The scene within Magnolia was beautiful, but the monk missed the ocean just enough to start traveling for a day to reach Hargeon - the ocean had a special place in the monk's heart, "the ocean helped me relax after I was rejected by Blue Pegasus - perhaps I can relieve some stress there for a couple days. Being part of a gang, even if just as a spy, is difficult."

Not only was Poropo infiltrating one gang, the Black Dragons, but he was also a spy for the Hosenka authorities for a different criminal syndicate. Poropo was stretching his services as a spy very thin - two different criminal organizations which both wanted time from the sneaky monk. If Poropo had not said he needed a break then he would have probably been found out sooner rather than later - at this rate, if one of these two jobs does not get finished before the other, the monk will be found out.

Regardless, the waddling monk traveling along the long road to Hargeon in hopes of relaxing. The stress-relief trip was already working as the monk was doing something other than walking to a criminal den to gather information. The happy monk mumbled to himself a little prayer, "Oh Iron Deity, bless my body with relaxation."
