Azure had heard that Kon was also in Astera meeting with family which was interesting given the last update on him was about the Rune Knights and even that through him for a loop as he just did a 360. The more he thought about it the more his head hurt at the sure madness that possessed him to do such a thing but he needed to focus on finding him and having a long-overdue chat with him. It was odd how SS went under overnight even with all brainpower behind that fit. The scholar wasn't really sure about all the Kon countermeasures given how long it's been and their skill sets. I have to do this for me he thought making his way through the residence mentally marking all the possible places that he could lay traps out.

This would have been the first time that he utilized everlast connection that he has built up to this point in order to make sure that nothing is a surprise to him during this meeting. In preparation for their meeting, Azure bought a whole building for them to talk without the need to worry about anyone budding in. All he needed to do was make sure that Kon actually showed up. Azure was never able to get a read on Kon so threats most likely wouldn't work unless they were directed to someone close "I'll just threaten his family here that should do the trick." he thought to himself aloud rushing to the place that could possibly be his resting place if this goes south.

A scowl brewed up on his face as he read on about the threat that was being placed upon his own flesh and blood. Even if they were distantly related, LeeAnn was still his cousin and any harm as a result of his past actions would certainly look poor on his end. Their reunion had already been soured by the stench that carried with him on his travels to their meeting, but this person who chose to hide behind a pseudonym would not be dampening their moods. Still donning all of his equipment, Kon scrunched up the hastily written letter and flicked it into the muddy track. His destination wasn’t too far, strangely they had requested to meet in the Astera Residence, perhaps to increase the amount of damage and casualties they could make in case they fought. That was just the pessimist in him, maybe they just wanted a casual chat, who could say.

Striding through the steep streets, Kon continued to scour his surroundings hoping to find whoever had sent him the threatening letter. With nothing to be gained by trawling from street to street, the Dragon Slayer hurled himself onto the nearest rooftop and looked for something, anything. Initially only a few sparks were seen in the distance, likely his new guild mates, but another was somewhat close, diminished compared to theirs but far greater than typical civilians. Stalking this potential suspect from above, before coming to a stop, taken aback about who stood ahead of him. “It’s been awhile, Azure.” With a curt smile he continued. “What’s with all the secrecy?, the letter?, the threat towards my family?”

He had just finished placing the last of the traps "Hello, Mr.Sokolov it's good to see you, so happy that you made time for little old me."  seeing his former leader slightly enraged him even more than he already was but the first rule of being an informant is to never show irritation "It was to get your attention and it worked." It was nice that Kon read the letter but he never expected this kind of reaction from him given how he was before. The letter did hold some truth to it as he did call in a few favors to ensure that his family didn't make it through the night should anything happen to him that is. Winning a fight against someone like Kon was not a simple task by any means so being a few steps ahead is always good that along with playing dirty also helps.

Azure raises his left hand in front of himself creating the grey magic circle summoning a Blob and gestured for it to uppercut Kon, assuming that Kon didn't move he would make another gesture for it to return to him as he took roughly 10 steps back from Kon.

"Uhh huh..." The white-haired mage remarked as he practically rolled his eyes into the back of his head at Azure's remarks. "Did you actually want something, or was this just to get my attention?" Rubbing the back of his neck with his right hand, Kon continued with a growing scowl. "We've already done this before, let's not repeat this whole charade..." Not exactly known for knowing when to stop, Azure began casting, no summoning one of the strangest things he had seen in a long time. "Some sort of blob thing..?" He inquired as Azure began gesturing once more as if puppeteering the entity causing the intrigued mage to be struck in the chest just below his now well-endowed blossoms, denting his armor ever so slightly. "Oof?" He said almost mockingly. "Maybe a bit rusty?"

More than happy to be the punching bag of his former guildmate, Kon waited for him to walk exactly 10 steps further away from him for some unusual reason. Not one to waste an opportunity given to him, Kon brought both arms down to his side, clenched his fists tight before during them into his chest before giving out a bellow as a powerful white aura irradiated around him. "Yah!"

Note: This effect does not apply to the user or their equipment.

Azure listened to every word that Kon said but had no reply to any of them as there wasn't a need for them at present. Fighting was never his thing but then again neither was personally handling his grievances but every rule has an exception to it "It was fun working with you for the short time I did Mr.Sokolov." he said bowing to the man out what little respect that he holds for him. Seeing that Kon was getting ready for a counter-attack he any action that he would take would be vital, with a simple gesture the informant had the summon guard him so he could raise his right hand in front of them creating the grey magic circle in front calling upon another summon in front of blob "Distract him! " all he needed was a more time and that's just what he about to get as the summon charged it's two manties like arms and rises them in front of themselves creating a magic circle in front of it and sends 0.25 meters in diameter in an X like a slash at the target dealing D rank damage followed by a simple lung attack with both its Bladed arms.

Should either of these attacks land he would then pull out his spellbook and get ready to launch a spell from its pages. He pulled out Elm and held it tightly with every single intent of using everlast spell that is written within it I would like to save some mana for that spell but knowing him I'll have to use it much sooner than I want he thought to himself watching his surroundings.

In a battle of power Azure is not never up to code but in this fight, it wasn't just power it was a battle of the minds and power that he could handle if it wasn't someone like his former Guild Master as Eighter landed bother its hits he dismissed it as did it's job rather well give that it was one of the weaker summonses that he is contracted with currently. Not wanting to let up on his assault the informant looked at his book and then back at his target, Blob jr was still standing guard in front of him but for his next move, he needed all the mana he could muster. With a flick of his wrist, he dismissed his second summon while keeping his eyes focused on his surroundings for anything that could hinder Kon even for a little bit.

