Details


Description:  An inky and rather malicious garb. The Deep Sea Hag is an outfit that seems to be made of a thick black liquid. It is slimy and cool to the touch. The robe can mold around the body of its master, fitting it more comfortably than any other piece of clothing before it. At the arms and the base of the robe, the fabric splits apart into a series of several tassels. The robe seems to have somewhat of a mind of its own, the tassels will float about the air as if you are submerged in water.

Requirements: Must be a mage class that is not a Hunter.

Effects


  • Dark Depths: Your debuff spells cast through your magic will now apply a blind to a target if that spell is B-rank or above. The blind will last for one post before resolving itself.

  • Stranger Tides: While wearing the robe, you’re able to count 10% of your Intelligence towards your other attributes. If your mana reaches below 30% total base mana, this boost becomes 30% instead.

  • Minor Water Resistance: While wearing the robe, you gain a Minor Water Resistance.
