Ren Aikawa
Ren was walking down the road of the streets of the town of Orichidia. It was rare to see him in the middle of human civilisation, because he usually just roam around in the wilderness and cut off any form of human contacts. But this time, the reason why he’s out and about around human infested area is simple. He’s lost. He’s so used to the branching system of the wilderness he was clueless of how human buildings and streets work. As he walked, he saw an old lady, gray hair tied in a bun and big circular glasses, she seemed to be quite distressed, pacing about in the same place. Something inside Ren told him to go and see what was wrong. Despite not really liking other people, the old lady seemed nice enough and it didn’t sit well with him seeing someone as fragile as her in distress. So he walked up to her and asked her if there was something wrong.

She then began to explain how she just moved to the area and bought an apartment. But when she arirved to the apartment earlier, she discovered that the place was a mess, and that the previous owner didn’t even attempt at cleaning the place up before leaving. Ren walked up towards the door the old lady was talking about and swung it open. Sure enough, the place was a mess. There wasn’t even room for him to walk. The old lady then asked him if he could help her clean the place up, she wasn’t up for it due to her old age. Ren didn’t hesitate before agreeing to take up the job.

She thanked him profusely before leaving it all to Ren, telling him that she’d come back by sunset. Ren then started cleaning. He first dealt with all the unnecessary trash. Picking them up and then threw them inside a big black plastic bag. It took him a while, but he ended up with seven big plastic bags full of trash sitting outside of the apartment. Now that the place was a little bit clear, he can properly start with the cleaning and washing. He took up a dusting brush and began dusting the spiderwebs, curtains, tables, chairs, and other furnitures. Then he took up a broom and began sweeping the floor that was covered in dust and other things he could not identify. He then transferred all the dust and whatnots into the dustpan he threw them into one of the plastic bag outside that was still open. Afterwards, he continued by taking an old ragged cloth and damped it with water and a little bit of soap. He then proceeded to wipe the surfaces of all the furnitures there until they were squeaky clean. Once he was done with that he took a mop and a bin he found somewhere inside and began mopping the floor of the entire apartment. When the last tile was mopped he breathed a sigh of relief and pride. He managed to clean up the entire place all by himself. The sun was already setting, and there was a knock at the door. The old lady has returned! She thanked him dearly and gave him the agreed and payment, and she baked him some cookies too. “Thanks! Umm, what do I call you?” he asked after thanking her. “You can call me Granny Betty dear,” she answered with a smile. “Ah, well you can call me Ren.”.
