Baron nodded his head to the tune in his head as he rode his Nimbus as if it was a skateboard, slowly gliding through the air back to the inn with little restraint or care for who saw him. He had managed to master riding his nimbus and his fear of falling was completely gone at this point in their training. He whistled as he would ride, speeding up when he was nearing the Inn, with a 'woosh' he flew over a the road almost bumping into a cabbage cart. He hunched over and crossed his arms as he continued to ride doing his best to look 'cool'. The cloud zoomed upwards and then back down and even shook from side to side as he steadily held his pace showing off his skills in not falling off. It was a miracle he was pure of heart enough to ride the cloud.

At this point he began to dance on the cloud, it was nothing in particular, but if it was a real dance he was doing pretty well. The rhythm in his head had taken him completely. He pretended to play the guitar for a moment before he and his cloud would make an abrupt stop when sighting a familiar figure, "Hey there!" he waved to the blunette.

She finally got to a room in the inn and would go to her room, followed by Nami, to relax for a bit and enjoy the comfort of a bed for a brief moment before making a return to see what this town had in store that was different. She laid on the bed and would briefly doze off in a slumber where she dreamed of a place where her life was different. She saw herself, but not like herself now, she saw her when she had black shoulder-length hair and those red ruby-like eyes. That timid girl, that would always sit in a tree and observe for her chance to climb down and help someone in need. The girl that would be shy and reserved when she met someone, actually she probably wouldn't even meet people. "This isn't you, anymore. You're changed, you're different. You have goals, and aspirations to make -- go make those come true!" the voice in her dream spoke.

With a quick and sudden jump she woke up and yawned. There she saw Nami laying beside her, "You would've believe the dream that I just had... I saw me, only a past me." she spoke to her companion who seemed to be relaxing as well. She gathered up some things and headed out the door of her room with Nami to her side.

The two of them went back outside and would see the familiar figure of a guy, it was the guy that was sitting on the cart in Baska. "Oh, fancy seeing you again so soon. Though you did say we would meet again." she called back out towards him in response.

Baron would jump off of Nimbus and smiled at Yauki and her companion, "Wow it's great seeing you guys again, I was afraid I'd never see you again!" he laughed as he looked back at Nimbus, "You gonna introduce yourself?" he looked at the cloud, instead of speaking it didn't really do anything other than float in place, "Ah, you're such a drag... Go on wherever you go." he shooed it off. He'd watch the Nimbus fly off into the sky and to the bright blue sky before turning back to Yasuki. "So beautiful, what brings you to Croc? You come for the big fight? Have some family? Or were you so perplexed by my beauty that you just HAD to come see me?" he joked about the last part but he was curious as to why she was in crocus. There was only churches and more churches here, nothing more nothing less. That was all. Though he couldn't blame her for coming it was a pretty place despite it being only a tad more active than Baska. He rubbed the back of his neck and waited for her answer.

"Whoa..." he cleared his throat, "Does your puppy have fins?"

Indeed it was the guy from the cart, she remembers that he introduced himself as Baron. Though she couldn't really remember if she had a chance to introduce herself, or her companion for that matter, as it seemed like when he left Baska he was in quite the rush. "Seeing us again, this is only our second time meeting." she chuckled softly as she responded. The guy seemed to be talking to a cloud that he later shooed off before his attention landed back on her. "I'm Yasuki by the way, I think I tried to introduce myself in Baska....but you seemed to be in a hurry, don't get I got it out - I'm sorry." she responded to introduce herself.

He asked what brought her here, and honestly it would be odd if she said she didn't know - but she really didn't know, she just felt a strange pull. He mentioned something about a big fight, and this was the first that she had heard of it. She really had no idea how to fight as she never really felt the need to learn, but at the same time she knows it could be a way of self defense. "Wait, big fight? Honestly, I'm unsure what brought me here... This is my first time here, guess you can say a sense of adventure brought me here..." she answered casually.

Suddenly his attention landed on Nami, whom he called a puppy.. "Oh, I guess I should've introduced her.. This is Nami, she's a vaporeon - and my companion." as she talked about Nami, the companion just had to strut around to show off.

