Herman Schwarz: The leader of a small band of settlers on the island, Herman hails from Bosco and is a man of innovation, industry and imperialism, with a definite agenda for being here. Hiring a personal cadre of mercenary sailors and soldiers to do his bidding, his true intent is to reap the rewards hidden in island, and since negotiations to do so peacefully seem to have stalled has begun less scrupulous endeavours to achieve his aims.

Others:

Goat Herder: The son of a goatherd and the son of a son of a goatherd, looking after these animals is in his blood, and while he gets along well with the creatures in his care he could be considered something of a recluse. A stubborn one, in fact, since he seems rather possessive of the land he has inherited…

Summary: Realizing the value of the mineral resources of the land, Herman has discovered a great spot to mine some of them, but there's only one problem; a stubborn goat herder who works in the area refuses to sell his land! Thankful of anyone who could help solve this problem, the man would prefer the job to be done peacefully, since a violent approach will only draw the ire of locals and their tribal warriors.

Objective: Convince the goat herder to accept the generous offer he is being given by Herman.

Details:

Head to the farm on Herman's orders.
Find a way to coerce the local to leave; harming him in any significant way will forfeit the reward.
Apparently he's quite spiritual in spite of his gruff nature, which might be something you can use.
With the man removed, report back to Herman to collect your reward.
