Voidfrost Hollow This portal was said to have been the last one to open, yet none of the daring explorers who first discovered it can truly be certain when it appeared. Hiding amidst the merciless, blinding blizzards of the Oddr Mountains, the portal gives way to a space within the void seemingly shaped into the form of an Icy cave, having grown off the rich Frost element mana of this region. Explorers fortunate enough to find it soon curse their luck once the way back closes up behind them, leaving them stranded in the cave in the company of Void Abominations hungry to consume them. Cavern Description: Hidden in the frigid terrain of the Oddr Mountains, the portal leading to the Void has drawn in the Icy element of its surroundings and created a wide, expansive cave system. Dim Luminosity is provided by the Voidfrost pulsing with mana, while the wide, winding pathways provide a laybrithian experience. Objective: Though you may have come here for loot, survival will soon become the first priority as the mazelike cave shifts with every moment. Only by killing enough of the Voidfrost Giants can their Eldritch influence over the cave be released, allowing you to escape with the treasure you've collected off their bodies. Difficulty: Savage Dungeon Location: Iceberg - Oddr Mountains Enemies: This cavern is inhabited by Voidfrost Giants. These creatures tower over most mortals, ranging between 3-6 meters tall and seemingly hover a fair distance over the ground. The mere air around them feels colder than the highest peaks of Earthland, making it difficult to move, white their attacks reach close to absolute zero. They strike with devastating melee attacks and pulses of ice magic. |
