers help straighten his back out and show him proper lifting techniques - strength is not always the solution. With his own spirits lifted, Poropo uses his newfound brick-lifting techniques to help the workers a little at a time. Poropo trips, Poropo falls, but the workers chuckle and help as the day goes on.

By the end of the work day, everyone is exhausted but everything which needed to be completed was built! Lord Fernando's soldiers come by to check on Poropo's management job - neither surprised nor concerned, one of the soldiers gives Poropo his reward.
