Genevieve never thought she would be in another country, knee-deep in politics, and happy about it. Just the other day she was trying to find a way to get rid of Asmodeus but now she was rounding up information on towns that Demi-Humans and Elves lived in. The royalty of Bosco was certainly amusing to her with their little spat about who would be in charge. Many mages decided they wanted a hand in it and Genevieve found herself on board. She didn't know it but she would be joined by another very soon and the two of them would set off to these other towns in Bosco to rally support for their choice, Hildegard.

Currently, Genevieve was awaiting her partner in what she assumed was the royal capital of Bosco, or at least where all the royals resided. She wasn't one hundred percent sure but this was the place they were called to in order to get more information on how best to help the choice they picked to become the next ruler of this place. Genevieve didn't know who her partner would be, she only sent out flyers and placed them everywhere she could in order to spread the word about her involvement, and hopefully gather like-minded individuals.

Raymus found himself in a similar situation to Genevieve. While travelling wasn't exactly something Raymus was too used to, he did often think about traveling to the other neighbouring countries of Fiore every now and then. Specifically his homeland of Seven however the desire was never great enough for him to act on it. In a similar vein politics was something the werewolf heavily disliked, finding it all much to big of a headache to participate in and understand. Yet when he heard of the situation in Bosco he couldn't help but feel a calling of sorts. Hearing one of the Royals was something other than Human had him interested from the get go and upon hearing her ideals, well let's just say it was a done deal for the one often bullied due to his own nature.

For once Raymus didn't mind filling in the paperwork. What he did find strange though was that he was going to be paired up with a stranger to survey the capital. Considering the amount of Blue Pegasus members that also supported Hildegard it only seemed natural for him to be paired up with one of them.

Brushing that aside, Raymus entered the capital, posting some posters of his own along the way as he looked out for his partner as he moved toward their meeting spot.

In the time between when she would see the blue-haired man placing posters up, Genevieve found herself busy. Her flyers had attracted some individuals who came with information that was of great use to her and the cause. Not only did she found out where multiple villages and towns were the mainly elves and demi-humans lived in, but those same places also felt like second-class citizens. This was just perfect for what she had set out to do today. She honestly thought it would be a lot harder to gain this sort of information but it seemed a lot more people in the capital were interested to see Hildegard winning.

Once Genevieve did spot the blue-haired man she looked over his poster and figured this was the man she would be pairing up with for a few days. Looks like we'll be in the same boat. Name's Genevieve, but you can call me Eve. Her voice was smooth like butter and she came off as friendly as she could. Looking him over she could sense something...Feral about him. Maybe it was his hair or the sharp look in his eyes, but something definitely screamed " animal " for her.

As it so happened, it didn't take long for the two to meet in the slightest. Before he had all his posters put up even! The person he was paired with was a girl, tall in stature and sporting a kind of purple hair colour with red streaks too? Raymus never knew much about fashion so he couldn't comment on her fashion but at the very least he figured she was pretty so no doubt they'd be getting a decent bit of attention thanks to that.

As for him, he more his long blue hair in a pony tail, hanging down his back to about the end of his shoulder blades. Aside from the metal studs in his ears the man wore nothing remotely bright, sporting a dark tank top and pants. The werewolf didn't care much for fashion but sadly his guild demanded it to the point where it was in the very rules of the places. So while his clothes looked plain and boring the often sported some logo of an expensive designer. These threads in particular had a grey and blue blob on the right part of the torso for his top and the corner of each pocket for his pants. Stylish? Probably not be he looked presentable and that's all that mattered. It also came across as casual so those around him wouldn't be too afraid to approach him. Speaking of many that walked by took the posters in Raymus's free hand as he offered them.

"Nice to meet you Eve. My name's Raymus, people tend to call me Ray." He replied, his voice a little gruff.

Genevieve nodded and pulled out a piece of paper from the pocket of her well-fitted black dress. During times like these, she liked to keep her wardrobe simple and today was no different. Anyone looking at her would see that she kept her wine-colored treses up in a messy bun, a simple black dress that came down to her ankles, and a pair of black shoes on her feet. She didn't need to stand out, she needed to blend in.

