It was almost too easy for Odin, as he sipped a beautifully full glass of red wine from his new stall in Baska's train station. He had been called out to the more remote city in the West to assist in garnering trust in Eternal Nightmare. Previously, Hitomi and Erebus had already won those in the centre and the religious people of the city, but it wasn't quite enough for the Lich. He wanted the entire city to know it was under his protection. That way, they would owe him and allow him to operate freely. He couldn't allow any of the cities to revolt against the guild who was protecting them, Odin needed their influence to generate information as quickly as possible.

That had brought him to Baska, via train, only to find the station owner frantically walking around. As someone who prided themselves on knowledge, Odin recognised him instantly and approached. Once the initial fear of seeing the Lich subsided, he was told that new hospitality business needed to open for the station to truly flourish. Seeing a tremendous opportunity, Odin worked that day to open a new branch of his Swineherd Pub, right there in the station. It wasn't the first time he had done so and, before long, some other business opened up shop too, bringing commerce back into Baska. To say the man was indebted to Odin would be a slight understatement.
