Effect:The user places the Vacuum Gun in front of them and pulls the trigger to create a blowing effect with a diameter of 3 meters. This blowing effect shoots out the spells which had been absorbed by the Suck! spell at the target. While it is a Water-type S-rank spell, the damage sent out by this spell can be varied based on what had been absorbed by Suck!; i.e., even multiple types of elements are possible. Also, since the Suck! is a Defensive-type spell, it could absorb more than just S-rank, increasing the Blow!'s damage potential to beyond S-rank.