Her crimson gaze looked over the paper to make sure she had the right one and when she could verify it she nodded her head and handed it to Ray. The paper had a list of towns and villages on it. These towns and villages were inhabited by either mostly elves or Demi humans. They chose to live together due to the mistreatment and practically second-class citizenship they've been unspokenly given. The plan was to visit these places and gather up as many people to fight on the side of Hildegard for her grab at being the next ruler of the land. This would elevate them and give them a better life, something Genevieve was sure they would rather have.

We'll be traveling to these places to get them on our side, or rather the side of Hildegard. She'll need support from those who resonate with her and who better than elves and demi-humans who have been ostracized. Not to mention she holds animals and the earth in higher regard than she does people, I think the elves would be very interested to know that don't you?

A dress to many would seem like poor attire for someone who planned on traveling from town to town. Dresses were supposed to be for fancy wear, or so Raymus's feeble mind thought. He couldn't comprehend anyone wearing something that would fit in at a party as a mission outfit. He'd learn though. At least both had the same dress sense, wearing dark clothes that were comfortable. They'd no doubt blend in, even if the colour of the hair was a little out of the ordinary, neither would look too reminisce from the other people of Bosco.

Raymus took the sheet of paper given to him and read over the names of each as Eve began to explain the ins and outs of the mission. The how, the why, the when and where all the basics Raymus had expected. She finished her summary with a question to the werewolf, one which he had to agree with, nodding as she asked the question before adding his own insight. "Not just Elves and Demi-Humans, but beasts too. Werewolves and Vampires and any number of creature would probably fall into that category, so long as they weren't totally evil like a lot of stories say." He replied, nodding his head scanning the names over again. Raymus answered her question this way to get a feel for who Eve was. "These towns listed in order of closeness? Or are when we leave are we going to need to rely on the signs?"

She hadn't thought about werewolves, vampires, and other potential races that could benefit from Hildegard's rule. That was a whole new avenue opened up to them which could help the spread of their task. The opportunities were truly endless and with any luck, that'll just increase Hildegard's influence. Werewolves, vampires, and other beasts huh. I never even considered them. But that does give us more to work with. Taking the paper back from Ray she pointed at the top of the list.

They aren't in any particular order, so we'll start from the top. We can arrange for some transportation, so we won't have to worry about that. Being a part of a royals " camp " meant they were allowed certain benefits and perks to help them with their campaign. It was nothing to ask for a little help to get them to and from. They still had plenty of sunlight to go as well so the two could easily head out now and make it to the first town before nightfall. You need anything before we go? All we'll really be doing is talking but who knows, we might be in for other surprises.

It seemed that Eve didn't share every thought Raymus had like the werewolf thought at first. She didn't even think of the other beasts mentioned in Hildegards manifesto. He wondered if others didn't think of those less desirable races and focused on the pretty ones like Elves. It didn't bother him too much so long as his fellow beasts got the support they were entitled to as well as the other races.

Giving the paper back to Eve, she explained they aren't in any order which didn't bode well for Raymus. His brow furrowed as he thought of the impracticality of wandering around to find each location and potential retreading the same steps just to come back to another area they passed. He decided not to voice these concerns. Not being too familiar with how things would want to be done he figured his opinion would be seen as stupid or unneeded and whoever gave them the mission had something in mind.

"Oh actually, I'm going to go tinkle, if we're going to be travelling and talking for a while." He said quickly popping into a near by shop. While usually he would have used some harsher words to explain his actions, Alisa often told him to use cuter words to try and lessen the blow. Once he was back, Raymus threw away the tissue he dried his hands on as he came back to Eve. "All set, let's go."

While Raymus had gone to a nearby shop to drain his whistle, Genevieve got their transportation in order. She had given the driver a list of the towns they'd be going to and he assured her he would take the best possible route to each one. Even though she pointed at the first thing on the list and told Raymus that that's where they would start, she'd leave it up to the driver to get us to whichever one he thought would have them on " the best possible route ". Once Raymus came out of the shop the two piled into the magical vehicle that would be powered by the driver's mana. The vehicle was shaped like a carriage more or less so the two wouldn't have to sit directly next to each other and would be sitting face to face. According to the driver, they would get to their first destination in about half an hour and that town would be filled with Demi-Humans who didn't take too kindly to humans in general. This worried Genevieve as she didn't know what Raymus was and figured if he was a human then their job would be a lot harder in someplace.

