Description: It is a bow that was crafted for her by the cultists of Tutrix for a leader that had done well in the new country. It is a blue and white with golden on it as well said to be blessed by Tutrix herself.

Measurements: 1.5 meters.

List the requirements through code and fix up the coding for the effects section as it's considering the spells as a subject in the list of the effects
