Shin had gotten word that some members of Red Hades had been sighted in the area so per to the masters request to build the guild back up he needed to be the first one on the scene and prove that Fairy Tail is not gonna stand by and let the good people of Magnolia and Dahila This is just step one to improving my skills a mage he thought to himself getting ready to move out from his Inn room. It was the middle of the afternoon and like always the town looked like it felt, depressing and lifeless but that was besides the point if he could stop a shipment or even the making of this weed it would benefit everyone involved in it. The Red head looked to get more information on the exact location of the target but it seemed as though most were to afraid to talk, didn’t know, or wanted no part of it. He would imagine that all of the asking around would start to raise some alarms of any Red Hades members that were in town but even if they did show up he could handle them solo hopefully.

After about three hours of asking around he found out more details of the location and just his luck that it would be place that only the most underhanded lowlife would conduct business. Shin headed back to the inn to change into his uniform and cover up his guild mark just incase he was spotted he could lie/seduce his way out of it if need be. As he made his to the Forsaken Cemetery I can see why normal cemetery plants wouldn’t want to grow here he thought tryig to move as quickly and quietly as he possible could without drawing attention to himself, he made his way into a tree for a vantage point and wasn’t that the smart choice. He could see what looked like the cash of drugs that was going to be moved out the next day “Okay everything looks fine..” he whispered to himself  jumping out of the tree and ducking behind a tombstone.

Using the tombstones as cover he moved closer to the cash stopping at every other stone to make see test the ground and see if anything could even grow their but it was like the earth itself rejected this place. What he thought was the cash was simply a wagon with dirt on top of it. With this failed attempt he made his way back to the inn to rethink about the places that it could have been. He had gotten word that someone from the guild was suppose to meet him with this, even though he wanted to go in alone so he waited for his “Help” to arrive and assist him. While he waited he went over the all the information that he had gathered to the best of his ability but no matter how many times he went over it was the same thing with no clues as to where it could be. After going through the info Shin decided to try his luck with some of the people around town, trying to talk to some of these people felt like he was talking to his pet or some of the old guild members. This just showed that he was way off his game when it came to hitting on others but that would be fixed when he gets his mojo back.

Waiting for backup was a waste of time as the the time that he spent waiting could have been used to track down some of the supplies that were in town but no it was like no one else in the guild that he knew didn’t even wanted to help but if it was Tori or someone else they would jump at the chance to help them. This whole thing could have just been a stealth operation with just one other person but solo was the theme of this chapter so he couldn’t rewrite it. Something tells me this is going to be a very long day he thought leaving the inn once again in search of leads that could point him in the right direction of the so he went back to his first source in hopes that  they could give him some more useful intel on his target.

The info had to be right this time it just had to be or else he came here just to fight a losing battle but he couldn’t let all the negative thoughts could his mind he needed to be focused if he wanted to get this done right with no loose ends that can be traced back to him or the guild. It had begun to rain as he checked every last rock, Bush, Cart, and tomb but still nothing the sound of the mud squishing with each step sounded like a horse smacking its slips together This can not get any worse he thought to himself heading to the bar to attempt to dry off, as he rushed over it felt like he was missing something out of all of this but at the same time with the rain it felt more like a sign that he wasn’t going get any father than he already was at finding the drugs or even rebuild the guilds fame.

Everything was riding on the success of this mission, the guild, his reputation, and all the lovers he hasn’t meat yet. Maybe I should just wait till tomorrow to get this done and maybe the weather will be on my side a thought could either delay this even more or just actually help him find a trustworthy lead to follow. Shin sat alone at a table dripping wet “Hey could I get a drink over here?” he asked hanging his head What am I even doing in a guild? I never actually help out when it counts. The waiter placed the drink on the table next to him, it was a simple glass of beer that seemed to be havely watered down just from the look of it. As the rose mage took a sip from the glass he could taste just how watered down it really was, even though the place was lackluster a watered down beer was better than no beer at all Man even the beer in this place suck I should’ve just let the Master handle all this he thought chugging the rest of the beer “Can I get another over here with less water this time thanx!” everyone looked at him like they were disappointed some how. He waited a minute or two before getting up and walking out and heading over to the church to get some spiritual guidance or something.

Shin made his way to the church and say that Red Hades guild mark on it Are you for real? He asked face palming himself That’s what he meant by their all marked. What he found inside was less than surprising as the there was no one inside, from the look of it seemed to be the best place to do any type of ilage deal or drug making right? “This is my only chance to show that I can handle bigger just fine!” it felt like he was just being lead around this lifeless place just for kicks like they could sense that he needed to achieve his goal. The more he thought about failing the more he just wanted to give up but just as he was about to call it quits it hit him. Given the history of this place I should have know they do something like this he thought to himself, they allowed for him ask around knowing the people wouldn’t give them up for anything especially if it was some from a guild that was wet backs. With this realization, it was clear that he needed to break down every door and find it and destroy it.

Now that his confidence restored Shin unwrapped his hands revealing his guild mark “This game ends today!” he shouted heading over to the Marsh and checking all the houses that he could see only to see their were empty of any drugs but he did sacre a few of the residents that were home so “Sorry!” he shouted leaving the houses. Soon he would reach the last house and turn it upside down as he looked for the drugs from the look of the house no one even lived their now but maybe some did once, the fourniture still had cloths over it and having spent most of his life moving between his mother's house to his uncle's he could tell when something new brought in the house. It’s like they never even finished unpacking, he looked into some of the boxes that were stacked in the far corner, the family looked like they really enjoyed each other a lot but finding out what happen to them would have to wait until later. Seeing there was nothing in the houses he walked back to the inn. While was heading back to the inn it hit him, How could I’ve been so clueless not to pick this up before he thought

It had some kind of magic lock on it keeping him from getting to the cash so like any person thats locked out from something he had to force his way in by crashing through the floor.
Shin flicked their right wrist that creating his signature whip and began to swing it around hitting everything that was in sight, as the contents spilled all over the place some even managed to land on him as he swung his whip around leaving nothing but broken containers littered across the ground and shelves. It was clear that their was more to this hidden room than he thought as he heard the sound of footsteps like someone was rushing to gather their thing to make an escape. Naturally he went to investigate it in a non sluthy way “Hey don’t even try and run this place is surrounded.” it was a bluff but he didn’t need to know that, the room had another room in it where the one person in charge of this location was hiding with the rest of the drugs. His face lit up with excitement as he thought of all the things he could do to make this man regret life, the man clutched what looked like a case “So you can be the example I need.” he said picked him up by the shirt. Roughly about three minutes later Shin made his way up stairs back to the inn.

Shin tied up the grunt and left him outside the inn for display and to show all members of Red Hades that Fairy Tail will not have its name be dragged through the mud anymore. With one of their shops out of the way this would surely cause for some retaliation from the end side but they could handle it. Now that his mission had been completed he went back to his room anb lay down on his bed for some much needed rest with all the events of the day which was fair. As he layed in bed he couldn’t help but look on all the things that he screwed up of could have changed like hiding when that one guy attacked the guild even though there was a clear gap in power their he could’ve Fought him back.
