Toge had done a few things within Dahlia so far, and he was enjoying it. The small things he was doing were great, and it brought him to want to do more. Still, his thoughts wander, and he could only hope that he could do so much more. Still, it seemed like his job wasn’t over. His new task was to find out who has been ripping down the fliers at night. He was cloaked, so nobody knew who he was at night. He was moving through the area and acting as if he was just walking around the place. He moved through the complete shadow so that a lot of people wouldn’t be able to see him. The darkness within Dahlia helped greatly, so that was great.

Luci the Demon would appear on Toge’s shoulder, and he would smoke his cigarette as usual.

“Are we going to kill people today?” He asked him curious to hear what he had to say.

Toge would continue to move through the night as he would hope that he would bump into someone being caught in the act. He wasn’t sure how long it was going to take for him to find someone, but he was sure it would be soon. The paladin would continue moving around and soon enough he would see two people. It would seem like they were also wearing cloaks as well. He would follow them but made sure that he wasn’t too close to them. He would move around the area with them and soon he would see it. They had approached one of the fliers, and they would tear it down.

When they did that, they would notice that third figured, and were taken by surprise by this. The two of them would start running away from Toge. The earth mage saw this, and he would start chasing them because they weren’t going to get away from him.

Toge would start chasing them, and they were quick on their feet. He was doing everything that he could just to keep up with them. Still, it seemed like they didn’t know where they were going. It would seem like they were just aimlessly running for their life at this point. Still, Toge was excited because he couldn’t wait to get their hands on them. He moved through the area and soon of them they would be taken into an alley. He kept moving with them and they would notice that they were at a dead end. They would look over to Toge and would take off their hoods.

“Do you know what is scarier than the monsters who hide in the light and show their teeth in the dark? The monster who does not hide in the light but hides its teeth behind a smile.” He said to him.

Toge didn’t know what he meant by that, but honestly, he didn’t care. He would run straight toward them, and they would fight.

Toge felt them hit him every couple of seconds, and he would land a blow on them. He was taking them both on, but it would seem like they didn’t have fighting experience. He was fine with that as he had fought that dwarf. The paladin would kick one of them in the nuts, and then he would poke into the man’s eyes. It wouldn’t take long, but he would blind the man and he would fight the other guy soon after. In the end, he would kill them both and it seemed like they were crying from what they had to go through. He would hear something coming out from one of them, but he couldn’t make the words out. The earth mage would run out of the alleyway, and he would find himself disappearing into the night. Luci was impressed that he didn’t flinch to even kill people like them.
