Question 1: Do I need my username to be my rp name?

Question 2: I know this is a stupid question, but how do i get to the rp?

And 3: Can i be a Slayer?

Question 4: I'm very confused about the character section and i have some questions about that.

1: How do i get that template onto the post?
2: Do I need a picture? I'm horrible at art

Also could someone explain spells briefly? The actual spell section really confused me

And how do i get the spell template?

Your username will be changed to match your characters name upon approval, so yes.

You cannot start off as any slayer. You must purchase it from the shop for 500,000 Jewels. At the moment only Dragon Slayer is up for purchase. Note that to purchase a slayer magic you can only purchase the slayer magic with an element that corresponds to your current magics element. Meaning if you have a fire element magic you can only purchase Fire Dragon Slayer. If you have darkness then Darkness Dragon Slayer.

Also note if your character has a Slayer Magic that character cannot become a member of any race. Same if you buy a race with a character that character cannot buy a slayer magic.

For the template, at the bottom of the character template is a code box with the template inside that can be copied and placed into a new post.

Yes you need an image for your faceclaim, but you do not need to make your own. You use one that already exists from cartoons, anime or games. Example Konstantin uses Minato from Naruto. I use Rory Mercury from Gate.