Well I don't have anything to worry about, I'm a demi myself, what about you? you look pretty human to me Ray.

Coming back from the shop ray noticed the carraige Eve was standing beside. It was a caraige right? It seemed sleek and longer than most but strangely enough it had no horses? Maybe one of those fancy mana machines people were going on about. Having spent most his time around the port town the werewolf had not seen these types of contracptions too much. His neighbourhood was fairly residential and the main method of transport was walking, at least transport within town. The port of course had a lot of ships that came in and out. And of course the horse and carraige that he was used to.

Once they were both ready, the hoped into the vehicle, sitting facing each other. Sitting into the vehicle, there was a black rope and a strange lock on either side of their seats. Were they supposed to tie themselves down or something? Ignoring that for now and Eve had asked Raymus another question regarding the mission which also came across as a little personal. She admitted herslef being demi-human due to the nature of the first village they were going to.

"I look human?" He asked, a small grin on his face. He placed both hands over his face, one covering his eyes, and the other his mouth. "What about now?" Pulling back his hands, the man's crimson red eyes which previously had round pupil's now turned slit and his charming grin now bore fangs. "Care to guess my heritage? 1000 Jewels says you get it wrong."

His first question was amusing because she already felt that he was a bit too animalistic to begin with, but once his eyes turned to slits and his mouth showed fangs she knew she got her answer. Folding one leg over the other she was happy at least that he wasn't about to make their job hard. Mulling over the possible answers in her head she figured he couldn't have been a demi-human, they didn't have the choice to hide their features, maybe werewolf? could they change their features like that at will? Shit could vampires do that? She had only met so many races in her life that she could remember and she wasn't about to lose this bet or maybe she was. I don't know that many races but from the races I di know you seem more like.. a werewolf. Or maybe a vampire. I'm still not sure if they can change partially like that, but I know for certain werewolves can change.

The two would talk about this and that for the rest of the ride until they came near the first village, but something was wrong. Before they could even reach the place smoke was coming from that direction. Having the car stopped she would have rather the driver stay out of whatever was going on and told him to find stay put while they went ahead. She didn't really plan on anything crazy happening but now things have changed.

"Good instincts. I'm a werewolf, if only you stuck with your gut you'd be a little richer." He teased, surprised by her accuracy with so little to go on.

It was interesting to meet another Demi-Human. The only other one he had met was the Kitsune Lee. Much like with Eve they shared a similar thought process although being in the same guild naturally meant he had a closer relationship with the Red headed fox. Nevertheless Raymus was quite interested to hear of a Bat Demi-Human. To most that could be considered an excuse or lie and in actuality she could actually be a vampire. Granted it was an old wives tale that Vampires turned to bats but considering how narrow minded humans were he wouldn't put it past them.

"Have to say I didn't think you were a Demi-Human. My nose is pretty good and all. Maybe it's because you're a different breed? Ah well doesn't matter." Quickly dismissing his ignorance. "But given you would have more of a kinship with the people were going to talk with, I'll leave the talking to you alright?" He'd say hoping to settle the plan out before they reached their destination. Raymus was no diplomat and as he was continuously proving he had no way with words. "But don't worry, I can help keep things manageable in other ways." Cracking his knuckles, this was probably the clearest example he could give. Raymus may not be good with words but he more than made up for it with his body language. And knowing Eve was a Demi human meant she could probably pick up on these subtle ques better than most.

It looks like we won't be talking.. There is too much commotion coming from the direction of the village. We might have to fight. They had to have been close enough to the village to walk to it but they would be running as the screams of demihumans can clearly be heard from their position. Ripping her dress at the bottom to make a slit in order for her to move more freely she raised her hand upwards, a green aura surrounding her wings and allowing her to fly five meters from the ground. I'll meet you there. Help any Demihumans you can and let's get to the bottom of this. She yelled from the skies and took off.

