Kishin often wondered what it must be like to be Little Old Nan, to have lived such a long life and to have seen so much change in the world. He couldn't help but feel a sense of awe and reverence for her, as she was a living testament to the passage of time. There's no telling how long Kishin himself might live.

He often thought about the things that the Old Nans must have experienced in her life, the people she had met, the love she had given and received, and the hardships she had overcome. He couldn't help but feel a sense of admiration for her strength and resilience, and for the way she had managed to carry on despite the difficulties of her life.

Despite her age and her physical limitations, Old Nan was still a vital and active member of her community. She was always willing to lend a helping hand to anyone in need, and her kind and generous spirit was an inspiration to those around her.

Kishin couldn't help but feel a sense of envy for Old Nan, for the richness and fullness of her life. He knew that he himself was still young to her and had much to experience, but he couldn't shake the feeling that his own life was lacking in some way. He knew that he could learn much from Old Nan, about how to live a fulfilling and meaningful life, no matter what challenges lay ahead.

Despite his own feelings of melancholy, Kishin couldn't help but feel a sense of gratitude for the presence of Little Old Nan in his life. She was a reminder that life was not always easy, but that it was possible to keep going despite the hardships. He knew that her wisdom and experience would be invaluable to him as he navigated his own path in life.

Kishin knew that he would never be able to fully understand the struggles that Old Nan had faced, but he couldn't help but feel a sense of empathy for her. He knew that she had lived a long and difficult life, but she had never given up. He knew that she had always kept moving forward, and that was something that he could learn from.

He knew that it was important to take time to reflect on the lessons that Old Nan had to teach, and to learn from her example of courage and resilience. He knew that by doing so, he would be able to live a life that was just as rich and full as hers, and that was something that he could be proud of.

Kishin had mixed feelings about whether or not he should help Little Old Nan with her medicine though. On one hand, he knew that she was an elderly woman who was unable to make the journey herself, and he couldn't help but feel a sense of empathy and compassion for her. He knew that she was in need of assistance and he felt a sense of responsibility to help her.

On the other hand, Kishin also knew that this task would not be easy. He had his own responsibilities and obligations, and he wasn't sure if he had the time or the energy to help her. He also had a tendency to feel dark and he wasn't sure if he was in the right frame of mind to take on this task.

Despite these reservations, Kishin ultimately believed that he should help Little Old Nan with her medicine. He knew that it was the right thing to do, and that he would regret it if he didn't. He also believed that helping her would be a way of making a positive impact on the world and to feel good about himself. He also knew that by helping her, he would be able to learn more about her and her experiences and gain something out of it.

But what really convinced Kishin to help was the reward he would receive for completing the task. He knew that Little Old Nan would be grateful for his help and he would be rewarded for his efforts. He believed that the reward would be worth the effort, that it would bring him financial benefits and he would be able to use the money for his own needs and wants. He also believed that this task would help him to gain more reputation in the community and it would be a good addition to his resume.

In the end, Kishin decided to travel to the nearby apothecary, pick up the drugs and deliver them back to her for her reward. He knew that it would not be an easy task, but the reward would be worth it. He knew that by helping Little Old Nan, he would not only be making a difference in her life, but also in his own. He would be able to gain something out of this task, and he would be able to feel good about himself for helping someone in need.

As Kishin embarked on his task to collect Little Old Nan's medicine from the apothecary, he felt a sense of apprehension. He had heard tales about Bitter Old Stan, Little Old Nan's ex-husband, and was aware that he still held a grudge against her after their divorce. He knew that Bitter Old Stan would stop at nothing to sabotage her life in any way he could, including stealing her life-saving medicine.

Determined to make sure that Little Old Nan received her medicine, Kishin headed to the apothecary and obtained the prescription. He then set out on his journey back to her humble home. As he walked through the streets, he felt a strange sensation that someone was following him.

When he reached two miles from Little Old Nan's house, his fears were confirmed as Bitter Old Stan suddenly appeared, trying to steal the medicine. Kishin was determined to outrun him all the way to her house, and he pushed himself to move as quickly as possible.

As he reached Little Old Nan's house, he saw Bitter Old Stan was close behind him. With a surge of determination, Kishin accelerated his pace, determined to deliver the medicine to Little Old Nan.

As he reached the front door, Little Old Nan came out and began to reprimand Bitter Old Stan, expressing her dissatisfaction with his actions. Kishin could see the gratitude and relief in her eyes as she thanked him for his service.

Kishin was exhausted, but he felt a sense of accomplishment. He knew that he had helped Little Old Nan, and he was rewarded for his efforts. He knew that he had made a difference in her life, and he couldn't help but feel a sense of pride as he walked away from her house, knowing that he had done the right thing despite having a bad day.
