The flowers on the trees, the grass upon the ground, oh how so lively it was when it came to nature. Arisa loved nature even though she may never really show it. Her heart and soul were one with such nature as some could even call her part plant. Her skin would devour the sun light or the heat from it which causes her to faint sometimes. She wasn't going to obviously faint from it because she was in the shade and also because she was going to constantly be moving away from the sunlight. Her golden brown eyes would look around as she was told she was going to once again have a partner. Was it going to be that Jeeroy guy again? He seemed like a gentle giant to her in which case she might get along with him until and unless her other side decided to just randomly barge in. She wasn't really nice when she was that 'other person'. She wished that she had better control of herself, but not everyone can control their entire being. Soon she would be closer to the park, but Arisa didn't want to entirely go in action without the person she was going to do this quest with. The quest that was going to happen today was playing Chess with some boy who doesn't probably have friends. That's why kids become clients, right? She wondered herself now on what it will be like to have her own kids and what would they actually be like? 255

Jeeroy needed to do another job today.  Playing chess, that would be the job he would be completing.  He did not know rather or not the girl Arisa would be his partner once again or not.  Honestly he liked working with her, she was not too loud and seemed like she enjoyed doing the work for money just as he did.  He had hoped that they would get to do more jobs together and perhaps be good friends.  He walked towards the park hoping to see the girl and be partnered with her once again and he was not disappointed.  The girl was walking towards the park slowly just as he was.  He wandered closer to her before alerting her of his presence.  "Well, it is a great honor to see you again. I assume you will be going to play chess with a child as well?  I guess we are partners on this one as well, if you will have me."  The man smiled brightly at the woman.  He was once again dawned in his Rune Knight attire and armor with his weapon strapped to his side.  The girl seemed to be thinking about something when he walked up and he hoped he did not interrupt her.

She was thinking of children as she would wait for her partner. Would they be more like the male or more like her? There were so many questions that were probably going to be unanswered. A small smile appeared on her lips as she would then place her hand on her stomach, feeling it. It's been weird lately as she's hungry for some things and it hurts to lay on her stomach. 'It's a possibility.' spoke the darker tone of voice in her thoughts. 'No. There's no possibility.' she thought softly as her golden brown eyes would then look forward to seeing the kid sitting there alone, waiting for them. Soon after she heard a man's voice who was obviously Jeeroy. A giggle escaped her full sized lips and turned around to look up at him. ''It's nice to see you as well. Indeed... Playing chess I guess. Should I or you play it?'' she wondered out loud to her new 'friend'. She would wonder as knew that both of them could not play the game at the same time. Chess was a one on one game as there was no player three. She didn't exactly know all the rules nor how to play it like some expert, but she did know a little bit about the game. Slowly she walked upon the sidewalk as she would feel the breeze go against her face. Her long purple hair would flail backward as she would sway her large hips while she walked upon each step towards the chess piece to play. 260

Jeeroy thought about her question for a moment.  Who would play the man in chess?  Jeeroy knew some about chess but not enough to beat an expert.  "I guess you can play, milady.  I am sure you have a better chance at beating him than I would.  I will be your hype man."  He said with a grin.  That he could do, cheer someone on.  Plus he may be able to throw some glitter at some point seeing as he was the audience.  Any chance that Jeeroy would get to throw glitter, he would and he would not be sorry about it.  The man had a horrible addiction to the sparkly substance and he had carried it with him since he was very young.  He remembered recently he forgot it was in his pocket and he dove into the sea, once he surfaced he, along with everyone else around him, was covered in wet glitter from head to toe.  He thought it was glorious, but those around him were a bit upset about it.  He ended up leaving the beach that day having to go buy a new stash of glitter to continue his work on his glitter cannon.  One day he would finish it, one day.