Upon reaching the village she could see the destruction and chaos. Flying down she grabbed a screaming and crying woman to ask what was going on. The demi woman cried that Stellan rebels were attacking the village and killing the men and children. She cried that they had killed her child. Genevieve asked what they looked like, how could she identify them easily and the woman said that they would be wearing the Stellan flag on their clothing. Helping the woman get somewhere safe Genevieve quickly got to work taking care of the rebels, slaughtering them, and flying their dead bodies out of the village. She only hoped that Ray could gather some same information she did to help properly.

Before either could get too comfortable with pleasantries the sound of screams and the smell of burning wood and flesh filled the air. Eve was quick to access the situation. While Raymus was the first to smell, she was the first to hear. Maybe the enhanced hearing of a bat? Regardless the woman casted a wind based spell, based on the spell seal anyway, and took to the skies, informing Raymus to help any Demi Human's he found on the way. "Got it, ragh!" Growling toward the end of his sentence, the man's body crew several inches as did the feral look in his eyes. If he was to help the Demi Humans the less Humane he looked the better.

As he ran to the village there were many bloody bodies, many charred faces but among them all no soul was still living. The smell alone drove the werewolf insane as he sprinted after Eve s quick as he could. The village, while up in smoke still had people in it, meaning they were still people to save. Along with Eve, the werewolf tore through the people dressed with the opposing flag. He however would not kill them. Main them though, well once they survived they wouldn't be able to take up a weapon again!

Once they were finished, Raymus slapped his cheeks. "We need to keep moving, these aren't the only ones. The list we got, these dastards must have the same, these villages are their target!" Exclaimed the werewolf as he ushered the few villagers left to the carriage they came form.

Genevieve was ruthless, not because she thought this was the best way to save the demi's but because she wanted to be. She hadn't felt this good since she had been near Odin, this power of having someone's life in her hands was exhilarating. Where Raymus only maimed she killed leaving less than half of the rebel forces alive. Once she was well beyond done she flew in Raymus's direction. There were many wounded but overall they saved more lives than was lost. I don't know this land, so I'll fly ahead and find the rest of the villages that way. I'm certain I'm strong enough to lift you, the faster we go the faster we can clear this situation out.. Afterward, we can double back and take care of the victims.

Without another word she placed her arms under Ray's, her wings might have looked flimsy but they were powered by her magic so flying them to the next town which was just as bad as the first wasn't difficult at all. Letting Ray down she went right into slaughter mode, killing any of the filty rebels who dared laid hands on these vauleable assets. They wouldn't get away with this, not by a long shot.

"Whoa are you su- oop!" But before he could protest or even negotiate he was lifted clean off the ground as the two swooshed into the air. Raymus glanced down at the town they had just "Saved." It now had more dead bodies than it started with and the smell of blood almost overpowered the burning smell caused by the fire. These scents intertwined within the werewolf's nostrils making him nauseous. What made him feel even more ill was how Eve fought. He couldn't quite get a good look at her having fights of his own, all of which he was avoiding lethal blows but he was sure he saw a wicked smile on her face. As if she enjoyed the carnage.

He did not have time to dwell on it too much as the next town came into sight. Thankfully the two had arrived just as the fight begun. The Men of the village were just taking up arms. Simple weapons like pitch forks and shovels, nothing nearly as effective as the swords, spears and axes of the rebels. "Drop me!" Raymus commanded, ready to shake himself free if he needed to. He wanted to get into the fight before Gene in case she took any more lives than were necessary. In his half transformed state he would be quite fast but he wasn't certain if he could keep up with her magical flight.

She did as she was told when they got to the village, dropping Raymus to the ground on his command. For a moment as she watched him hit to the ground she wondered if she would cover more ground by going on to the next town. They had five they were supposed to visit and they already hit two up. Genevieve knew she could be much more help if she went onto the next town alone as Raymus seemed capable though he had a soft spot in keeping the rebels alive. Which honestly was probably a good idea in case they needed to be interrogated. I'll go on ahead, we can cover more ground that way. It looks like these towns and villages aren't all that far from each other so I'll catch up with you at the last village and we can head back together. With those final words she flew off, bloodlust pumping in her veins as she flew as fast as she possibly could. The next village was a little better off than the first but the fight wasn't as one-sided. The men were fighting off as best they could but she could see they were about to be outnumbered by a bigger force coming in from another direction. Using her magic she charmed a few of the men and watched as they slaughtered each other while she plucked them up on by one to stop their march forward. She would leave very little survivors in order to question them again later.

