 Phantom Lord is an infamous Dark Guild that appreciates magic and power over many other aspects. They don't take any Good Quests. There are a lot of Darkness-type magic users in Phantom Lord but the guild welcomes mages with any type of Magic. Phantom Lord seeks to build up their own power without much regard for anyone else. In the past they have clashed with Fairy Tail, Lamia Scale and Blue Pegasus at various occasions. The Master allows its members to freely act evil as long as they don't bring trouble to the doorsteps of the guild because of their own failures.
 Phantom Lord's headquarters is located not far from Oak Town, sitting on one of the hills outside the city. It is a large, imposing and compact building composed of stone, taking on the architectonic form of a single body ending in a variety of differently shaped domes. The entrance is topped by an extremely high, ornamental part, consisting of an arc held up by two long, square pillars, complete with some arched windows below it, and placed above the smaller arc of the door itself. On the inside, most of the building appears to be quite bare, with the majority of the seen rooms being almost empty, sporting only mechanical devices in minor or major amounts to adorn them, these being used to accomplish the various, bizarre functions the building provides. Most corridors seem to be built on this design, being almost disadorned, aside from some basic square pillars on their walls and square motifs on their lower parts, and sporting gratings on the floor.
 Dante is the current Master of Phantom Lord. He is the younger brother of Cesare, the previous Master of Phantom Lord, and Lance, the previous Master of Blue Pegasus. Dante is recognized to be a lot stronger compared to his older brothers. According to the Council, Dante as an individual is considered a threat to the safety of the country. When Dante was younger, he left the country of Fiore to find ways to control his magic better. When he found out that his brothers had passed away, he returned to mourn their loss. Upon finding Cesare's guild left in a sorry state, he decided to pay his respects by staying around for a while and restore Phantom Lord again. Dante harnesses a monstrous magic which takes a huge toll on him mentally. He has made a pact with an Elder Being, creatures that predate humans and are often times on par with deities or even stronger. This causes Dante to sometimes lose himself and become unaware of his own actions. As long as he keeps the Elder Being satisfied, he is capable of living a somewhat normal life. Dante is not necessarily a violent person. He comes across as aloof, generous, playful, and somewhat kind in his own way. This is often hard to register because of the monstrous aura that comes off from him.