She would nod at the guy and then went to go towards the kid. ''Hello, here to play Chess with you. He'll be here just watching and talking with us if you don't mind.'' Arisa would speak and seemed to not really mind it. Arisa nodded and then sat down, they would start, but Arisa's mind was more towards this kid stuff. The last time she had anything to do with children was that training that seems like long ago. ‘’One! Two! Three –‘’ she would keep on counting and then one child started to lean over to push over the kid. ‘’HEY!’’ she yelled in a rather strictly motherly way. The child who pushed would stop as Arisa walked towards him. Leaning down in front she would give a motherly-like eye stare as they were warm, but her smile was wicked with a smirk. ‘’You know what happens to children who misbehave as they protect?’’ she questioned rather darkly. ‘’W-what?..’’ he stuttered rather nervous. ‘’They die or get wounded enough to where you’d want to. You must take it seriously as during training and be protecting there is no willy dallying.’’ She would lastly speak while getting up. Arisa would turn away as she would lift her hand up. ‘’Alright. Clean up and you may go.’’ She would say as the child nodded with the rest. That's what happened awhile ago anyway. She would then put down her knight to its place and then waited for the boy to go. ''You know...Is it wrong to feel so competitive towards your own family? Like siblings?'' the boy wondered in a rather low tone as if something was wrong. She would listen to the boy as she played her turn after his and so forth. Her eyes would look at Jeeroy seeing whatever he was doing as she was then looking back at the boy, waiting. 315

Jeeroy would watch as Arisa scolded the child next to her and she would then proceed to ask the child a question about his past.  Jeeroy was very curious as to what the child would say honestly.  It seemed like he just needed someone to listen and talk to.  Besides, what child would be playing chess and betting in the middle of the park if they actually had friends.  He seemed like Jeeroy was when he was a child.  The child would go on to answer his question.  "I...I am constantly pressured at home to be the best.  The rest of my family are scholars, the best of the best and they are all so competitive.  I have to be as competitive as them.  I have never really fit in and it is so annoying seeing everyone better than me!  I am always left out."  The boy would answer.  Jeeroy nodded his head as the boy spoke and would proceed to answer the boy the best way that he knew how.  "I understand where you are coming from.  You have to understand that you set your own goals, you do not have to worry about what other people think about you.  I was bullied as a child, so much for being a giant.  I learned that you have to ignore what other people say.  It helps a lot."  He hoped he was helping the kid somehow.

She would listen to the kid, but before the kid talked much, Jeeroy did. She listened to him and according to his words, he's been through some stuff too. . "I understand where you are coming from. You have to understand that you set your own goals, you do not have to worry about what other people think about you. I was bullied as a child, so much for being a giant. I learned that you have to ignore what other people say. It helps a lot." - Jeeroy. Arisa was somewhat envious at the fact that they remember their past. Arisa, on the other hand, didn't remember much of anything. All she could do was smile softly, acting like everything was okay... Like nothing was wrong and that she had a perfect childhood. Her piece would move as it was her turn. Her eyes would look at every area and wondered if she placed something wrong. 'I should really learn this game more...' she thought softly as her hand rubbed against her chin in some thinking position. Her eyes would then look at the boy and then Jeeroy who was trying to talk to the kid like some good cop while she's that silent bad cop who will spook the kid probably. With that in mind, she didn't want to see really weird either if she told them that she has no memory of how she was as a kid. Was it good or was it bad? She wouldn't know. ''Checkmate.'' was all she would hear her thoughts as she noticed she lost. ''Good game.'' was all she said before they would then talk a little more, get their reward and leave. 1111 -exit-

The kid would soon beat Arisa in the chess game and, unlike Jeeroy was believing would happen, he would be a good sport about it and hand her a reward anyhow.  The kid then turned to Jeeroy and handed him a reward as well.  "Thank you," He would mutter.  "I needed someone to actually listen to me.  It has been a long time since I have been able to talk to someone, and especially someone who has had a similar past to my own.  Thank you mister and ma'am.  You are really good at chess too, ma'am."  Jeeroy could not help but smile at the kid.  He had hoped for kids of his own one day and possibly he would have one, though it seemed like he was getting too old to even think about it.  Maybe he would find a woman to give him children one day, if not, he could always adopt and then teach his child the ways.  He could be a strong Knight such as himself!  He said goodbye to Arisa once again very sadly, promising to join her soon for another job and went to refill his stash of glitter that was running extremely low. -Exit-
