- Tale of the Sorcerion Pantheon:
- When the universe was young gravity pressed magic into the first Sorcerion God, Daemona. The first god made of solid magic she named herself and wondered the universe alone. Until the second and third gods were born. The twins Fallow and Raleo. The twin boys fought all the time, Fallow became known as the god of war, and Raleo the god of Peace. Finally, Daemona, tired of their fighting declared herself the god of Law and would systematically punish the two gods whenever one stepped out of line. When Raleo met a star (yes a physical star) he called her Kalien and had a child with her, the fourth god, Baeda. Baeda became the god of the stars in the sorcerion pantheon. She was a peaceful goddess of magic. She spent most of her time watching the stars change. And when she noticed the humans, she was the first to make contact, beginning the lasting relationship that now exists with the humans. When humans began practicing magic, the fifth god Allicy, was born. Allicy became to god of the flesh. Allicy would bless humans with children and marriage. He gathered the largest following of the five gods that existed. At this time, Fallow had become tired of the magic he was born of, and took those who disagreed with magic with him and fled to a far away land where they would not be seen. Finally, the last gods were born from the tears Baeda at seeing her uncle flee. Baeda's tears turned into the goddess of conjuring Weyra and the god of royalty Uritial. For a long time the gods lived peacefully and gained their followings. Until Daemona, the oldest god got in an argument with Uritial. Uritial claimed that the kings and queens were the true law, while Daemona argued that he and his kings tampered with the sacred art of the laws. Eventually the argument turned to war and the gods fought one another. Eventually Daemona severed Uritial's arm and took it as a trophy. But the arm she had cut off imprioned was a trap crafted by Baeda, the most capable god. Daemona would be imprisoned in the stars and unable to visit her followers. And thus she was unable to show her gifts, she would have to rely on her already followers. as time passed the gods grew farther and farther apart until the Sorcerion pantheon was split up into circles where the gods rarely talked to each other and more to their followers.