He laughed aloud and nodded to her, "It's quite nice isn't it? That sense of adventure guidining you onward?" he smiled at her, "I should apologize for leaving you so soon, I know me calling you beautiful and all probably threw you off badly since I was on a magic floating cloud and all but I meant it! really! You're pretty cute blue hair and all!" he laughed, "In fact you and your little uh vaporeon... Vapor... Puppy are really cute together! Say how about I make up for leaving you like that with some noodles? You me and Nami all together for some noodles... More specifically you and me, and Nami just eats Noodles." he winked.

He had a noodle for her alright... Geez what was wrong with him, his mind wouldn't leave the gutter for two minutes. She was such a nice looking girl he had no right to say such things to get and he would respect the fact that she could slap him right now, mostly because she would have every right to, "Actually that came out wrong I mean, you and me do something while Nami eats noodles, which can be eating noodles if you want."

One thing was certain that this guy sure seemed to not lack any confidence when it came to talking to woman. She could only wish that she had half the amount of confidence that this guy had, but of course maybe she does, but is just slow to show it. "I guess so..." she said hesitantly not really sure what Baron had meant, but then again she wasn't going to rudely decline an offer to hang out with a new friend. She looked around the town and saw the amount of churches that were around, 'This town sure seems holy... Maybe they have the answers you are searching for.' a voice spoke inside her head, and while so she had a puzzling look on her face.

She knew she had said goodbye to her old self, as with her change came a new found bout of confidence. If she was still the old Yasuki, she wouldn't be standing here talking to Baron right now. "Before we do anything... Just a hypothetical question for you, if you were to see an elf...what would your reaction be, would you welcome them the same way?" she said as she paused briefly in the middle of asking and at the end. The only person that knows her as the person before would be Arisa, her sister, and due to her keeping the point of her ears hidden not many people know her to be an elf either. She paused and waited for Baron to answer, unsure of what his response would be.

Baron meditated on her question for a moment, he had seen one elf already, plus there was a demon as well and the girl who turned into that demon. His reactions to them were more positive than anything, thus he would assure this elf that he held no prejudices, "Well I'd say I'd be excited, I've met an elf before and I couldn't help but admire their ears, that said I'd treat them the same, and I'd treat an elven woman like I would any other lady with care and respect. And if they want to 'summon the dragon' they can do so like anyone else!"

He was confident in his answer as he looked deep into her beautiful blue eyes, without a second breath he'd take her hands and nod, "Tell me, would you do the same? If we are to be honest I guess I sympathize with them my darling, for I am not the average human male... I hide a grave secret that none can know..." he continued to look in to her eyes with a warm gaze, "I will tell you this secret if you allow me.. p[lease allow me miss..."

His answer truly shocked her, all this time she thought that she had to hide who she was. That she had to hide her ears because of being an elf, and for that she didn't want to be looked at any differently. "Completely. I believe elves should be treated just like anyone else, no matter what they are. Same for any other race." she said in response to him firing her own question back at her. 'Go ahead and tell him... He already probably knows anyway.' that familiar voice in her head spoke. "I suppose..." she paused for a minute as she didn't really mean to say anything out loud, just yet.

"Well the reason why I asked is that... You're right, I'm no human. Though I'm still trying to come to terms with it and trying to play out how others feel about the whole thing." she says and afterwards she takes down the braid in her hair that was holding her hair over her pointed-like ears. Afterwards she looked down and then back at Baron, while he mentioned that he as well had a secret.

"If you want to, I'm all ears. But don't feel like you have to tell me, because you don't." she said to reassure him about sharing his secret with her.

He gasped when she revealed her secret to him, so she was an elf this entire time? He hadn't figured though the question did arouse suspension. "Even with your secret out you are still as lovely as ever," he nodded "And I think I understand the 'coming to terms things' ha ha." he did have a secret to share, though he feared that she may have a reaction different to what he really was. He was unsure if the stigma around his race in Fiore was positive or negative, why, the way he obtained the curse was a complete mistake. Baron was in the wrong place at the wrong time and was bitten, almost mauled to death before he managed to save himself with quick wit and a lot of under handed tricks. It was luck he survived his attack.

