Effect: Vivienne aims her arms in front of herself at a target, surrounding her hands with blue lightning and summoning a yellow magic seal. In the center of this, a 0.5-meter diameter beam of lightning can be launched forward a total of 10 meters and upon impact with a single target the bolt will deal D rank damage while shocking them. If she chooses to sustain the bolt it will deal D rank damage per post.

As a D ranked spell the Max range is 5 meters.    
you only need to add Sustainable, as  a sustainable spell can be used for 1 post  or for a few.

In the center of this, a 0.5-meter diameter ball of lightning will fly forward like a missile a total of 10 meters; and upon impact with a single target the ball will deal D rank damage while shocking them.

Same idea  D ranked Spells can only move 5 meters.

Effect: Vivienne raised one hand to the sky and the other toward a target, both hands creating a yellow magic glyph while blue lightning encompasses her hands. Suddenly within 10 meters of herself a yellow magic glyph 2 meters in diameter will form above the target area, gray storm clouds forming above the seal. From these clouds blue lightning bolts will crash down onto anyone within the area to deal D rank damage either instantly or per post should it be sustained.

D ranked AOE’s   Can only do 1 meter AOE’s    and as noted above, D ranked range is 5M and you can just say Sustained

Effect: Vivienne crosses her arms across her chest to which a yellow magic seal will be summoned, blue lightning taking on solid form to create a knights shield over her outer forearm. This shield being almost comparable in appearance to hard light with a static outline. This can either be done instantly to shield against D rank attacks or be sustained to defend from D rank attacks per post.

A Shield Defensive spell has a Shield that can cover 1M x 1M

Shield spells also break after so much damage and would only be Sustainable as a instant shield would be useless.
