Poropo went back to the criminal guild, Bear Claw, in order to complete yet another task given to him by the Hosenka Authorities. The monk was not happy about being given so many tasks towards the same guild who might be getting suspicious, but the monk also wanted to remove as much impurity from the world as possible. Disguised as Toroto, a more wizardly looking Poropo, the monk waddled in to find the members of Bear Claw discussing their next plans of action. They seemed to work as individuals rather than as a cohesive guild which helped the monk keep to himself without many questions being asked. Unfortunately, this isolation from one another resulted in an extremely competitive spirit which seeped into the monk's spying mission - the monk had to complete numerous tests in order to be considered a full member of Bear Claw, and even then he had to continue to compete against members such as Heinrich the Guild Master of Bear Claw.

The monk did not know what the discussion was about as they stopped talking as soon as the monk waddled into the picture. His appearance seemed to disgust a few members whom the monk recognized previously.

"No need to give me such a terrible face - you have time to catch up to my level of thievery, hah hah hah!" laughed Poropo in the face of snarling Bear Claw members. The members turned away and then continued to chatter about a plan to steal from the Hosenka Treasury again. This time Heinrich would not participate, instead having Poropo guide the lower members through the mission. This cooperation was not something the monk knew the Bear Claw guild for, which caused him some unease.

"I know this might seem strange, Tort, but we need to start working together in order to get what we want," responded Heinrich, the Guild Master of Bear Claw. Heinrich was the founder of the guild, too, so any sort of tradition of feeling of competition could be traced back to Heinrich who was extremely competitive. He challenged the monk, who had already successfully joined Bear Claw, to stealing from the Hosenka Treasury in broad daylight! The monk was only able to get out of the mess thanks for an undercover Hosenka Authority who was watching Poropo from the shadows. The monk was able to get the weak magic item back to the guild.

Poropo continued to listen and nodded when he felt he needed to nod - Heinrich and the rest of the members of Bear Claw seemed dead set on doing this massive heist of the Hosenka Treasury. The monk thought for a moment and believed this would be the perfect time to make an excuse to get out of this mission, "actually, instead of being the one to take care of this mission, how about you take care of this mission, Heinrich - you are far more capable of watching from the shadows and guiding them than I am, especially when that dagger you possess."

Heinrich cheekily smiled at the monk, seeming the like the compliment of his magical dagger which allowed him to practically become nonexistent for seemingly as long as he had mana to spare. The Guild Master looked to the monk and responded, "I think you're right...I am better for this than you, hah hah hah! You stick out like a sore thumb - I'm surprised you were able to rob the treasury in broad daylight without a scratch!" Poropo was complimented in return, but felt he had convinced Heinrich to take on the responsibility he wanted to place on Poropo.

Some more talking took place while the monk took a rest by sitting down and clasping his hands in prayer. The monk silently prayed for the while Bear Claw guild to go on this mission without him and the prayer seemed to be working. Perhaps the idea of one-upping each other caused all of the Bear Claw members to agree to go on this mission with Heinrich seeming to go on this mission in order to continue showing off his magical dagger. The monk felt as though things were falling into place perfectly - the monk also felt this situation was almost too perfect.

"What about the vault? Who will watch over it while you are gone?" asked the monk, curious if he would be given information about the vault which he could give to the Hosenka Authorities. Heinrich smirked and told the monk everything the monk needed to know about the vault in order to keep the whole guild hall safe while the short mission was being completed. The monk felt a world of possibilities open before him thanks to this new information and a large reward waiting for him at the Hosenka Authorities if he could get back safely.

"Thank you for trusting me with this information - as the second-in-command of Bear Claw, I will dutifully protect the vault with my life! You all have worked hard to procure the contents of the vault so I will not let you down," exclaimed the monk with confidence and pride. However, the confidence and pride did not come from making a false promise - the monk intended to take things out of the vault in order to return them to their rightful owners, or at least the Hosenka Authorities. The monk intended to do his job as a spy and steal from the stealers known as the Bear Claw guild.