"Yasuki... I understand if you may be fearful when I tell you this and if you are I will noty fault you for running as you see I am... A Lycan. Bitten not long ago before we met or well, attacked and mauled but somehow surviving. You're probably the only person I've told without seeing the actual transformation, but you shared your secret with me and I'll share mine with you... I suppose we can be a pair of non humans."

he looked down for a moment, eyes studying their feet, "But... I can't see why you would hide any of your beauty? You look fine ears and all."

She revealed that she was an elf, and strangely to her surprise he didn't have much of a reaction and still ended up complimenting her. 'He must be ... crazy? Or just very sure of himself.' she thought to herself after hearing the mass amount of compliments thrown her way from him. "Well I... I'm not really used to hearing all those compliments, but I guess what I'm trying to say... Thanks?" she said as she lowered her head down slightly confused. There it was another person that she informed about being an elf, and the reaction was just how her sister said it'd be...nothing. Maybe now was the time that she could stop wearing a braid over her head to hide the point of her ears under her hair.

She looked around and then was told by Baron that he as well had a secret to share. She listened as he said that he didn't know how she would react, but if it was with fear -- that it'd be okay. He went on to reveal to her that he was no human either, and that he was a Lycan. "A Lycan... Never really met one of those before." she said in response. She saw as he looked down towards her feet, which made her just stand still even more. "I'm not going anywhere, you complimented me when I was scared of mentioning my secret. It'd only be rude to run after you shared with me yours." she said to reassure him.

She looked at Baron, and then out towards the town. "So what does this town exactly have?" she questioned.

Baron looked at her and got on one knee, "Never hide your true beauty my love, for we may not be like others but we as friends should be even vigilant in our search for friendships and good food. And uh, unless you're religious there's not alot to do unless you wanna go to the pool in the inn or well... Look for a beach." he nodded his head, "This is the capitol after all there has to be something doable around here. But first I have a question."

He took her hands and held it in his own, "Will you marry me?" he looked up at her, the he looked down at Nami and then back to her. Ok, maybe he was a alittle intoxicated but that was okay he was having a nice time in uh Crocy. Obviously she would say no but hey what was the fun in not trying something new. After she said no he'd laugh and point out a street where she may have found some interest. There was a market, plenty of churches and even a nice place she could probably take her fish puppy dog thing to get a good grooming if it had fur.

She looked at Baron as he continued on, he went on about how she should never hide her beauty and it made her chuckle a bit. 'If only he knew you before... He might not think that, I mean you were sitting up in the tree tops as a child pretending to be a bird.' the voice echoed and still she didn't know if anyone else could hear it, or if it was only in her head but the voice sounded so real and so close like someone was right behind her. "Uhm did you... hear that by chance?" she questioned trying not to interrupt him. When he asked her to marry him, she shook her head and said "Uhm, I'm not exactly look for anything... Plus we just met." she said honestly as she once again chuckled.

Awkwardly she looked towards the town and saw the number of churches around, but she also heard from Baron that there were some other things to do. "Pool... Inn... Look for a beach?" she said repeating the options given to her besides the churches which were quite obvious. "Surely there's not a beach too far from here, right? After all, adventure time?"

Baron chuckled when she mentioned not looking, "Well yeah, I'd be more surprised if you said yes." he nodded, "But hey, uh as far as things to do... Shit." he coughed into his hand and looked around for a place of refuge for the time being. "You wanna look for a beach?" he tilted his head and scratched the back of his neck. "Uh, sure, let's see what we find!" he gestured down the road for her to follow him as he whistled, "Flying niiimbus!" he called into the sky waiting for the vibrant yellow cloud to come to him, the Nimbus would zoom through the sky and land infront of him. He stepped on it and held out his hand for her and her companion get on, "You might have to carry your puppy, and uh, well I have no idea if two people can even ride so just sit down and grab my pant leg or something just incase..." he stepped onto Nimbus and leaned forward when he was certain she was on. With that they would rise and fly over the buildings in search of a beach. That was all IF she could ride as well, if she wasn't pure of heart well... They'd be walking.

