Effect:

The user will motion forward with a free hand and cause a cyan glyph to appear in front of their kunckles before brandishing three knives made of ice. Each knife will then rocket off to up to three different targets, each of them dealing damage and causing a slow debuff that can stack if multiple knives hit the same target. If more than one knife hits the same target or the target was a dark race or a summon, they deal an additional strikes worth of damage. If all three knives strike the same target or this spell has already struck the target once, the limb is crippled and the surrounding limbs are binded for 2 posts.