"Okay now's my chance," he muttered opening Elm and raise his left hand pointing it towards Kon's head. Two spheres of Darkness formed in front of him after a few seconds he released both of them one aiming for his head and the other aimed at his chest I can't let up now gotta keep it together and focus he thought to himself watching the missiles fly through the air towards Kon.  Should one or both the missiles miss their mark Azure would get ready to defend himself against anything that may be used as a counter attack.

“Give me a Break…” He thought to himself as he left himself open for a vastly extended time, with his former guildmate just aimlessly hitting him. It was most curious, the dragon slayer was wearing both armor and helm. His armor was no worse for wear, helm meanwhile was partially turned into mush, certainly still present but otherwise noticeable worse for wear. “Would he be able to defend himself?” He thought to himself as he finally moved into a position of attack, drawing closer to the man with clear intent and racing towards a blitzing speed. Severely under-equipped to fight Kon, Azure was somewhat of an easy target, he had already burnt almost a quarter of his mana pool and if he continued at this rate, it would be lost before Kon had so much as a broken nose. What made matters worse, Azure had nothing to resort to, his physical capacities were that of a layman and a book wasn’t going to stop a gold cladded man-turned woman from putting a hole through their chest.

Up went his right hand bound tight into a ball aimed towards Azure’s lower jar as Kon closed the margin between them in a split second after brushing aside the man’s opened book. Follow-up would be harsh and direct, leading his next attack, he’d match Azure’s direction following the intended strike landing or otherwise, before thrusting a powerful strike mid sternum with his left.

As one of the missiles hit the man he the informant relaxed his body slightly given the fact that he actually managed to land a number of hits without fail even with their differences in power and abilities which was clear from the start. Azure quickly raised Elm into the air and shouted "Arcane Armor!" as he saw that Kon was getting ready to make his counterattack but he wasn't going to make it that easy for him either after all this fight had more on the line than Kon knew. The first hit broke his armor upon impact and pushed him back a bit as Kon went on with his follow-up strikes which were more than likely strong enough to leave him in critical condition if it landed where he wanted.

While his armor was still together for the time being at least he took the second strike to the sternum which destroyed his second layer of armor placing him back to his normal squishy self, the second layer of armor that was a rather good idea but a third layer would have been even more helpful. As the secondary hit came and went Azure felt his chest collapse not realizing just how much force was behind it. His vision blurred as his body crumpled to the ground and the only thing that he could think of was just how much stronger he could have been.

“Ouch…” Kon muttered under his breath as he watched his former guild mate knocked out on the ground, bleeding and bruised. His chest burst in retaining the shape of his gauntlet. Wincing as he heard the weezing that Azure created, he struggled with what to do next. Should he help the man? Could he live with his death on his conscience?, Or perhaps most importantly would people chastites him for just leaving him to die, even if he had threatened his family. Self-defense was one thing but killing a person was a bigger moral issue. “Illumin, Help me…” He prayed despite no longer believing in the deity and grabbed Azure’s near lifeless body. Immediately the mage’s condition worsened with the bleeding only pouring out instead of just oozing and his breathing becoming shorter and sharper. He was almost tempted to just put him back down again as his clothes turned crimson.

“Lovely...” Sighing to himself, Kon hoisted Azure up wrapping his arm around his shoulder and began walking to the closest hospital. Fortunately Astera was quite plentiful with doctors, shamans and nurses with injuries being commonplace in the Port town. Maiming, crush and rope-based injuries occurred with the workers, while their families were plentiful requiring countless midwives and family doctors. In this case however due to the sheer amount of damage, they would need to go to the main hospital in the heart of the town.

Azure Fenic

It was odd it felt as though he had died and his soul was moving on but at the same time he vaguely hear the sounds of what he could only assume were people. Azure woke up in his old home with his mother standing in front of him, this had all but confirmed that he was close to death's door. The old woman made her way over to her son and placed one hand on the side of his face "Hi mom." she smiled caressing his cheek "Your Blue is starting to spread out." the room began to fade as he held her hand on his cheek. The dream was slowly coming to an end but one day he would actually see her again and tell her everything about his time in Fiore and the people that he encountered.  It was still odd that he wasn't dead given the stage that he set up, could it have been that Kon was just showing just how much of a gap that between the two there was. Either way, he wanted to prove that he wasn't just some guy that can't back up his talk even though he normally wouldn't deal with things himself but times change and if one doesn't change with it then they will be forgotten in history.

By the time he was able to regain normal brain activity he opened to an unfamiliar room with unfamiliar voices, moving wasn't an option as his body wasn't responding to any command he gave it. "H-Hello?" the words that left his lips were lifeless and void of any emotion. All he could remember was meeting Kon and then blacking out but the in-between is what really concerned him the most given that he couldn't recall anything. from the state that his body was currently in he more than likely lost a very serious battle against Kon or someone else.

Taking great care to ensure no more harm came to the near lifeless body that had become Azure, Kon briskly made his way to the steps of the hospital and plopped the man down on the nearest chair as he walked inside. Speaking immediately to the reception, Kon informed them of the injuries, how they occurred and how they could contact him for further information. The latter of which he hoped wouldn’t occur. After doing what he felt was the bare minimum Kon departed just as a multitude of doctors, nurses and volunteers rushed to Azure. For now all he wanted to do was remove the blood that had dripped onto his clothing before it left a stain. He would hate to have the lovely purple fabric be tainted by the crimson liquid. The resulting colour was less than appealing somewhere between a maroon and muddy brown. A significant blight on the clothing.

Fortunately the item was enhanced and resistant to all but the harshest of chemicals, but one could never be careful and once rust sets in it can be a challenge to deal with. Returning to the Guild Building, he collected a single rose from the nearby flowery who referred to Kon as a “lovely lady”, if only he knew the whole truly. Winking to the man and thanking him kindly, he took it in his stride and continued on with his day.
