Can you have the same requirements for every spell? Not Frost Magic in one and Ice Magic in another.
Same goes for Element.

Does this spell allow you to skate on every surface or just ice?
Supplementary spells don't increase user's movement speed, only buffing spells do.

Your spell doesn't actually make sense. You summon skates on you feet but it increases your strength?
Buffing and supplementary spells are different and cannot be combined into one. You skating on land would be a different spell -- that is supplementary, and another that increases your strength, that is Self-Buff: Strength spell.

Where does it create a mist? In the area or around her body? Note that this mist shouldn't only be for cosmetic purposes and cannot cause any hindrance to the enemies.
Since this is a Buff spell, the type of the spell should be Self Buff: Strength, not Offensive.
Mention that the spell gives user a 'D-Rank' Strength Buff.
Buffs are sustained most of the time so feel free to change the Duration as well and change the Range of the spell to 'Self'.
