ManaThe sun began to descend signalling the end of the current day. Travelers found their way to nearby inns and citizens took to the refuge of their homes to avoid the night. Although the inner streets quieted down, the borders were increasingly busy. Patrol around the exits increased as people made their way in and out of the town. In the midst of the flow of people was Shin.
The now blond-haired mage had completed his goal in Crocus. He had obtained the powers of the fire god Hephaestus for himself. For now, he would need to work on harnessing the power and adjusting his fighting style to work alongside the god. He would begin by picking up some quests in Orchidia town. It had been several weeks now since he had visited another area and he welcomed a change of scenery along with some extra spending money.
The walk to Orchidia would roughly take two days. He would need to rest along the way and maintain stamina but it would be worth it. With his newfound power, he would be able to return to Phantom Lord soon enough. For the time being, it would be best to receive a better understanding of his newfound power along the way. This journey would begin in Orchidia.
