PouchKaz sat on the cliffside, looking down at the town. His new body was becoming more normal to him now. The blood of the angel he feasted upon had changed him forever. His stare was cold and he no longer fully heeded the calls for help. More of a convenience to help people than a drive. His priorities lay elsewhere.
The wind mage stood up as Ventus flew around him. The mage's hunger for mystery and the truth of things had become insatiable. His hunt for the angels, the connection they had with Earthland, and the politics of the world. There were things missing. If he was to be the guardian of this land...he needed to know who he was protecting. He needed to look back at specific moments in time. That one strange occurrence he once spoke to his friend Odin about.
"Are you ready Ventus?" He asked the spirit.
"I thought you would never get around to using my gifts. What do you want to see?" The spirit began to fuse with the wind around it.
"Winds of the past, open your gales of mystery. Show me the last moments of the man who would be king," the sorcerer asked and Ventus knew what to look for. The spirit vanished into the wind and showed the final moments that Kazimir was looking for. The story unfolded before albeit partially. It was enough to know more.
The wind mage leaned in as the story unfolded. His eyes scanned all that he could. "It can't be?" He stepped back as the winds wisped away and the man he was watching passed away. "The future of the country...was for..." it was hard to believe all he had learned. Even if it was only a fragment. The broken seal...the death.. and the man meant to take over. It only furthered the mystery behind the one who was in charge now.
The seal in his homeland. The one his clan was meant to guard. Perhaps it was connected to all this somehow. Maybe they all were.
He stood up and leaned against a tree. "I have to know more. In time. for now...there is work to be done here." he said and set out to find some seclusion for the tests to come.
"I can only do that in moderation. It will take me time to look into the past again."

Winds of the Past: Ventos is capable of seeing the history that is whispered in the wind. Ventos vanishes and becomes the wind, allowing it to pull information from past topics to share with its partner. The user can select one open or closed topic of their choice in which they were not present and know everything that happened there. The user may select a single topic once per month. This information may not be relayed to others.