Being let go at a height was a surprising relief for the werewolf. Now he could get to the town before her and deal with the rebels before she could maul them, leaving no trace of their existence. But once he heard her next move his heart sank. "W-Wait, no wai-" But his shouts were in vain as she had already sped ahead. Shit shit shit! Looking to the group of rebels who just noticed his presence Raymus's own bloodlust began to spike. Surely if he killed just a few he could catch up to the other two towns before Eve and save the majority of the rest? Steeling himself the werewolf charged headfirst into the fray.

The Demi-Humans and rebels alike were frightened of the Wolf's power. He managed to tear through the rebels quickly, quicker than before at least. "Take yourselves away from here any warn any of the other Villages!" he snarled to the others. "There are more rebels on the way and they won't hesitate to cut you down!" Speaking of which, Raymus turned his attention to a few of those rebel soldiers he had wounded. He interrogated one of them for what felt like hours. It had only been minutes of course but with every second that passed another person could be losing their life to that brutal woman. Once he had all the information he needed, the blue haired wolf ran on all fours to the next village, hoping to intercept Eve.

She wasn't nearly done with the men who tried to overtake the town of Walsenburg. Inside the town, the battle seemed to have died down but she was taking care of the next wave outside of its walls. She watched the men fight each other as they succumbed to the effects of her charm spell, it was amusing to see as she finished off more than half of the men before spotting Raymus and flying over to him. You can take care of the rest, right? I've killed most of them so they won't be a problem. How were the people in the other village?

She wanted an update before she went off to the next place. She didn't know why these rebels decided to attack and she didn't know how they got the list of villages, but this sort of planned assault could not go unpunished. Honestly, though Genevieve didn't care, this wasn't a setback, it was an opportunity. These rebels and demi-humans were pawns in a much bigger game. A game that Genevieve would see to the end. For now, though she would play her part, and her part was to make sure Hildegard won.

Raymus had no clue of towns names nor their exact location. All he could go on was smell. One of the perks of being a werewolf meant he could let his nose lead the way. And from the scent he took he sniffed out Eve and subsequently the town she was at. The Werewolf was tired but he knew he had to persevere.

Running through the forest full speed, he finally managed to catch up to the bat woman. She noticed him, but not before he saw her. The look of delight on her face as more than half the rebels were anihiliated, the blue haired lad only imagining how she did managed it. It took him a moment to realize he was being spoken to. "I got there in time, I - huff I told them to warn the other villages and to retreat, look for our transport and help the wounded." He said, barely able to control his breathing. Allowing his transformation to fade, Raymus fell to his backside and began to take in deep breath. "I-I need a break." He said once he managed to relax himself. "And since you're my partner that means you need to as well." He said with an air of finality. Unsure of how to proceed, Raymus thought a rest would let him think of how to handle things clearer. He needed to make sure he could contain Eve's wrath. The more she killed in the name of Hildegard the worse the situation for the beast Master would become.

What was he saying? She didn't quite understand. Genevieve could have sworn that werewolves had tons of stamina to burn so why was he so tired? Was he weak? was that it? she could keep fighting. The quicker they got done with this task the fewer demi-humans die and really that's all they should be worried about. Frowning ever so slightly she knew that they only had two more villages to check on. Maybe those villages were safe and word had gotten to them about the attack. That was wishful thinking of course but it was all she had right now. Since her " partner " wanted to rest she used this time to help the demi-humans in the village and inform them that Hildegard sent them, to save them, and to ask for their hand in stopping the rebels. Genevieve spun a tale that wasn't completely false but she told them of peace and how they would be equal and govern themselves, how they wouldn't be second-class citizens under Hildegard's rule. She helped the wounded, sent for help from the capital to let them know what had happened and if it could happen to demi-humans it could happen to humans as well. This got those bastards moving and soon they saw soldiers sent out giving aid and protecting the other villages. This was going better than she thought but she had to know what was Raymus's deal. Maybe when they had a chance to relax she would ask.
