Silvac
What silvac was told about the situation with the pirates was something that he had heard many a time before. It was always frustrating to him when people made off with things that weren’t rightfully theirs. But the answer to many wasn’t violence but instead to simply give up and give in to those that would do them wrong. He was out of the city and had to travel a fair bit to the Port city of Hargeon.

So upon arrival he spoke to many different civilians about what they thought about the matter and many of them gave him the same response. It wasn’t something that he was too keen on letting stand. Many of them had given up hope and didn’t bother giving him much information to work with other than the sailor types. Even they seemed to be wary of giving away too much information to the shrouded stranger.

Hiding one's face would also lead to problems he found; many folks thought he might be tied to the pirates but he insisted he was here to help. They asked him to prove it and Silvac knew that he’d need more to go off of. So he asked for a small boat with a sail, some paddles and a weapon. The sailors weren’t exactly the kindest individuals but… given that it barely cost them anything they were willing to at least help him in this regard. Telling him about the last known location of the pirate ship.

It took silvac the better part of a day to reach the location; finding that the ship had been anchored this far out well… It gave him an idea. Easing up to the side of the ship he could hear the various laughter and talking. He could tell that this ship was well prepared and fighting them wasn’t going to be easy. Thoughtfully looking the ship over he considered his next course of action.

Placing his hands on the side of the ship he’d start his spell; his magic by nature couldn’t do anything offensive. But it could be the source of power for most; so he would give mana to the ship. The idea was to give enough mana to a section of the ship that it would start growing and messing with those within. It would take a bit of time but…

He heard the yelps of surprise as trees started to grow all over the ship; throwing it into whack. His magic wasn’t nature by any means but the water magic would feed into the ample thirst of the dead trees used to craft such ships. Many water mages didn’t bother doing stuff like this due to the incredible mana cost required. But with the amount of time he had it was easier to do than anything else that would have led to his death.

Once the pirate ship was capsized silvac stepped off of the small boat that had taken him there and swam past the struggling pirates in the water. He wasn’t here to save them and he didn’t need to. His goal was the loot that now would rest at the bottom of the ocean as the trees grew past him. The mana that he had fed them would sustain them for a time before the ocean would claim them as well. Or perhaps they’d get lucky and create a grove this far out.

It took him many trips to bring the loot up to the boat and some of it was badly damage from the sinking of the ship. Sitting on the side of it he noted that many of the pirates had drowned before getting up here and there would be sharks coming to claim them eventually. Humming to himself he’d row back to the port with his small boat.

Sailors stood dumbfounded at the return of the Demi-human who was soaking wet. Though he didn’t seem to be too bothered by the fact that he was like this. Setting the various loot on the pier the Demi human stepped off and asked if there was a place he could go for lodging…
