Kurou Zankoku
A few weeks ago, Kurou made a life-changing decision to move away from his homeland. He aimed to relocate somewhere northwest where he could start over. Fiore was a land brimmed with diverse people, so fitting in would be a piece of cake. The land bore a resemblance to Minstrel save for its magnitude. "What an eyesore." Kurou said as he crossed the valley.

So far, the traveler has relied solely on his limited understanding of the area and wit to make it this far. For this reason, one could only imagine the relief he felt discovering a town moments later. "Finally!" he exclaimed. This town was the first of many that Kurou would visit - he could only hope that the rest were far more appealing. What stood before him hardly seemed recognizable. "Jesus... what the hell happened here?"

Kurou was no stranger to blood, but even he could not bear the sight of mutilated bodies lying about the place. "Whoever this was," he said as he covered his nose, "did a shitty job."

Kuwahara Yori
How long had it been since he joined Paradise Dawn? The adventurer could hardly recall the number, for it already felt like an eternity. He imagined that the average joe saw him as put together. That was far from the truth, of course. As of late, Yori did not know how to feel. Should he be mad that countless people, civilian and guildmate alike, lost their lives in the raid? Or, maybe he should beat himself up more than he already has over the fact that some of the few fell in battle under his orders. Perhaps, the biggest issue was himself and his lack of strength. All of these questions had pondered Yori's mind since that day.

Although some time had passed, still, the adventurer saw glimpses of the dead. So much so that he could hardly get a good night's rest. Because of this, Yori rarely slept at all, if any, ignoring his problems with booze at a local tavern.
