From what Rania could tell, Marigold was governed by some sort of noble family who lived on a castle on the edge of the town. They seemed to be good people and Rania hadn’t experienced much frustration from the locals. There was something she had noticed however, when she walked around the streets and entered a less populated area of the town. It seemed as though Marigold was trying to expand in size and build more houses at the border of the town for new people to move in and while that was a wonderful idea, it appeared that the workers were for some reason slacking.
When Rania appeared at the scene, she wasn’t sure whether the workers were tired or lazy, but shortly after she was approached by a man who introduced himself as Fernando De Syllas. He was apparently the current ruler of Marigold Town and he had very much noticed that his workers were slacking. Of course it wasn’t like him to punish them, but he needed them to start working more regardless. Rania was surprised to find a man of his standing simply walking around town, but she quickly noticed that he was someone who was kind and very beloved by the people of this town. Probably because he was a good leader. He asked her to try and motivate the workers a bit, as they would surely feel the need to work harder after seeing a lovely lady like her and Rania simply agreed to helping out.
Turns out it didn’t take much for her to motivate the workers at all. She walked up to where they were situated at, which was in the farmlands around Marigold, and told them that she had been sent by Lord Fernando to oversee this project further to make sure that everything was going smoothly. The men were oddly enough quickly motivated by that and Rania was able to help out in her own way. She spent the day healing the workers tired limbs and helping them refresh and recover quickly from working so hard. She was also able to ease the men’s back pain so they could continue on without problems. Once the day was over, and the work was done, Rania was rewarded by the knights of the castle.