"Good, Tort. We will be back shortly so this boring guard duty shouldn't take you too long to complete," responded Heinrich, confident the monk would keep his word as a member of Bear Claw. The monk was more than willing to keep smiling and nodding knowing Heinrich would be none-the-wiser if the plan to steal from the vault went smoothly. The only problem would be the magical security system the vault had in place - only those who put an item into the vault could take an item out. The trade was even.

The trade being even would put an obstacle between Poropo and the contents of the vault, but the monk began formulating an idea as the rest of the Bear Claw guild vanished into thin air thanks to Heinrich's dagger. The monk was presumably left alone to guard the vault which would hopefully give the monk enough time to steal at least a handful of objects. The monk waddled over to the vault and opened the door, peering inside to look at the splendor of everything glittering inside! The objects within were not all shiny, but they all gleamed with power in some way which the monk felt was too dangerous to leave in the hands of people such as Bear Claw members.

"Time to take," said the monk, knowing he had already put one item into the vault from the challenge Heinrich had told him to complete. The monk took out the small magic item he had stolen and thought about what to do next, "I need to put something in order to take something out...hmmm..." The monk contemplated on what to put into the vault and see what would alert the security system. Risk taking was necessary to win.

The risk the monk decided to take was to summon the Immortal Ring and physically grab the Immortal Ring and place the metallic angel into the vault while taking a different item out. The monk waited for the tell-tale sign of the security system going off, as explained by Heinrich, but nothing seemed to happen. The Immortal Ring did not appreciate how the security system was treating the metallic angel as an object to be left inside a vault, but the monk knew this was the only way to take things out without putting in anything weirdly suspicious like a chair or potted plant. Anything stolen would be hard to miss while anything put in would be easy to see.

"Just stay inside until I unsummon you - you are going great work, Immortal Ring," explained the monk to the upset angel. Poropo then proceeded to scour the vault for small objects and slowly summon more and more Immortals into the vault from smallest to largest. The vault only had so much space and going all the way up to the Immortal Gate and Immortal Curtain was best to be avoided, believed the monk. Space was tight in the magical vault.

After a few minutes of taking out magical items from the vault while replacing them with summoned, metallic angels which the vault deemed to be objects, the monk was satisfied with his haul and proceeded to hide the haul outside of the Bear Claw guild hall where the other members would not even begin to look. This way the monk could safely close the vault and wait for the other members of Bear Claw to return wherein the monk would unsummon his metallic helpers and probably activate the security alarm of the vault.

Within the chaos, the monk would pretend to help figure out what happened while secretly trying to leave to take his haul to the Hosenka Authorities who would redistribute the stolen magical items back where they belonged or into the Hosenka Treasury with tighter security. The monk waited for the other Bear Claw members to come back for the rest of his plan to come to fruition - Poropo needed to also prepare to act as if he was not at fault for the vault alarm going off which meant giving a little bit of time before unsummoning the metallic angels from within the currently closed vault doors.

The Bear Claw members returned, most of them bruised and upset by the turn of events, but Heinrich was certainly happy and unscathed. The magical dagger he used must have helped him guide his lowly members through the mission without interfering, for better or worse. Poropo waddled up and asked how the mission went, "how did the mission go?" An item was thrown on to the ground which looked magical, as most objects stolen by Bear Claw seemed to be. The monk looked happy for them only so he could continue to pretend to be one of them - the time to unsummon his metallic helpers would be when this magical item was stored inside the vault.

"It was a great success! Nobody was captured - just a few bruises and scratches, heh heh heh! Anyway, let's take a rest for today after putting this thing in the vault," responded Heinrich, picking up the magical object and heading over to the vault. Poropo followed at a distance in order to time the unsummoning perfectly. Heinrich opened the vault, Poropo unsummoned the Immortals, and the vault alarm went off.

Heinrich seemed to panic and remotely turned off the alarm in confusion. Poropo ran up behind and attempted to seem interested in the situation. The monk made sure to stay long enough to settle the chaos of the situation before leaving for the day and taking his information and haul with him back to the Hosenka Authorities for a hefty reward.
