The blades are stained red to represent the god's blood and a gem in the lower part of the blade glows like a sun to represent the god's heart. The fire gem has infused the weapon into a spell blade to enhance the user's magic power and burn all obstacles in front of it.

This will cause them to be fully blinded in the topic as long as this spell is sustained.