She looked around and saw the streets begin to somewhat fill up. People were coming out of churches and other buildings like it must have been either a lunch break or they were off of work. Either way the streets began to fill and she still wanted to search for a beach. "Yeah, you mentioned searching for a beach.. Surely one can't be that far." she said to his response. Still kind of skeptical about the man she looked at him carefully as he called for his nimbus. 'If that's the thing that he shooed off, who knows if it'll come back.' she thought to herself before seeing the thing come back and stop not far from Baron, so that he could step on it to catch a ride. She noticed as he reached out a hand for her to step on, she looked down at Nami and then back to him. "Uhm, sure right. Nami, here." she would say as she patted her leg to gather the companions attention as she stepped on as well. She had a seat and then Nami jumped up into her lap. If it was possible she would look at the buildings that they would fly over in search for that beach she was wanting to see.

He put his hand over his eyes and looked for the beach, he looked at the sea side and beach side everywhere for a beach. He couldn't find one so far, and would soon put his hands in his pockets as he looked. It was pretty warm out so they could fly for a long while. There was no coolage up this high though he was shocked she could ride on with him, despite him having to pretty much hang off of the edge to distribute their weight. It seemed Nimbus couldn't take the weight of the two for long however as it flew slowly before immediately landing back on the ground making Baron fall forward and into a cabage cart.

"My cabbages!" the vendor cried as the spiky haired lad rested on the toppled produce. Baron looked down at the cabbages and rested his head on one as his sore body seemed rather marked up from teh fall. Nimbus likely set itself back up normal with Yasuki alone on it but he Saiyan was pretty hurt. He held his head and tried to get up but there was no use in it as he collected himself. He felt alpha but not too alpha.

As they continued to fly she still saw churches among churches in the town, "I guess you were right... This town is quite holy." she said looking forward to see if they could find a beach of any kind. She wasn't sure if this adventure was possible, she looked towards the ground and then to the side in search. Though she didn't find much of anything besides more and more churches in the close distance, 'Geez. It's like they never end.' she thought to herself trying to be optimistic that they would find something, even a smaller beach, she didn't care she just wanted to find anything besides a church.

Suddenly she noticed as the thing she was sitting on, with Nami in her lap, that it was starting to fall. She didn't know what to do, it'd be crazy for her to jump off but she didn't want anyone to get hurt. Before she could even get up she noticed as it fell on top of a cabbage cart, and Baron falling off. "Oh my.. Are you ok?" she questioned as she saw the event unfold, it was as if everything went in slow motion. Though it started hovering again, she decided to stand up and step off as a cabbage rolled by her feet. "Guess it couldn't take the weight of two, well three, of us." she gave a slight chuckle trying to be optimistic.

"Here's a cabbage, maybe you can make a more durable stand next time." she laughed as she handed a cabbage to the owner. "Baron, are you okay...?" the question arose as she was worried about her new friend.

Baron dusted himself off and looked down at the cabbage stand when he finally managed to get up and clean himself up. And get things going again. He cracked his back and turned from side to side in order to adjust himself. That could have been quite a nasty fall if he didn't land on that cart. He rubbed his back and looked back at the Cabbage cart owner. They didn't seem all too happy but they would sigh in disgust and march off instead of taking baron's apology. He dusted himself again and checked himself for wounds, "I feel fine, thanks for askin'" he caught his footing and wobbled next to her, "Nimbus, head on and go on now, we both can't ride you." he shooed the cloud off and let it go into the sky on a whim. He waved goodbye to cloud and narrowed his eyes. He shook his head and placed his hands on his hips. There was nothing like nearly dying to make you appreciate your clouds. He liked the cloud and all but it was starting get tedious trying to keep it up. He watched nimbus zoom off without so much as a worry... what a sight.

