Description: In Joya, Raijin is thought to be the god of lighting and storms. It is said that over a thousand years ago, a famous blacksmith’s daughter caught the eye of the storm god. The god took the man’s daughter for his bride and carried her off to his realm. Heartbroken, the blacksmith crafted an armor designed to slay the god. When he went to the god’s palace, the god was impressed with the man’s work. He quickly fell in love with the armor and traded back the daughter for the piece.

Effects


  • Storm Breaker: While wearing the armor, you and the armor are treated as having Moderate Lightning Resistance.

  • Build-Up: Each time your armor takes damage, it will build a charge of electricity within the armor. This is noted by more stray bursts of lightning dancing along the armor itself. When the armor is destroyed, all that built-up electricity will explode dealing 4x S-rank damage to everything, besides the wearer and their items, within a 3-meter radius. Those who are damaged by this lightning will be treated as having Moderate Lightning Weakness for the remainder of the topic.