She looked towards the cabbage cart owner not knowing what made him more mad -- the fact that his cart and thus his cabbages were destroyed or the poorly timed joke she made in regards to him needing a more durable cart. She watched as Baron got up and dusted himself off and then adjusted himself to feel better, or as better as one can feel after falling onto a cart of cabbages from flying. "Guess you were right from the start, guess we both couldn't ride." she said remembering what he had said back at the inn. The cabbage cart owner suddenly made a gesture towards Nami who was casually chewing on one of the cabbages that was still by their feet, when she caught eye of it she chuckled and commented, "Well... I guess this one was on house, or rather cart. Still good enough for Nami here to eat."

After making the joke about the cabbages she looked at Baron, who was now standing beside her, "Should we continue on our adventure to find that beach?" she asked. If they weren't going to continue looking she didn't know what they would do considering he mentioned about their not being much to do in town with a whole bunch of churches. "I mean, that's only if you're still up for it." she casually mentioned.

Baron looked up at the sky still as he watched the nimbus go, there was no telling how far it would go but it'd go pretty far. That said there was also no telling if he'd ever see it again if he called it. There was notihng like uncertainty to make the heart grow fonder. He crossed his arms and watch the sky for another brief moment watching the warm sun's glow over teh deep lucious clouds. They looked like big bales of cotton candy up there on their own and he wanted to eat them badly if he could get the chance. Then again he just could have been hungry meaning after they find the beach he'd need to find a good bite to eat or something to coil is growing hunger. He bit his bottom lip and looked up at the sky above. If only some food would just fall in his lap.

"Huh? Oh yeah sure let's get looking." he nodded to her as he began walking down the side walk. There wasn't much to this part of the city but it was just as loud as the rest, he walked forward as they continued to search for the beach.

Yasuki looked around and then back at Baron who seemed to be mesmerized by the sky. Maybe he was looking at the sky in search of his nimbus, as she would remember him calling it. She would look up and do the same and think about just where she came from in general and how far she has already traveled. All that she has accomplished, and of course the people she had met. That being said Baron was already the most unique of the others. After looking up at the sky for a bit she later came to and adjusted herself looking around the town, whatever he was doing she didn't want to be rude and interrupt.

She had noticed that finally Baron had come to and mentioned that they should keep looking. Following after his lead and with Nami by her side, she would continue to walk towards the direction in which they were headed. Her stomach gave a sudden rumble as it has been a while since her last meal, "Pardon me, guess I've forgotten to eat. Shall we continue on or give up in search for a restaurant rather?" she would say giving a slight chuckle after her embarrassment from her stomach growl.

"I guess a restaurant works" he nodded putting his hands on his hips as he panted a bit, that fall had hurt him a bit more than he expected. He rolled his neck and continued on as he moved down the road with her and her fish dog. They would soon find a restaurant on the west ridge of the city. He pointed out a nice little place from a far it was a neat little shindig, must have been a three star restaurant. There must have been a good place somewhere around here. Something neat and simplistic that he could dine on. He'd guide her and her animal to the cafe. He didn't have a clue if it was okay, but he took the two with him where they woud have a good meal or well decent meal for whatever the food costed.

After eating he would need to tell them goodbye as he had Rune Knight knightly duties to attend to and wanted to get himself good and ready to go for the war. "Take care of yourself." he nodded to them as he would depart from the restaurant and moved on to the next phase in his plan, get some more food.

They changed destinations and headed to a restaurant to fill their stomachs. It's been a long day of adventure, and Yasuki felt as if her judgement was clouded from the sound of her rumbling stomach. The three entered the restaurant that seemed to be like a nice place on the west ridge of the town. She wasn't for certain how far from the inn they were, but she knew they probably weren't too far. She looked around in the restaurant as they sat and ordered their food. Before she knew it the food arrived with a fast-paced type of service.

She partaked in a meal and once they were finished the two would part their ways and say goodbye. "We'll find each other again sometime, possibly. Until then stay wild and take care out there." she said as she started off back towards the inn to her room. She waited for a bit as she heard him tell her to take care and then he headed off. She felt as if she made a new friend but wasn't for certain on what level. Honestly, she's just amazed that she's actually talking to people now. "Gotta take baby steps, I guess." she said quietly to herself as she started walking back to the inn giving her leg a pat to call for Nami to follow suit.
